Location to the beach fantastic. Staff friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Lots of choice.

Rooms a little aging, ours smelt of damp (could have been air con). Didn't realise spa facilities were free until last day. Probably should have checked, but would have been nice to be told on arrival. Just overall didn't feel like a 5 star hotel for the money. As for location, only restaurants are on the 'strip'... Lots of TV screens... Don't expect local authentic places with local atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient for the beach and bars , shops etc it you wanted it.

The room was short on usable storage and small balcony. We booked a sea view but the main view was of a car park although we could see the sea

Great location. Just in front of the Fig tree beach at 2 minutes by walk. Room with sea view, big balcony, with beautiful sunset in the morning Breakfast with good choice of food both for sweet and savory. Staff very friendly and helpful Very good swimming pool for playing with kids. Good choice of restaurants (4) for also full board

Cleanliness of the room not satisfactory. When arrived after check in the room was dirty. Reported to the reception and they organized to clean it. Management provided at this point also some complimentary to recover the situation. Housekeeping not always efficient; sometimes it happened that they didn't come to clean the room. Need to report to reception in order to get the room clean. Room quite small (23 m2), considering that is for 3 adults.

Location of the hotel is perfect, having access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus. Great food at breakfast with plenty of choices.All hotel restaurants and bars are of a good standard but rather expensive. Staff are very frienly and always keen to service customers with a smile.Top management keeps a close eye on the operations and this ensures that the good standard of the hotel is maintained.

Management needs to review its pricing policy at its bars and restaurants. Prices are rather on the high side with mama's restaurant quoting a €30 per head price for meze for example. Drinks at the hotel's bar at night can reach up to €6.50 for an orange juice and €7.50 for a single shot of vodka.Beer price is also rather high compared to greater variety and better prices you can find just a short walk outside of the hotel on the Protaras main strip.

The location: beachfront to Fig Tree Bay was a major plus and on the Protaras’ main shopping and restaurants strip. Helpful, welcoming and friendly staff; very clean (daily cleaning service, even the balcony was vacuumed, dusted and mopped); excellent breakfast spread, very good restaurants (Koi and Mama’s) on the hotel grounds.

Very expensive for what it offers in terms of rooms quality and size. Even though we opted for a side sea view, our room was at the far end of the hallway, second furthest to the see view. We did see the sea, but not as we would have expected at that value. The room was quite small, enough for 2 people, but no more, with a connecting door to another room. Due to this, there was limited privacy. We could hear every little noise from next door and, unfortunately, our neighbor also had quite a bit of a coughing problem.

Fabulous location right on Fig Tree Bay with the most direct access to the sea and a really spacious outside area with lots of rooms between sunbeds. Great adults only area. Really lovely restaurant choices (especially Koi for sushi) and a lovely breakfast. Staff were really helpful. Our room was lovely and large and we had a really large comfy bed (we were upgraded to a Deluxe sea view room).

The room decor is a bit bland and the hairdryer is one of those terrible old ones that is attached to the drawer and has no power. I could not dry my hair. The bathroom is small with no space to put your stuff on the sides. The hallways were a bit tired and smelt a bit stale.

Capo bay has a fabulous location right on fig tree bay beach and within easy walking distance of so many bars and restaurants. I love the breakfast buffet, great variety of food and drinks. The staff are so helpful, welcoming and friendly.

I think Capo Bay needs an update to get it inline with its 5* rating. The rooms need to be redesigned to make use of the space and views. The reception area also needs a redesign so it can make the most of its prominent location on the beach.

There are some restaurants near by who celebrate end of season the last 5 nights till 3.00-4.00 in the morning with very loud greek music. It was better to go to the party than trying to sleep They have very performant sound system from your room you feel like you are in the restaurant

The hotel was in a great location- in the middle of Fig Tree Bay; directly looking at the small island surrounded by turquoise waters. The facilities were excellent-with both heated and non heated pools, a gym and a Spa. The decor was stylish and contemporary. The Staff were friendly and accommodating. The Hungarian sports leader was a joy. The waiting staff couldn't have been nicer and manager Andreas was assured and professional. Additionally, we noticed all the 'little touches' that made it exceptional- fresh flowers in the room, good quality robes and toiletries, clean communal spaces. The breakfast choice was vast- with an amazing variety of food to choose from-and this treat could be enjoyed on a beautiful sunny veranda overlooking Fig Tree beach. Perfect

The location was perfect, in city center and just near the Fig Tree Bay. The room was comfortable and hotel provide very good wifi.The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice.
