If you're looking for a hotel, in a great location with friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable room with lovely buffet breakfast included look no further. This hotel is right next to the Charles Bridge, but on the quiter side with lovely restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Easy walking distance across the bridge to the old town, wenceslas area and the Jewish quarter. There is a metro station 2 min walk away called Malostanska which takes you to the Wenceslas area (Muzeum stop) or Old Town (Mustek or Staromestska stop) all green lines. However all is an easy walk across the Charles Bridge. The castle isn't far from the hotel, also an easy walk. There is also a funicular near by, which will take you up to the tower then there will be a que at the tower to buy a ticket to climb 299 stairs to the top. Once at the top though the views are amazing! Loved this hotel, breakfast was always fresh with someone checking and replacing items frequently, the staff were very good at their jobs, told us loads at checkin and check out we could leave our suitcases in the baggage area. Will definitely book this hotel again.

At the risk of making this hotel overly popular...this was perhaps one of the best European accommodations I have ever stayed in. The location is AT the end of the Charles Bridge, the side that is across the river from the Old Town area. It is a 5-10 min walk to the Old Town City Hall and the main square. It is absolutely beautiful. The room was huge. The staff were so attentive and went above and beyond to help us with a special request that made our stay even more comfortable: we bring our own unscented fabric detergent in case we have a room with linens that are scented...we get headaches from fragrances. They used our detergent to wash the towels and pillow cases to remove some of the fragrance, which was not overwhelming, but one of us is very sensitive to these. They booked an airport transfer for us that arrived right on time. The breakfast was amazing--lot of choices and very healthy. I can not believe that this hotel costs what it did--a huge value. It will be the only accommodation that we book for any future trips to Prague.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Prague. Location, the hotel room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and one of biggest I've seen (2 large singles put together). We did have the largest room, a treat for my husbands birthday. Little treats were left each night, chocolate, a bottle of prosecco, and even a fridge magnet. There is a restaurant in the same building (we were in the main part of the hotel, and there is a separate block across the road). There was an excellent selection of food for breakfast, including prosecco for a Bucks fizz if you wanted. We had our evening meal there twice, which was gorgeous, I recommend the beef cheeks! I would certainly recommend excellent value for money.

Nothing to dislike.

Exceptional experiences in all points. The front staff are exceptionally helpful and care about their guests! Special call out to Ales Medvecky for his help with restaurants, and general information about the city of Prague. The location of hotel is excellent, right next to Charles Bridge. Our room was spacious and spotless with high ceiling. The rooftop terrace was a great surprise providing incredible view during the day and night of Prague Castle, St Nicholas Church, Petrin Tower, and Charles Bridge Tower. The breakfast each morning was excellent and we had dinner in their restaurant that also was excellent with outstanding service. We absolutely stay here again.Stay No where else !

Nothing.

The hotel annexe was lovely. Very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was only a few steps to the Charles Bridge, but was nevertheless quiet and calm. Breakfast, served in the main hotel dining room, was delicious. Very varied, buffet-style with a large selection. It was even possible to cook your own waffles! The hotel has an attached restaurant which serves evening meals and there is also a creperie attached to the annexe. The staff were absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay a happy one. I would highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Prague.

Location could not have been better, next to Charles Bridge - the centrepiece of Prague. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet style breakfast was plentiful and tasty with something for everyone’s taste. The Hotel are also happy to arrange taxi collection both from, and to, the airport - paid directly to the driver (which I would absolutely recommend).

My only minor criticism is that the hotel comprises two properties, the main hotel and the dependency. I would have preferred to be accommodated in the main hotel but my wife and I were booked into the dependency- which is opposite the main building. This accommodation was still excellent but it was just a little inconvenient as the restaurant is in the main hotel. This situation did not impact negatively on our break though.

My wife and I went to Prague to go to a specific event and this was our third visit to this lovely city. We usually stay on the other side of the bridge, around the old town so this was somewhere new. We both preferred this location. The hotel was superb. Very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is at the end of Charles Bridge on the Castle side of the river, so was obviously convenient for this. Other tourist favourites such as the Castle, Clock Tower, the old-town and Petrin Hill are also within easy reach. There are tram stops a few minutes walk away if you want to go further. We booked the suite, which was very nice indeed, over looking the tower. Unexpectedly, given the popularity of Charles Bridge, there was no sound at all over night. I thought the hotel was great and will definitely be staying again next time we visit Prague.

We love this hotel so much. First of all, the location is perfect. Charles bridge is located right in front of the hotel. But given the fact, it’s very quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. You won’t hear the traffic and the people from outside the property. We parked right outside of the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They even upgraded us to deluxe room which was very generous of them. They also recommended us restaurants and safe place to withdraw money. Breakfast was amazing, different varieties everyday. Our favorite was the waffle bar. They also sell tram tickets at the reception so we didn’t have to find a kiosk to get one. Everything was very convenient and their attention to detail is very commendable. Thank you for the fruit basket gift. They were delicious. The bed was also very comfortable. Our sleeps were really restful.

Friendly helpful staff, who went beyond to make our stay memorable and perfect. Great location but calm and great to access all of the key sights. You honestly cannot believe you are next to one of the key and busiest tourist attractions in Prague. The breakfast was very good. Would recommend the Pod Vezi restaurant as well for a meal. The Deer goulash is sublime. You also get free access to the Charles Bridge tower on the Mala Strana side We stayed in the separate building from the hotel which was just perfect and the rooms were well proportioned. Good facilités and quiet with very comfortable beds. There is a roof terrace and it’s a little Mary Poppins sitting above all of the roof tops with views of the castle and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel and location.

A great location next to the Charles Bridge, however, more importantly the staff were very friendly and helpful; the hotel was very clean with large well furnished rooms and a very comfortable, large bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold food and excellent service. Much more character here than a large chain hotel and if you accept some common sense limitations (don't expect a pool for example...) due to the location and the age of the building then you will enjoy the character of the hotel. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable trip to Prague and we were very well looked after.

Nothing - I had no complaints. Even though the hotel was busy (tourist season for the Christmas markets), the staff were excellent and the service and facilities were maintained at a very high standard.
