Very good breakfest - tasty, confortable dining room. Good location of a Hotel, near to harbour, near to cultural events, in the very middle of most events.

The location of this hotel is perfect, on the road next to it is a bus stop where the bus comes from the airport, to all the main bus stations and place. Not only this but it is a 2 minute walk to the main strip and the harbour it’s got the perfect location. The room was overall good, aircon was a life saver and is amazing. The breakfast was amazing, even though everything was vegetarian they had meat alternatives like bacon and sausages, really good range of food. The service is good too all the staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The pool is also good, you can tell the life guard takes pride in his pool and he was lovely also. Overall, would stay here again, really good value for money:)

The only negatives i have is that the room wasn’t the cleanest, the shower curtain had bits of mould, the bathroom in general was a little grubby but nothing unbearable.

We liked the hotel. The location was great, it was clean, the staff was friendly, there was room service every day. We liked the restaurant, bar and the pool. Breakfast was amazing, there were many options to choose from. We are satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

There wasn't a mosquito net on the door to the balcony, and once you open the door and they enter - there is no getting rid of them, and that made it unpleasant to sleep. We got a lot of mosquito bites. The laundry room wasn't especially clean and maintained.

Great location, close to many restaurants and it's about a 10 minute walk away from Paphos Harbour where some main attractions are, as well as a bus stop to and from the airport. The staff was super friendly, everyone spoke English. We had a lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. The room itself was spacious, we could use the air conditioner for heating and it worked perfectly. We also had a small balcony.

We put out the 'Do not disturb sign' on the doorknob and the cleaning staff insisted on cleaning out the room anyway, but it was okay.

the location was great, with bars nearby, and the promenade with just 5 min walk. the stuff was excellent! always there, always nice and willing to help. the pool was clean and had clean sunbeds and a very nice lifeguard. breakfast was diverse with many options to choose from, and they were all great. at the end you can even spoil yourself with a coffee and a croissant. if you have a car, the hotel also has several parking spots to use which can keeps your car watched for and safe !

the hotel only gives 1 set of keys and the door looks as soon as you close it, which makes it a bit hard to split up. it's not a big deal but would have been nicer if you could get two sets of keys and being less dependent on your partner at all times.

- Very friendly and helpful staff. They have the option for late night check in too. - They have a lot of options for breakfast and the service is rapid. - There is a good lounge area and seating area in the backyard with a swimming pool. - The rooms are cleaned everyday in the morning itself. - The bus stop for the airport is close to the hotel.

- You can hear the noises in the corridor when some inconsiderate customers walk past at night.

This hotel just off the beaten track in Paphos is full of character and charm. The colour theme is bright and cheerful, lots of blues and whites, there's a wonderful library as you come in to the hotel where you can sit and relax and read one of the many assortment of books that I assume travellers have left over the years. The rooms themselves are clean and bright, the bed linen is fresh and new, rooms are really decently sized. Some of the rooms have balconies and there's a tranquil air to the hotel, lots of bird song. The bathrooms are fine, clean and functional, showers are pretty good. The final point but by no means the least outstanding is the staff - they can't do enough for you - every person I encountered was truly kind, helpful, attentive and warm. There was a young man on reception on Saturday 16th March in the morning, I asked him if he could find me an adaptor for the hairdryer in my room, even when I approached the desk and he was on the phone he immediately acknowledged my presence and told who he was talking to on the phone that he had someone at the desk and he needed to go and told me he would be with me in a minute. He found the adaptor, and was extremely pleasant and polite, a really commendable young man. The breakfast is great, this has really been a change since my partner came here a year or so ago. The staff in the kitchen are 5 star, better than some other 5 star places we've been to - the supervisor is a funny and helpful chap - the manager of the hotel is on hand at all times and exudes professionalism and support.

This is quite a biggie for me - the walls can be quite thin, for example the second night I stayed I could hear everything in the bathroom next to mine, the bathrooms were side by side and I think it would be fair to say that you'd hear LESS if you stood outside the door of a bathroom. It's such a shame as everything else is fantastic and I'm not sure if this element can be changed. Maybe for some people it wouldn't be a problem, I know I have sensitive hearing. When I next stay I think I'd have to stipulate this as being non-negotiable in terms of having a room with no-one next door or with no adjoining bathroom.

I liked the welcoming response at reception and from Tracey in the lounge bar. I found all staff especially friendly and helpful including the cleaners. The room was so beautiful and very clean with cumfy bed WiFi and enough beverage supplies. I would like the phones to be checked before people arrive as I wanted to call down, but phones didn't work in either room. The excuisite decorations around the whole hotel and easy access to outdoor areas made this place a gem for me. A grand piano ready for potential pianists in the lounge bar....msg me if your looking for a vocalist! ;) The lounge also boasted a blackboard, games, music, plenty seat's of various kinds & a TV. Extends to the restaurant where there were also several seats and cosy decor to eat the ideal all-inclusive breakfast. Location is convenient for dining and nightlife and about 10-15 mins from beach/harbour or bus to airport (30 Euros in taxi) On my day of leaving I was very pleased to know I could keep my fullsized suitcase in the office for as long as I wanted to make the most of my last day! Thankyou- I hope to return in the summer!

As mentioned briefly above the facilities need improving on- phones so important for travellers who can't always walk to the lift. In my second room the key-hole was awkward; hard to access through its key frame then difficult to maneuvere. The heater never worked despite cleaners attempts to communicate with reception, the flush was not reliable and the 'wet room' originally designed for those needing more assistance had little safety measures for leaving shower.......e.g plastic mat! The shower head fell from its holder & no hooks for towels or toiletries. Don't forget the little things go a long way!

We like the friendly staff, the location, the swimming pool and pool towels. Breakfast was good, too. We have been to this hotel before and have always been welcomed back like old friends, by the staff who have been there for years.

The new manager took several days to change my sister's extremely hard mattress. He didn't take her complaint seriously.
