It is the first time that my husband and I stayed in this beautiful place. We stayed in room 702. The room was beautifully decorated and maintained with a lot of care. Our bathroom had rock walls, very special and spacious. The main building is 30 meter away from the Depandance. The whole staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of choices, everything freshly prepared. There is a nice garden with outdoor seating. The WiFi signal was very strong. We will definitely come back. The room was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, clean, with plenty of power outputs, nice furniture and a superb bathroom. Great choice on the breakfast bouffet. Having said that, I chose that hotel for its location and underground parking, and was not disappointed. Very helpful staff and good value for money.

The room was located in a separate building which faces the Chotkova street (which is quite busy ) with a steep staircase and no lift available. The street traffic was barely audible with the window closed, and we actually felt comfortable sleeping with the window open at night, so not too bad! I am sorry to say that the air-con smelled of an old musty carpet that has been kept in a wet cellar, so had to forget about its existence.

It is an awesome place, with an incredible staff, a great restaurant with dozens of options for breakfast and dinner. The spa is wonderful, truly a plus. The location is perfect, far from the noise and close to the interesting places in the city.

It is hard to find something negative about this place, maybe, that our rooms were not part of the main building therefore during winter it could be a cold experience to get the breakfast.

Staff is friendly and super helpful, room was great and super clean. Offered breakfast is so delicious and location of the hotel is just perfect!

The only thing that wasn't that good is that outdoor parking is just a very limited space on the street outside the hotel, which is very narrow and uphill, so parking there was quite inconvenient. It would be good if hotel had the possibility to park LPG cars on the indoor parking.

There is no elevator in the hotel so had to climb two storeys with luggage. We checked in on an icy December evening and there was no black salt sprinkled on the footpath and entrance of the hotel making us slip and slide.

The property is in the perfect location to travel around. literally a stone’s throw away from the Prague Castle and most things a 10/15min walk

I thought wellness Center meant the property had a gym. But it didn’t, just the spa, but the spa is incredible

The staff were wonderful, the room was exceptionally comfortable, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat!

The WiFi is unfortunately not great, so trying to watch Netflix is impossible; however, that’s minor.

receptionist insisted on having my password, I had only my EU ID, very strange. According to her police rules, non senseless as EU ID is valid for ALL EU countries.

The breakfast was very tasty and the room was nice. Good music around during breakfast. The location of the hotel is basically in the city center. Room was quite big and bright and clean.

Noisy room because it was close to the rush crossroad with trams and intensive traffic.

We want to say special thank you word to Anna. She was very kind to us and helped to solve a couple of issues. Thanks to her our stay was more pleasant so we even decided to stay +1 day. Great people are working there. Hotel is very clean and beautiful.

It is very personal, for us the mattress was very soft but we solved this. So it is ok.
