We liked nearly everything! Amazing pools and slides, amazing all-inclusive food and drinks, close to the sea and exceptionally beautiful beaches, close to the main strip. I saw lots of complaints about kids' entertainment, but we absolutely loved it. Our 6 y.o. and 1 y.o. danced at minidisco every night and had a blast, there were muppet show, magic show, soap bubbles show, mini golf and other activities. The stuff is just amazing! Both kids really miss them now :) the stuff in the restaurant is incredibly friendly and nice, our 1 y.o. got some friends in there and was really looking forward to each meal just to see them 😊

The only not perfect thing was beds. We thought that sofa beds were quite hard to sleep on, we asked for extra mattresses, got them, but it didn't really help.

Clean rooms, good roomsize. Adult pool view is nice, quiet and with chill music. Bar service is exellent, I can´t imagine how they handle this amount of people, it was crazy. The food was good! I like when the choise is not that big, but always fresh and good quality. Drinks included in AI are good: local wines, gin gordon, jack daniels whiskey.

All sunbeds have towels without any people on since 8:00 am, but Fig tree bay beach is very close, so we didn´t struggle much. The hotel is not for couplse without children, we were with our 2 kids, but even for us it was too much of run and scream. Each evening show is mini disco, despite what is happening on the stage, but that´s a family hotel, so can´t complain much.

It was such a family oriented hotel that if your child was having a meltdown, hey you are not alone! We loved the fact that upon checking in you were also allocated your sunbeds so you don't have to wake up at 5am to "reserve" one. We loved the fact that upon check out we didn't feel kicked out. We kept our sunbeds and bracelet and we could still use the facilities until we actually left the hotel. We loved the salad bar!! And the food was also kid friendly but tasty too. We absolutely loved the fact they were also promoting restaurants outside the hotel facilities. This way the all inclusive deals have the opportunity to go outside the hotel too. The water park kept our little one soooo busy and happy!!!

Felt a bit pricy for a 2 night stay for 3 ppl.

Thank you for a great vacation! The hotel is what every family needs thanks to the facilities, huge rooms, well-equipped, and amazing location. Tracy welcomed us and made everything happy and convenient. Thank you, Tracy! The waterpark made the children happy and active while we enjoyed the bar and peaceful atmosphere!

Although we had a wonderful vacation, some things can be improved: the hotel and rooms' design are extremely basic. I recommend improving the hospitality experience. The food in the dining room is good, I am sure it can be improved. We were repeatedly asked to deposit cash for towels, games, and electricity adaptors. It was inconvenient and made me go back and forth to get cash. The last comment that should be mentioned is the BO of some of the staff members in the dining room.

Absolutely everything!! We live in Cyprus and visited almost every waterpark hotel in Cyprus. This is by far the best one. The hotel is so clean, the rooms are so comfortable and the blinds actually cover the windows so we could sleep late in the morning because there was no sunlight!! The food is good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! Amazing waterpark park and pool Will definitely come back!!! Everything was amazing!!

The cleanliness of the space was impeccable. The mini-golf is a great addition, providing an enjoyable activity for both kids and adults. There was a variety of kids' activities, which my child absolutely loved. Shoutout to Dorka at the kids’ club for making his experience even more special .

The location isn't ideal, as it's far from the beach and uphill. Unfortunately, in May, the pools were too cold to swim in or use the slides.

Friendly staff and always helpful, kids had a blast, park , mini golf and water slides great. And all the guests were also very friendly!!

Nothing we did not like, if you were really picky you could say the sun lounge allocation may be an issue in peak times and maybe 2 loungers should be allocated per room in a set location all the time. This aside would not take away the fact that we would return

Lots of entertainment for all ages, the water park especially. Staff were helpful and on hand if needed. The food was great and varied, the kids loved the pizzas and pancakes. The fact the sun beds are allocated for the whole stay saved a lot of fuss and early mornings to save any.

If I had to pick a negative, it would be the pillows in the room, they caused my back some pain but it wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

I visit the hotel for a night. but it was worth it. I relax at the pool all day with my family the bar was open until 6 and it serves all what we need. About the lunch we order sandwiches from the restaurant was very delicious and the price was ok. i am strongly suggest these hotel
