Brand new property. Location to restaurant’s and the harbour. Staff very pleasant.

Pool area is directly adjacent to a busy road especially in morning and evening rush hour. Lots of traffic noise. Bathroom and room not cleaned during our stay.

It is a very modern hotel, everything is new and beautiful, so it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room had a small kitchen with coffee machine and kettle, which was very nice. Good air conditioner. Comfortable bed. All in all a pleasant modern hotel for a vacation. We also loved the location, as it was close to diffirent cafes and restaurants and a big grocery store. It is quite close to the beach, and depending which way you go you can choose the beach you like.

We had a studio room, and it was really very small. It`s ok if you travel with just one little luggage for a short stay (as we did), but if you have a big luggage for a long summer vacation I guess it would be difficult to find place for all the stuff. Very little space in the bathroom as well, never knew where to put my stuff og hang clothes and towel. The road our room was facing was rather noisy.

The first night in Paphos was a disaster at an all inclusive beach front hotel. I had booked 4 nights and stayed one night then left in the morning, it was terrible without going into detail. I used my booking.com app and found The Regency and it looked good and the reviews were all great. I travel to Cyprus 4-5 times a year for work and always pick a different hotel to keep it interesting. But now I will stay here everytime. The staff were so so friendly and polite and helpful. The hotel is new and the room was fantastic. I loved staying here, so thank you to the Regency staff and owners, just perfect. Im a building surveyor and inspector for my job, so I know what Im looking at. This place was safe, spotlessly clean, great staff, great location with beach just a 5min walk, secure car park with barrier where I left my hire car. Just fantastic as I said.

Brand new. I would describe it as 3-4 stars, but beautifully designed in a very modern and functional way. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Close to the beach (3-5 minutes on foot) with crystal clear water, there are many cafés and restaurants nearby. I really liked the location. Wifi was free and fast, on site parking was free. All in all, I would say value for money was very good.

The desk was tiny and the bathroom had very little space for toiletries. I had to keep most toiletries outside the bathroom. It's next to the road, sound isolation isn't very good. But there wasn't that much traffic, so it was OK. What was worse was that the whole night, there were what sounded like dozens of stray dogs outside barking and howling. I never saw any strays during the day, so maybe they were just pets being kept outdoors, but it was extremely loud. That said, I'm not a light sleeper and had no issue with this. The pool isn't very large, but it looked very nice - I just didn't have time to use it. That said, as mentioned, the hotel is next to a road, so you will hear some traffic noise there.

I loved the new modern sleek style, fabulous new modern bathroom, and a lovely little bottle of complimentary wine! so many places have old Cypriot bathrooms - not Regency Boutique. beautiful decor and lovely staff. I’ll be staying there again - my fav Paphos hotel so far.

the road us quite busy, it lacks a soap holder, and we lost electricity for an hour in the morning (9am , just as I was about to dry my hair, and the other half had to shower in the dark) otherwise

The room was clean when we first entered and cleaned when we asked for room service however the floor was dusty with hair despite being cleaned everyday. Sometimes in the morning service at breakfast was slow due to limited staff however everyone was very friendly and kind

Very beautiful hotel, clean bedrooms, very nice pool with peace and quietness! I must admit the best in this hotel is Christina. She helped us on everything we asked for, always asked if we need anything. Without Christina there and her smiley face and her willingness to assist us our experience wouldn’t be the same. If you pass by there, ask for Christina and you’ll have anything you need in a minute!

I liked everything about the property. It’s brand new and everything in the hotel and room is brand new, even the smell. It’s super clean and we absolutely loved the room. Location is also very good everything you need is in walking distance, also free private parking if you have a car. If we are ever back in Cyprus, this is the place I’m going to stay for sure.

Brand new building, modern, nice room, good location

The cleaner only cleaned our room once during a 7 night stay which was disappointing. On some days, just the towels were changed but nothing else was cleaned. It would have been nice to have the floors mopped at least once as it was getting very dirty and dusty towards the end of our stay.

A modern and new hotel. The location worked for us very well (we used our rental car mostly). Their parking was convenient! The staff were welcoming. Although the breakfast selection at first glance seemed on the smaller side, it was plenty and sufficient. There was a nice fish and chips restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel and a mini market close by in case you wanted to get anything.
