The location is perfect, hotel is clear that an old one but very clean and comfortable.

We travelled nine countries and we stayed at 7 hotels in this holiday with my son and in any other place except this hotel the receptionists didn t make us wait because of our passports that we have Special Passports ( the Green passport).Two Lady in the reception were unaware of this passport and they couldn t give a decision whether to accept us to hotel or not and one of them called somebody and asked. After that they accepted us in the hotel.In a place like Prag which is a global city which many kinds of People Come there to visit , the hotel receptionists should/ must know what is Special Passport is.

The location is great, within 15-20 min walking distance to the city centre. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel, so it is easy to get anywhere in the city. Grocery stores (organic, retail), restaurants, bars are closeby. The breakfast was good, they provided gluten free bread as we requested it beforehand, although no other gluten free baked goods were available. The room was fine, the furniture is a bit old, but the room was clean and there is a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee.

The weather was quite bad during our stay, so we would have appreciated to turn on the heat a bit - but there is no air conditioning, only central heating (of course turned off at this time of the year). The water pressure in the bathroom (both in the sink and shower) was very poor, so we asked the receptionist to have it repaired and it was better the next day. Carpets are rather old and could be vacuumed more thoroughly (or changed). The street in front of the hotel is really noisy, with a tram stop directly outside, so be prepared that the windows do not cancel the noise out too much. Perhaps heavier curtains would help, also enabling making the room darker to sleep better.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful, from the accommodation to the staff and people which works here. We were excellent received, wonderful people work at the reception, who prompted us and showed us on the map how to get to our destination. I would like to note the receptionist named Anuar and David they behaved very professionally and kindly, they always got up, although in my opinion this is superfluous,  greeted me and my wife. The accessibility of the hotel is a big plus, since everything is within walking distance, and if not, there is a subway, tram and bus station nearby

The location is wonderful and very close to the tram, which will bring you faster to the city center, Lidl, Starbucks, bars, and everything you need. It is even close to the city center while walking on your feet. I liked that you could open your windows, and see beautiful rain and get fresh air during your stay. The breakfast was good - pancakes, lots of fresh salads and fruits, sweets, etc. Maybe juice could be better, but nothing to complain about. The room was fine as well. We had a spacious wardrobe and a comfy bed. The furniture seems a bit old, but the room was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay starting with smiles and welcoming of employees to the breakfast and place.

It was a hot day while we stayed in Prague, and our room didn't have an air conditioner. It has that small one, but not a regular air conditioner.

We liked everything. Really. Since the very first contact. We came a couple hours earlier and our room was not ready, but we could leave our backpacks at the admin's room and could have some walk around. Admin Kristina is very kind and helpful. We appreciate her help a lot. The room was quiet .Really we had better rest then at home. The window view to the inner side of the building was not impressive , but I asked for the quiet and silent place and it was natural we had to choose our priorities . We took breakfast only once for our 11 years old son .He came back full.Sausages were very tasty. Every day cleaning was of good quality. There is a kettle in the room. And some packs of tea and sugar.So you can have breakfast in the room. There is a bakery downstairs and very yammy croussaunts. The hotel is situated 6 minutes to Florence Bus Station and underground. 30 seconds to the tram station. 6 minutes to the Palladium center where the main sightseeings start. Perfect location in Praha 2.

It's not about hotel Harmony. It's about currency exchange scams who can sometimes appear in the street close to the entrance door and propose you better rate. They give you fake currency which looks like local money. Never exchange currency from people in the street. Use special places for currency exchange. There are plenty of them around. The first is at the hotel registration desk,by the way.

The room was spacious, warm and clean. Bathroom seems to be renewed so also quite good. The hotel is not new but this also has its benefits (you always get bigger and warmer rooms in old hotel buildings in my view). The proximity to the center and easy connection with the airport is also a plus. Make sure you request a room at a higher floor - we got one on the 6th floor and it was not noisy at all.

If you stay during the summer and you have to sleep with an open window (no air conditioner), then it might be noisy from the trams outside. I think there is a problem with insulation. But in December everything was alright.

Great budget hotel - close to train, bus and tram connections and walking distance to lots of food options and the main tourist attractions. Has a delicious bakery downstairs if you don't feel like going out. Reception staff were friendly. Room was a good size, shower pressure and temperature remained constant. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was OK but not amazing. The doona in the room made temperature control challenging - I was either too hot or too cold. This wasn't a major issue for me, but since there is a tram/bus stop right outside the hotel you can sometimes hear them going past in early morning.

Very small room (for 1 person) but was very clean. The toilet/shower in the room were much appreciated and clean. Located close to the train/bus station but far enough so that it's not noisy.

No air conditioning despite it being over 32 degrees that day. Fortunately there was a small fan in the room. The bed was very small and the linens kept coming off. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't properly fixed to the sink and kept moving, which was annoying.

This hotel is centrally located and just a couple of minutes walk from the main bus station-Florenc, which is also a metro station. It offer generous and very tasty breakfast, staff is kind and polite. When in Praque, we often stay at this hotel as it's good value for money. Also the reception is run for 24/7.

It is located on a really busy street and the noise from the trams start at around 4:30 am. and it is repeated every 3-5 minutes because there is a tram stop right at the front of the hotel. It is quite difficult to sleep when the noise start if you come from a quiet location.

The room was very spacious, beds are really comfy and the pillow are to die for !!! So big so soft so perfect ! The room was really clean ! There is a buffet for breakfast that can meet everyone's taste. The products were not high quality (for example it was juice in powder ...) but honestly, it was really good and we enjoyed every morning ! Best value for money !!!

Tap pressure on the sink, no hot water. The shower was good but be careful when you turn the heat, it could be in one second hot or cold. A part from that, nothing wrong. You can hear just a bit the tram in the morning, but didn't affect me as I live in a city center and I am use to it.
