Our appartment was great! Spacious room and bathroom, beautiful terrace, lots of light in the room, comfy bed and everything is super clean! Real value for money. The possibility to leave the car in an underground garage on 40+ heatwave is just amazing! Going to the beach in a cold car is priceless! Unfortunately we've spent only 3 days at Crystallo but our biggest impression was our friend-forever evening receptionist Statis! Such a great guy, we've spent one whole evening at the outside bar, having drinks, and he came to chat with us while waiting for the guests until late at night and made our evening full of fun and laughter! 😁 Big thanks and we can only say he's a guy with a big heart! We'll surely be back to Crystallo on our next stays at Pafos, big hug to Statis!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great place in Cyprus. The best reception staff that we met in a long time. Our flight got delayed by 12 hours overnight and he and she were always checking in on us and trying to help in any way they could. Got a very nice and big room / apartament with a nice view of the pool and a little church. Good water pressure in the shower as well and very well equipped kitchen. Free parking on the street right in front.

There is a bit of walking to be done until the beach but the mall is very close. The pool could be cleaned a bit better but it was still nice to cool off.

The location is EXCELLENT close to the beach and to larges mall in Paphos. Also not far from shops and restaurants and taverns . The hostes (ANDREA) WAS VERY HELPFUL and provided uswith answers to all our questions regarding the city and the excursions we intended to do. Very good that it has plenty of parking. You can also buy everything from small mini markets sorounding the hotel. It was a great pleasure to stay on the balcony and have a good rest after a warm day.

We did not get anythting not good

The apartments have great location 10 minutes to the seaside promenade. It was clean, spacious and well equpied, with a baby crib. The pool was clean and it was not too crowded. You can park on the street for free or if you find place in a small parking garage.

There is some noise and quite a bit of street light coming in by night. We had to pay for the extra AC in the livingroom because it was extremely hot, but we were expecting it. We didn't get new toilet paper after cleaning.

Nice room with almost everything you need to stay for a vacation. There is pool, looks nice, we did not try. Plenty of parking on the street, there is also underground parking. Close to mall, 10 minute walk to the see.

Although there is kitchen in the apartment, there are no basic things like salt/pepper, small bottle of oil would be appreciated as well. Nice woman at the desk provided salt and pepper when was asked for. The door to the bathroom/toilet could not be closed totally, a little bit annoying.

I was in the new block, everything is clean and comfortable. You have everything you need, full fridge, microwave, hot plates, kettle, patio area comfy bed and a decent sized pool.

As a solo traveller there is no bus to easily get you home, so you need to walk about 8 -10 mins from the restaurants. It felt quite safe but I did experience being catcalled and some men asking me where I was going. Nothing really the hotel can do about that, but be aware as a female solo traveller

I don’t know missed the flight

I highly recommend this apartments. Everything was great. Location is superb ..close to big mall...public transportation... harbour..stuff was really really nice. I enjoyed staying and fully recommend. We did not have adapter for electricity a man working in the night shift gave us one , he was very kind also receptionist on check out was super pleasant.It was very nice stay it is close to center but still calm area . Plus they cleaned room and changed sheet every day which was amazing ❤️

I liked everything

The apartment was spacious, there was a decent size bedroom and a huge living roome + kitchen and also a balcony.

The A/C in the bedroom worked, but the other one in the living room didn't. I had a notebook with me so I have closed the windows while we were out at the beach. When we got home the apartment was crazy hot. You are allowed to leave your luggage at the reception desk, but it's not locked or something, anyone could pick them up. So if you have a notebook or something, that's not nice.
