The hotel was amazing, in my room at my arrival were water, fruits, some coffee candy and a note from the manager welcoming me to the hotel! The room was big, cleaned every day and always smelled nice! The bed was really, really comfortable! Also the hotel is within walking distance from some amazing places, personally i walked till King Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle and it was wonderful! The breakfast could have been more variated but since i don't eat a lot in the morning for me it was not a minus! If i ever come back to Prague i will be staying here again for sure!

There are so many thing I loved about the experience that my family and I had. Customer Service First and foremost is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment we entered to the moment we left they were accommodating to any needs we had, mostly from the reception team, but also catering and housekeeping staff. Taxis were provided very promptly, even at short notice, and equipment like ironing board was swiftly provided upon request. Breakfast The second was the amazing breakfast facilities which offered two large dining rooms and a massive selection of dishes, both hot and cold, sweet and savoury. It also catered to all needs, such as those of our party who are lactose intolerant by providing soya milk, and those who have a more exotic taste, through the provision of rare toppings like grated coconut and chia seeds. Absolutely fabulous variety. Rooms The rooms were immaculately cleaned, excellent size, with airconditioning, all shower facilities, and added convenience facilites such as fridge, teas and kettle, and safe. Extra Facilities A bonus was having a massage service available which some of our party used, as well as a handy bar for drinks. We only noticed the jacuzzi service towards the end but would have loved to have used this! Location The hotel is situated in a close walking distance to convenience shops, restaurants, the river Vltava, and the centre (Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square), as well as close to trams to take us a little further afield (Prague Castle and Petrin). Overall Verdict What a super amazing hotel! It has everything excellent going for it! Highly recommended! Absolutely glad I chose it!

I have nothing to say against the hotel. It would be great however to have double rooms available with a view for a slightly extra price rather than only the apartments having those special views. We may have opted to pay slightly more if such double/twins rooms would be available.

Excellent breakfast with huge range of cooked food, cereal, yogurts, fruit juices, coffees, teas cold meats and cheeses, porridge, myriad toppings, jams, fruit, salad, platters piled high with pastries, cakes and rolls. Stocks were constantly replenished and the five-hour window enables guests to go when it suits them. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished. We had balconies with great views over the city. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave.

The rooms need soundproofing. I could hear the tv in the rooms on either side. I wore ear plugs so I wasn’t kept awake.

This place is absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 12 nights and could of extended if time permitted. The rooms are beautiful and this is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Breakfast is great and they have managed the large numbers by opening a second breakfast area downstairs rather than overcrowding the main area. The hotel staff speak English well and were helpful when needed. The location is very central with fantastic restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance.

Excellent location,Wenceslas square couple of minutes,old town square 10 minutes bars and restaurants within a few yards.staff very helpful and friendly all in all a nice place to stay

The lobby bar stays open until 11pm on Wednesday 5 th April a different barman was working I ordered a Baileys coffe for my wife only to be informed he did not serve any coffee drinks after 10pm yet this was never the case previously at 10.45 he started to shut the bar and ask everyone to settle their bill I saw two people approach him and ask for drinks but he refused to serve them .this sort of attitude doesn’t help the hotel

This grand hotel has kept its splendor from long ago. The high ceiling and solid wood trim, with elegant furniture gave me the feeling that I was in a palace. The beds were comfortable, and there were enough high end antique chairs to be able to sit and enjoy reading or watching TV. Breakfast included most foods from which people from different cultures could find their own dishes. The location was close but not in the center of the old town so walking around didn't leave one bruised from the crowds. I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel was in contact with us, even prior to check-in, responding to any queries we had. Wonderful, friendly staff. Lovely room - even though we had a standard room, it was a decent size, with a good size bathroom. Enjoyable breakfast every morning, with a large variety to satisfy everyone. The hotel is situated in a very central location, and we were able to walk to all the sites which we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I think the hotel could have opened a second room for breakfast in the mornings. The breakfast room felt very crowded at times. However, at no stage did anyone go without any food they wanted. Staff replenished serving bowls all the time.

Very nice location. Nice breakfast Great view from our room. Friendly staff. We got a driver from the hotel to pick us up and drive us back to airport. Very nice service. The driver that picked us up was nice..(but the car was old and broken)

Shower was a bit broken and gave us hot and cold water repeatedly. Some of the furniture was not in very good condition .. felt old. Actually the whole hotel felt old. That can be charming...but updating the furniture in the rooms would take them a long way. In the pictures we could see on booking.. the suite had a sofa in it. But there was no sofa in our room. Power outlets on the bedside tables should be mandatory.. and our room didn't have any power outlets next to the bed.

The room was spacious and comfortable with enough closet space. I also liked that there were several hooks by the door where you can hang your coat. Bathroom was also nice and spacious, with a heating rack, which a plus for travelers who do some laundry. Hotel was in a good location, albeit a bit far from the old town. There are several tram/bus stops around but none were really within 100 meters so you will be constrained to walk in any case (unless you take a cab). Breakfast was also sufficient, with a good variety. Staff were courteous and professional.

The only complaint we had was that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There were sugar granules on the table from when we made coffee in the morning which were still there even after the room was supposedly cleaned for the day. Also my mom dropped a pill which she still found on the carpet after a couple of days (which means the floor wasnt vacuumed for days). Linens were also never changed even once during our 7-night stay.

It was my first trip to Prague. Went with my girlfriend and wanted to have a centrally located hotel so that we could explore everything on foot. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is about 5 minutes on foot to the main walking street and about 10 minutes to the river. We had a really nice stay at the hotel. Staff was polite and attentive. Cleaning was well done. A great deal compared to other hotels in the city (hotels are expensive in Prague). Highly recommended!

Breakfast really needs to be updated. There are so many local delicacies that can be offered. They need to bring in somebody to redesign the breakfast menu completely. Other than that, everything was great.
