Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, with finest breakfast, 200m from the most beautiful beach (Fig Tree) in Potaras. The staff serving breakfast is excellent; friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. Excellent value for money. This is our second stay at this hotel and we hope to return. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about during our previous stay, but this time the reception staff were not always professional in their dealings with guests. The air conditioning in the room did not work but as it was late October this was not a major problem.

Great location, really a few minutes walk from one of the nicest beaches in the area (Fig Tree bay). Good sized rooms, but bathroom is a bit small. All very clean, and well maintained, including the generously sized swimming pool. Friendly staff, and probably the best breakfast in this price range, with great variety. The hotel has it's own parking, only accessible to guests, this adds a lot, as many hotels will not have this, forcing you to park as you can (and no space)

Upon arrival, even if it was confirmed earlier, we had no bed for the kid, so had to wait until the staff brought one. It is great that the hotel has a parking for guests, the space is limited, and if arriving late, you might have no space to park. At checkout (need to leave rooms by 12:00), we got locked out during leaving the room at 11:55, so could not return for the last suitcase.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, in the heart of Protaras. It provides parking, but sometimes is full. It could have been bigger. The hotel provides nice breakfast. Additionally the room was big and comfortable.

The room was too noisy. Outside of our room there was a speaker for the outdoor pool. From early in the morning until late in the afternoon, loud music was played for swimming pool purposes. In the room you got the feeling that you were in a club. Couldn’t relax and it was annoying. Additionally, there was a lot of noise in the corridors. The hotel in the evening is decorated with red lights which is hilarious and annoying. Not a good thought from the owners.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an excellent experience! It was truly great value for money. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located super close to the beach. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area was lovely, with plenty of restaurants and lots of things to do. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

While my stay at the hotel was overall fantastic, there was one minor drawback. The room wasn't as quiet as I had hoped, especially when there were people near the room within the hotel. However, I must mention that the noise level significantly decreased when the voices were outside the room. Despite this small inconvenience, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience and I still enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is great value for money - it's modern, at a great location, and has all the amenities needed for a holiday stay. The pool is nice and clean and the staff are super friendly. Compared to other hotels in the vicinity, it seems to be the pick of the bunch.

The sound insulation is not the best, especially for the rooms facing the street (and sea). It would be worth investing in slightly more soundproof materials. Breakfast is nice and varied - fresh orange juice and some more granola/oats/nuts options would hæ e been welcome but this is not a big minus anyway.

This was our 2nd stay and there are plenty of things we love about this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bathroom doesn't have any annoying lip at the doorway to trip you up when you get up at night. Also a red nightllight, very useful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful with a pleasant seating area either inside or by the pool. Parking is adequate and secure. We love the proximity to Fig Tree Bay.

If we are very picky, you could find the dance music which is played outside a bit annoying but it may suit some people. Bathroom isn't the biggest but very well equipped and shower was great.

Stayed here a few times years ago. Then it closed, got refurbished and reopened. Sadly the cost for the summer months precluded a revisit. But the last two nights of the season saw the price was within our budget so curios we booked it. WOW what a difference, what a beautiful place to stay at. Definitely will be checking out prices for early and late season, so we can return.

Nothing. We do a lot of long weekends away, we have stayed in so many places in Cyprus, each one has its good and bad points but bottom line always good value for money and we just need somewhere to rest our heads at the end of the day. But wow again! nothing was out of order, a personal crisis meant we had to cut our stay so we didn't do Halloween this year and left a day early.

Everything! We have travelled around Europe a lot and usually just stay in places with bed & breakfast, so we weren't expecting anything different to that. This hotel is honestly the best hotel we have stayed at - we felt like royalty. The staff are so welcoming & friendly & helpful, especially Nadia on Reception. The location is perfect. The room was perfect too, spotless, comfy bed, good shower. Cleaned every day, bins emptied, bed made, fresh towels. Maria S is wonderful & always made our room sparkling clean every day, like we had just arrived. Breakfast is fantastic! Again, the best we have had in Europe. There are pastries, breads, cakes, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit, cooked food, juices, teas, coffees. Antonis & Maya ensure everything runs like clockwork with the bar & breakfast area. Again, it is spotless! They are always there to help & are all so friendly. The pool area is lovely. Quiet, lots of little birdies, relaxing music, lovely pool, bar service, showers & toilet. You can get fresh beach towels every day with a small deposit. They have luggage storage if your flight is long after checkout at 12, so you can go to the beach & come back to use showers etc... If we could give Kokkinos 10 stars, we would. Thank you!

I can only think of one thing! The bath towels are on the small side if you're a larger person.

The pool and the seating area were good enough but the shade was a down side for my child who felt cold and couldn't stay long in the water

From arriving all staff were so welcoming and lovely, the room was lovely and clean and spacious something i find important as a solo traveller. Waiting staff all very friendly and happy to help. Food and drink selection was fantastic. Pool area was absolutely perfect no fighting for sunbeds and just very relaxed. Check out was great and had 8 hours before been picked up but they provide secure lockers plus there is a changing and shower area which is very clean to use and they will provide a towel which is great when you have a late flight. Staff couldn't do enough

Some noise on the night due to been in a room on the front on first floor but understand it cant be helped as location is great
