Very nice hotel, big comfortable rooms and cosy bed great breakfast, very nice personnel, about 15-20 minutes walking to the sea promenade. Nice swimingpool area. Party evenings, sport activities ( yoga). In room, kettle, tea, tea cups. Small fridge. In general hotel is renewed, in good conditions, nice place to stay, but not if you look for non-kids place.

Hotel mostly for families with kids, so its always loud. If you are looking for a calm place, its not this hotel. Sunbeds are all the time "occupied" with towels even when nobody is on the swimingpool, nobody cares about it. So I had to lay on the Grass mostly. In the room there is a kitchen furniture but without any plates, cuttlery, microwave.

Friendly, committed and welcoming staff. The breakfast is good and with many choices. The location is good in relation to Kings Avenue Mall as well as tourist attractions. The hotel has several outdoor pools as well as an indoor pool that is heated. The rooms are clean and inviting with hidden lighting and coffee/tea facilities.

Only small minus could be the early closing of the indoor pool - opening hours are 10-18 - could well be until 20 or 21 - I only had 1 night booked and didn't arrive until just before 18 after a shopping trip - so that could have been nice with a leisurely swim

The staff was always happy to help and always with a big smile on their faces. The cleaning lady made the bed and changed the towels daily, and at the half of our stay she also changed the beddings. The food was very good. We had half board but also had lunch a few times. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, a big variety and good quality. At lunch the variety was not that great. The pools were great, the water was warm. At the splash zone the water was a little bit colder but it was ok.

The buildings in the Mayfair Garden area are a little outdated, they could use some updates. We stayed in building 5, the room was very spacious but it needs some improvements. The location of the hotel is not that excellent, a little too far from the harbor and the beaches, but if you enjoy walking is not that big of a problem.

What a great hotel. The hotel staff deserves all the respect, they are courteous, fast, they responded to every request. I have to give a good mention to the dining room staff, I was shocked by the quality of their service, they are excellent. Varied and surprising meals every time. 2 large pools, 3 small ones and a water park really filled our children with leisure. A note to the venue manager - you have a great team, they deserve applause!

It's a shame that activities for small children in the evening (face painting, tattoos, etc.) cost money. It lowered the vacation experience a bit. Hope it changes

Amazing dinner - different theme every day, good variety and lots of desserts. Breakfast very good (but doesn't differ much every day). Very responsive staff.

Lots of children (for those with children - very positively family friendly). Air conditioning worked differently every day - sometimes very well, sometimes not. Had some electricity problems on the first day.

Location, breakast, accessories in the room, kindness of sraff, size of the room, programms at hotel, pool area, price of the room. I have to write, that I have never been to a hotel before, where the complete staff was as kind and helpful as at Myfair Gardens was, so I can warmly recommend the hotel.

Two beds were pushed together instead of 1 big bed.

food was ok...variety was good especially at night. the taste was not the best restaurant but good. activities was fine ...the family room spacious. helpful staff .

WIFI sucks....every few minutes got disconnected.

Common areas were clean and perfect! Waterpark was ideal for little children, rich and tasteful breakfast and dinner, most of the staff were really friendly.

Old room but the most important was that it was not clean. I needed to clean the surfaces with a spray. Toilets also.

The room, the pools, the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Also the staff were professional and really polite. Keep it up

If i had to say something bad is that one of the kids pool it wasn't very clean but it was the smallest just for the babies so i wouldn't mind

many nice pools with a lot of floatables spread around the pools food was great, tasty, many varieties, food was changing every day

Not for coffee lovers, all coffees are from automatic vending machine, no real coffee anywhere in the hotel :/
