Lovely hotel that was excellent value for money. The Bill actually made me double-check that they hadn't forgotten a day. The room was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely, there was a really nice big bed, a lovely bathroom and a shower. Hotel breakfast was very good. Great location about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town square. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area. Beautiful buildings. About a 15-minute walk to Charles Bridge.

The only problem, for a 5-star hotel I would expect better service when it comes to guest requests. Ordering room service for instance. In the restaurant, I could get a flat white with no hassle, but when requesting one for room service it was impossible as the man didn't know what they were, and wouldn't just pass the order to the restaurant. Also requesting a fork for a late-night snack was met with a "no the restaurant is closed" from the reception staff. I would expect someone to sort it out for you in a five-star hotel. A tiny issue that did not take away from the rest of the stay in this lovely hotel.

Fantastic hotel in a great area very close to old town, transport and shopping centre

Cleaning of rooms didn't happen as housekeeping staff wanted to come in whilst we were getting ready to go out for evening. Disappointed with this service as it is offered much too late. Poor for 5,* hotel. Told by staff that this timing is usual but not informed of this in room.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations! The room was lovely and spacious and every day the housekeeping managed to clean it, change our towels, change the bins etc. We had a little fridge and the bed was really big! Easy to control the temperature in the room and the bathroom was quite large. The staff at reception downstairs were so lovely and nothing seemed to be an issue for them - they always served everyone with a smile on their face. The breakfast is nice, and a bit simple, but you can also ask for omelettes and purchase additional items at a reasonable price. On our last day, we got the Eggs Benedict and they were absolutely lovely. We made use of the fitness facilities and spa. The fitness is super basic and small, but it does the job if you want to do a quick workout. The sauna and steam room are nice, again, quite small. Be aware, if you are not used to seeing naked people in the sauna and steam room, this is normal in European culture. :) Overall, we had a fantastic trip. We didn't use public transport, we didn't need to as the hotel was so central and easy to walk to everywhere. Prague is just such an incredible city and our stay in Art Hotel Deco Imperial made it even more unforgettable. :)

The rooms could use a bit more lighting, I found it hard to do my makeup without proper lighting in the room and prefer to not do it in the bathroom but sit down and enjoy the process. :) Really basic fitness studio - it needs some work...

Spacious rooms :) the restaurant and hotel spaces are really classy "art deco delight" ;)

Breakfast was disappointing :( was especially looking forward to the well advertised "smoked salmon" - wasn't there and it's not the first time ...

The building and Art Deco decor! The breakfast offering was excellent but the later main menu was disappointing. That said, the one meal we did have was beautifully cooked and presented. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

There were no drawers in the bedroom and hanging space was limited.

The Imperial Art Deco Hotel in Prague has a great history in general. Famous author Franz Kafka was a regular guest and the Art Nouveau / Art Deco interior design gives it a grandeur which reminds one of movies like Titanic or The Great Gatsby. While walking through the Lobby, the restaurant, the staircase or even the elevator room, one would might wonder what all happened here if the walls could talk :-) The rooms are classic and spacious with a lot of dedication to details, the bathroom in marble has 'The Royal look and feel'. The Staff was very helpfull as is the valet parking. The breakfast in the great restaurant interior meets all standards and is joy to sit and just look at the mosaic details. Located in the city centre of Prague, everything is just a couple of minutes away. In overall and having a special love for 'historic hotels' and being 'cherry picky', I can sincerely recommend the Imperial Art Deco Hotel! Christian David Petermann Art-Director memoeuro.world

The hotel is well situated within walking distance of the historic centre and right next to multiple tram stops. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

While the hotel staff were fantastic, the staff in the hotel restaurant were rude and unhelpful. On one day when we wanted to have lunch there they told us there was no space unless we had a reservation even though it was half empty (and still was 45 minutes later when we returned from having lunch round the corner).

Lovely hotel for exploring Prague, with beautiful tiled decor. Breakfast is held in a wonderful room with a great choice on the buffet. We were unable to book for dinner for the four nights we stayed, so if this is important to you, book ahead (you cannot do this through the hotel, it's a separate website). We ate locally; I think fine dining is a bit thin on the ground in Prague but you need meat and potatoes in the winter and that's what we ate. Trams right outside the hotel. Lovely room and very warm, thankfully, as it was minus 10 outside. It's an excellent location, but here's a tip - take proper footware in winter. I did, and even then it was almost impossible to stand up in the snow and ice, as the town council don't grit or salt their heritage marble pavements. Ever the locals were struggling. I managed a few photos even if I was flat on my back.

I don't like hairdryers attached to bathroom walls; no full length mirror in our otherwise very well appointed room; and one morning, there was no hot water for my shower. (My lucky, lucky husband was OK). Stuff happens and it's no one's fault, but this is a girl who won't swim in the Med in July. I had to take a cold shower then go out in minus 10. Not a good start to the day...

Unusual Art Deco hotel with impressive ceramic wall decoration and ceiling in mosaic, especially in the dining room. Clean well set up room and the bathroom was nice with good water pressure from the shower. Iron in the room was also handy

Although nice, one of the smallest bedrooms of any hotel we have stayed in. Although the reception staff were pleasant, on arrival they should find out if you have stayed there before and if not they should point out the faciltities/location of the hotel. For example we had to ask where the bar was and also the location of the spa area. Could also do with an "idiots guide" folder for Prague in the bedroom.
