Stayed here in our interrail trip because we couldn't find any hostel available or similar. It was a good surprise, not pricey (we were trying to spend the less we could, so it fitted well), and the comfort of the room was totally worth it. Also, it was near the center, near enough to only travel by foot. The language difference was not a problem, everybody knew the minimum of English, at least. If one day we decide to visit Olomouc again we will probably stay here again.

We felt that the breakfast was nothing special... Probably it was due to culture differences (as a Portuguese couple). Despite that, we didn't leave the hotel hungry ;)

Good breakfast, good location, the parking is near.

I was here 5 nights and my room wasn't clean. I told to cleaner about the clean (with translator, cause lady doesn't understand English) and hung up the paper about clean. But nothing happened. Next day I ask to change the towels (not all so bad, but lady gave me just little towels). So better to ask administration about cleaning. Little beds.

Very good location, short walking distance from downtown. Good breakfast.

Understaffed. Both at the check-in and check-out only a single staff person at the reception at the peak times—quite a few people lining up to wait. The trash-basket was not emptied from previous occupants, wasn’t rectified even after complaint at the reception. Hard to say if policy of “we only clean, if you request” is really due to “covid”, or again just an understaffing issue.

very good 24h checkin, more hotels should offer this option. Welcoming and prepared staff, great and clean rooms, very wide and welcoming. Parking has security cameras. Possibility to wholly darken the room, not to wake up too early.

The parking should be safer or fenced, though there are cameras. More hotels should provide safe parking options, it can be problematic with a van, though this one can be considered quite safe. Bar at ground floor.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely, kind and helpful. The breakfast was nicely presented and of good quality. The beds were absolutely perfect and comfortable. I recommend :)

Just be careful not to arrive too late, if you travel by car and wish to park for free on the parking behind the hotel. There is a possibility to park the car in a garage below the hotel but it costs extra.

The location was excellent - 15 minute walk to main square. Reception staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Room was very clean. Breakfast offered a good choice of options. Would definitely stay here again. We had stayed here 5 days prior and needed to come back to Olomouc so this was an obvious choice.

Very good breakfast. Hotel located few minutes’ walk from down town. Convenient parking. Hotel itself in good condition. I can recommend it, especially for stop in long trip. It is very close to highway, no worries about driving into city centre.
