Beautifully furnished and landscaped. Attention to detail

My only complaint was not being able to sleep very well. The mattress on my half of the king sized bed was different to the side my partner was sleeping on. On my side the mattress was quite hard with no spring or softness. The bed was made up with sheets rather than duvet, and coupled with the hard mattress it was not a very comfortable sleeping experience. I caught up on sleep with naps by the pool as the poolside bed mattresses were very comfortable!

Set in beautiful gardens with several pools including a swim up bar. Staff very attentive but not overly so. Rooms clean, cannot fault house keeping. Entertainment perfect for the restaurant. Really enjoyed my stay.

The shower could probably do with updating, but not a major thing!

The staff were exceptional especially Christos and Robert around the pool, always on hand and very polite and chatty however all staff were friendly and polite.

We had approx 2 days of the “Grotto” pool area being closed off for private parties and only informed a day or two beforehand. This was a sizeable area of out of bounds and the music was very loud (not in keeping with the hotel). This was disappointing. Maybe check with the hotel if there are private parties whilst your staying. A lot of people around the hotel were not terribly happy about this situation.

Just spent a lovely week at Annabelle - all of the staff were so professional and helpful. The facilities are lovely. The room was well appointed with great amenities. I went for the garden view room and was not disappointed with the view. Pool and sea side beds comfortable and plenty of staff on hand to help with any tricky sunshade adjustments ... Great breakfast and a poached egg station - kudos to anyone cooking those in public! Location is great - easy walks in both directions towards the Harbour, Neo Pathos Archaeological site and bus stops (5-10 mins), and in the other way along the sea front past many of the other big hotels. Special shout out to the pool bar staff - very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Pool food and drinks were lush.

TBH nothing - it was a great stay and this hotel deserves its excellent reputation.

We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room. The view was simply outstanding with a huge balcony. The pools were great. The breakfast was great. The reception staff was very helpful, especially Marina. She knew the answer to everything. Valentina was super nice and eager to help. There's a nice choice of restaurants to choose from if you're half board and don't feel like eating from the buffet every night.

I didn't like that the hotel charged us for water...even at breakfast. Though the hotel is in front of the beach, access to the beach is neither convenient nor pleasant. You need to cross the boardwalk and go down a path with stones to get to the water. No beach chairs on the beach. Only on the grassy area before the boardwalk.

This hotel is very clean. The staff is great and the service is high quality. The food is very good. We took half board. The dining room workers are amazing! Taking care to all what you need.

The room we got " 2 connected rooms island view" was next to the other hotel trash can. All night sounds of cleaning and moving equipment. Not relaxing and couldn't sleep. After talking with the manager he said there is nothing to do and offer a smaller room saying the hotel is full. I don't recommend this kind of rooms. For us having 7 nights like this it was horrible. I do believe the manager could do more finding us a better room on the other side of the hotel.not on the street. Air conditioning cooler is not working since it's April. A fan was given after 2 days of complaining.

the food was very food, the breakfast bufet is very diverse, for dinner/lunch, the hotel has several restaurants including a gourmet restaurant of a very high standard. POOLד The hotel has 5 pools, including one indoor, each pool has different characteristics such as shade, water temperature, pool height, waterfalls, a pool in a cave spring, etc. and also an outdoor jacuzzi. and there is a good Pool-BAR. You can find the right pool for every mood. The hotel staff - the hotel staff is very courteous, very helpful and very kind. The hotel is clean and impressively maintained, both in the common areas and in the rooms, the hotel is very modern. The hotel has access to the promenade and the sea, including a sitting area on the beach. The hotel is located on the boardwalk along the beach, a very short walk to the port area which is the main area to walk around.

The hotel met all expectations and even more

One of the best service that I've experienced in Cyprus. Truly 5* experience in this oasis hotel two minute walk from busy promenade. Extensive pools with sea grotto and waterfall, charming pool bar and plenty of place for everyone.

At night you can hear music from harbor venues and there no beach – just a concrete slabs from where you can jump into turquoise water.

Pool and wellness center were amazing. The top floor pool is a must, sauna was amazing yet too hot, all the amenities in general were really good, the service and responsiveness were amazing as well. Amazing gluten free bread and pancakes baked in the hotel.

Quality of the room. Didn’t had the room we asked for (one bed when we asked for two), tv was crooked, with no access to movies or nice entertainment, just random chains in German, and a rug or two would have been very welcomed. Restaurant: as a gluten and dairy free person, my options are pretty thin, and I had to pay full price anyway, it should be more fair for people with allergies considering we don’t have access to the same array of foods.

The hotel is beautiful, and the location fantastic - you can walk along the seafront, the port, all the way to the Architectural Park where you can see the Roman ruins. The food was superb quality, and absolutely delicious, in all 3 of the restaurants I ate in (Fontana - the buffet restaurant; Mediterraneo - the restaurant downstairs, on the seafront; and Amorosa - next to the pool) - I had paid for half-board, but really should have gone for full-board because I ended up eating lunch at the hotel most days. My room was extremely comfortable (I was meant to be in a Terrace View Room, but it seems I was upgraded to a suite - thank you for that, Annabelle!); I particularly loved the bed, it was so comfy, and I slept very well. The staff were all friendly and kind.

My only issue is that I, as a pale person, like the shade, not just to lounge under, but also to swim under - unfortunately the pool-side umbrellas were fixed in the ground, and did not bend, so couldn't be adjusted to provide adequate protection for me; also, the palm trees didn't provide shade over the pool after midday.
