I ve stayed at the Silver Sands Beach Hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel boasts the best location ever to Fig Tree Bay, with stunning views of the crystal-clear waters and golden sands. The beauty of the surroundings was simply breathtaking. One of the best things about this hotel is that everything is within walking distance. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or entertainment venues, you're just steps away from everything you could possibly need or want. This convenience made my stay at the Silver Sands Beach Hotel even more enjoyable. The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always willing to assist me with anything I needed, and their hospitality was truly top-notch. Overall, my experience at the Silver Sands Beach Hotel was exceptional. If you're looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location, breathtaking views, friendly staff, and great value for money, then this is the perfect choice for you. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fig Tree Bay.

There is nothing not to like at this hotel from the location to the facilities the staff the food, everything was wonderful!!!

The hotel itself is decent, old, but rooms are renovated completely. Bathroom is spotless and it looks better than 5 star hotels, and the bed is very comfortable although the pillows could be renewed. Food is excellent with a lot of choices and it changes daily. Pool is clean with a lot of sunbeds near it and some down on the grass towards the beach. Overall it was an exceptional stay given the price which was very low. I could not find any particular downsides even though i tried my best just to think of something so great job everyone employed there!

Yes the hallways are a but rusty, and the carpet in them is very old but it didn't affect the stay even the slightest. Rooms are very clean as the bathroom - except for the chairs which need some deep washing. Again those are very tiny details compered to overall experience and given the great price. It wad also funny to me how old is the telephone in the room, with round number dial lol 😂

Nice small hotel. Really good location in center of Protaras.. and few steps from the beach, choice of breakfast was really good too.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, mainly due to the incredible and diverse food offerings. The buffet deserves a full five stars for its variety and quality. Additionally, the hotel's prime location with direct access to a beautiful beach was perfect. The friendly and accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests we had. I would especially like to commend the restaurant and bar staff for handling their duties very quickly and professionally. Our room met all the advertised specifications and was cleaned daily. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

You cannot rely on the advertised hotel transfer service from/to the airport, even for an additional fee. It was impossible to contact the hotel before the trip, as they did not respond to my messages.

The hotel was great couldn’t fault it really. Brilliant location, friendly staff and overall we had a very good experience. We did room only and had access to a mini fridge in our room which kept our drinks and snacks cool. The pool was great and even though the sun was super hot the pool gets shade from around 3pm which makes it nice and cool for the kids. I travelled with my partner and 2 year old daughter and we all had a very good experience. All the staff were lovely and friendly, always happy to help and talking to us, making us feel welcome. The breach is unreal! The views from the sea rooms are amazing! We will defo be back.

Sheets were not changed, just bed remade daily.

The location was great, above the sea and near city center. Food was also good with lots of choices, and cocktails were very cheap for a hotel.

Renovation is needed. Rooms and corridors need further cleaning. Sheets were stained.

It is a beachfront hotel. I chose the partial sea view room and was surprised how nice the seaview actually was. Had room 408 with half view over the sea and half over the city. Perfect spot for catching the sunrise. When I booked, I could only choose All-inclusive and was pleasantly surprised over the variety of foods and its deliciousness. The staff was nice and attentive. They even had traditional foods like moussaka. Easy to walk to Fig Tree Bay. Aprox 10 min walk near the beach with amazing views. The bus stop is also close to the hotel. Take bus nr. 102 to Ayia Napa and bus 101 back to Protaras or bus 711 to Larnaca.

There is an issue with one of the stairs at level 2.

After reading other reviews we were worried, we expected a ruin hotel. However it turend out to be suprisingly NICE stay. The location is PERFECT, food is just OK as other hotels we have been before. Half board gustes can switch dinner to lunch which is great if you stay by the pool. Staff were pleasent. We can see ourselfs coming back to this hotel.

It was less dirty as we imagend while reading the reviews and yet cleaning can be improved and. Roomd can use some redecoration.

The location and beach beds and umbrellas on the hotel property so close to the beach that you do not need to rent a beach bed and umbrella at the beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants is really small. There is parking for the car on the hotel grounds, allowing you basically to park next to the beach as the hotel is beachfront (locals parking incorrectly outside hotel area, were fined a 100 EUR (so be aware of this!). The value proposition (what is offered versus the costs) is good compared to the other competing hotels near. This one has the sharpest price. I liked we had a room that was located so we had partial sea view, we had a sunset view and we were on a higher floor, away from the entertainment the hotel organises. It was nice and quiet! (this means, you can have less luck with where your room is in the building).

There was not much to dislike. The price-value proposition is sharp, so that means that dislikes, are actually reasonably expected for being cheaper than other hotels in the same area. e.g. the gym was not very clean and not well air conditioned. The breakfast was just ok... this means, that it lives up to the standard of a hotel in a lower price range. It is good enough, i I didn't get a stomach bug! A real dislike is the quality of coffee both served at the breakfast (coffee powder based machine), and at the bar (piston machine using coffee pads). I had to get proper coffee outside the hotel every day to cater for my needs. This said.. I may be picky about my coffee.

There were quite a few things we liked. The location was brilliant, the pool area with grass and palm trees was very beautiful and refreshing and the food was varied and tasty. The rooms were clean and the majority of staff did their best to satisfy the customers.

There are also a few things that could be better. On quite a few occasions we run out of cups and glasses (and sometimes plates) during breakfast. The staff were doing their best I think but either the people working or the cups/glasses were not enough. Some of the staff did not speak good English and there were no recycling bins. Also, overall you get a feeling that the hotel is getting somewhat old and needs, I believe, some kind of renovation.
