We had a perfect stay at Protaras Plaza Hotel, the location is great, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. It also has a bus stop a few meters away, which can conveniently take you to all the beaches in the region. All the staff is beyond helpful and kind -- the reception crew, the restaurant staff, and the cleaning ladies -- everyone was amazing with us. The hotel seems fairly new and is very tastefully designed. The room we picked also had an incredible sea view, despite being a block away from the beach. The restaurant's dinner was good, changed a bit every night, and included typical dishes (moussaka, lamb).

The bar located on the hotel's terrace can get extremely loud, up until late on some days, which can be an issue depending on the guests. The breakfast food was also good but didn't vary much from day to day. The dinner didn't include many vegetarian options. These were, however, small details that didn't affect our amazing stay much.

The location of the hotel is amazing, we had excelent view from our room. The staff was helpful and kind. We liked the breakfast as well. This hote was a really good choice for our holiday, we will be back.

The rooftop club is loud from Friday to Sunday. We are quite flexible so we could handle it however the music itself was a nightmare as the dj played new songs in every 30 seconds so there is still room to improve. I don't recomment this hotel for sensitive sleepers.

Where do I begin...I booked a hotel that is in the heart of Protaras and during peak season less than a week before my arrival, selected an available room with sea view with breakfast included for, one would say, a bargain price. Not only that but upon arrival I was blown away by how good the hotel was. Modern, relatively new as it opened 4-5 years ago, has all the facilities to enjoy one's stay (spacious lobby, bar, rooftop lounge bar that opens at night, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, showers) as well as facilities around it (restaurants, cafes, shops, bars) and most importantly, one of the best beaches in the country! Wonderful staff that was very friendly and polite, from the receptionist to the room cleaners to the staff at breakfast time. As for the room, the outside view and the breakfast, I will let the photos speak for themselves! Needless to say, I loved them all and there was nothing that wasn't fully functional in the room. Everything from the room to the corridors to the pool was super clean. I FULLY recommend this hotel for families, couples, group of friends and travellers of all ages.

There was little noise coming from the lounge bar upstairs but that was ok as the windows are soundproof and blocked almost all the noise. I didnt have trouble sleeping as the bed was comfortable and the a/c great, plus given the street the hotel is located in, this is normal and it could have been a lot worse.

The room was very clean and modern! The staff was very polite and friendly.. very nice breakfast!! We needed to add another day to our stay and we changed room.. the new room wasn't very clean and we contacted the reception to inform the lady.. in a minute they came and fixed everything and then a lady came to our room and gave us a huge platter of fruits and sweets for apologize.. I've never seen a fastest lift in my life 😅 Everything was perfect!! We will visit the hotel again 😉

The location is perfect, not even 5 minutes from the famous Fig Tree beach. The hotel is very nice, clean, on the main street. We booked the sea view room, and it was amazing (highly recommended to do, as the main street can be a little noisy in the evening). The outside pool has perfect water temperature, how I like it. Combined with the warm and crystal clear sea, it was the perfect combo. The included breakfast was very nice also. You have different restaurants in the hotel, so you have many options for a meal to choose from. My conclusion is that this hotel is BEST BUY FOR THE BUCKS for what it costs and what you get in Protaras. I would come back for certain.

Me and my partner stayed here ahead of our wedding along with my mother, grandmother, and friends. We chose this hotel as it offered a great sized room for the morning of the wedding, where my partner would be having the traditional Greek gathering and getting ready with friends and family. Right from entering the hotel, we were blown away with how welcoming the staff were. My now husband got to know the owner very well and he helped us out big time for our wedding. We cannot thank everyone enough for making the run up to our wedding soo special!

I cannot think of anything. Everything was clean. Very handy location for everything in Protaras.

Great view, design, breakfast, kind staff and recepcionist, comfortable bed, very clean.

Bar on the top of building played music loudly until 1:30 am, mostly techno.

I liked everything! the staff was very helpful. Nina helped me sort out my «electricity» issues and any other questions. The facilities of the hotel are really great: a big restaurant, a pool and the rooms are large with a terrace, and rooms are very well-equipped. The location is great - not too much central to stay away from the noise and few steps away from the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. windows are soundproof, so you can hardly hear any noise even that the street is loud. I will definitely come back and do recommend this hotel!

Noise form the central street. if you want quiet, try booking sea view rooms which are on the other side of the street.

We were pleased with all of the staff. Your concierges at the front desk were excellent; forgive us for forgetting some of the names, Demetris, Nina et al were so helpful & accommodating. They helped us out with many questions that we had & were very welcoming. The breakfasts were superb and we were most impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the dining room manager Andrea, and our waitress Natalya as well as Vassilly in the dining room & managing the poolside cafe/bar. They are all very hard working employees and an asset to your establishment.

The exercise gym could be better. We happened to be assigned to a “handicap accessible room and the shower therefore has no framing rim on the floor to contain the water at the drain so as a result often the water escaped to other parts of the bathroom.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to all of the staff members, who are the soul of this beautiful hotel. They were ready to make our stay perfect and was allways ready to fulfil all our requirements. The hotel's general manager is one of the kindest guys in the world, he was allways on board and kept his eyes on everything. The hotel itself is just right next to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, which I think is the nicest beach in Cyprus. Rooms were spotless clean, cleaned and refreshed every day. The facilities and breakfast+dinner were much above a 3* star hotel - I think this hotel reaches the level of a 4* star accomodation. Strong wifi, good air-condition, coffee and tea in the rooms, toiletries in bathroom. There's a good pool and pool bar, if you would like to having rest. Restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. I wish I could come back! :-)
