The hotel is very good, with cleanliness maintained and a wide variety of food options available. The pools, especially those designed for kids, are fantastic. Moreover, it's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

We were assigned a room in block 2, which had a very outdated design and was extremely noisy. The hotel's bar was conveniently located just below our window, creating a lot of noise. Additionally, the shows held nearby were also very loud and disturbed the kids' sleep.

Very good location on a nice square close to bars and restaurants and walking distance from the sights. Free parking in the street. Very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Nice large room with complimentary water, tea/coffee, fridge, safe, hair dryer. Superb swimming pool even if it was pretty cold and I couldn’t swim for long. Good wifi. A plus is that your electronic key opens the room but you don’t need it for the electricity, so that you can charge your devices also if you’re not in the room.

Of course you’re in the city, you have no view whatsoever or access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofianna - enormous room with a very comfortable bed and great amenities (tea and coffee, mini fridge, desk, ample wardrobe storage). The staff were incredibly helpful and really friendly - nothing was too much of an ask. We also visited the spa and had the most wonderful massage. Breakfast was also very good - huge range and very fresh ingredients.

Only thing that could be improved is earlier access to the gym. You weren't able to access until the spa opened at 10am which was a bit late for us as we like to exercise before breakfast

It's a great place to relax, there is plenty to do for children. The food and drinks were great and there's a decent shop. The location is perfect.

The room was next to the road which was noisy at times. I'd like the pool to open a little earlier than 9:30 in the morning.

Room is very spacious, breakfast and dinner are good and menu is changing every day. Pools are big and not crowded. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All facilities are very clean.

Pool is fully exposed to the sun. Nowhere to be in the pool with a shade. You can only get water for free at dinner if you didn't get an all inclusive board. Sauna and jacuzzi are with extra pay.

Good location, very clean, food of good quality, nice large rooms well equipped. Staff where faultless and a good range of drinks, Alena was a great bar staff always engaging the customer

Breakfast could be warm as the AC was not on but not a minor issue really.

Great hotel, Amazing food One of the best hotel restaurants I ever had Just one thing, cleaning not so good and the air conditioning in the room is terrible! No one now how to set it, not even the maintenance guy!

Literally the cleanest hotel I have ever been in.

Worst coffee ever, have to replace the coffee machines in the restaurants. We went out to Starbucks every morning after breakfast because it was that bad. Seems they are saving on air conditioning in the lobby. Some times it gets hot and unpleasant to spend time sitting around.

Great buffet breakfast. Location perfect to explore different bars and restaurants in town. Spacious rooms and good air conditioning.

Pool could have been colder as wasn’t refreshing considering the heat. Only other criticism was a slight smell of drains in the room en suite.

Excellent location close to the beach, lots of restaurants around. People are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nice, wide range of selection. You have “all you can eat” option for dinner for a nice price. The outside pools are big. Very good atmosphere outside people enjoying sunshine (even in november).

Spa was a bit disappointing, as it was 25 eur charge for using a small jacuzzi and one single sauna.
