Me and my friend renting same room every year and we are more then happy . Is very clean , is not huge , is small but we love it . The ladies who are taking care of the cleaning are soooo lovely , always to help . They speak Ukrainian or Russian and you can use the google translate . Never pass by without saying hello . They are so amazingly 🌸 . Also the receptionist staff are incredible , very polite , nice , professional, always ready to help and that’s why we go Back there every year . As soon as you go out of the building you have absolutely everything you need and want around and so close to the center .

The rooms and the facilities available in the room. The suite was actually two separate rooms with doors so we two families had our privacy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the cot was also provided as per the request. the location of the hotel is amazing, right next to the tram stop. The reception staff was very helpful. we had to leave our luggage at the reception after check out and we were accommodated.

The rooms were not that clean and there were no towel slippers available. We had a toddler with us and we had to be careful that she doesn't pick something from the floor.

We like location. Very close to everything. Friendly staff. We didn't expect the room to be that spacious with terrace. Even if the housekeeping is to be requested at the reception they come to your room to refill everything. We are really happy and contented to stay in this hotel. Kodus to the cleaning staff.

There is a mold on the ceiling inside the bathroom.

The location was very good. Right outside was a tram station. Many food joints nearby. A grocery store right next door. Room was big enough with large windows.

The check in and check out had to be done at Urban crème hotel reception which was a few minutes walk from the Alveo suites. This was inconvenient for us as we had a very early morning check out plus the cold as we were travelling in December. Also the bathroom had a smell even though it was clean.

Bigger than I expected! Basically a whole 1 bedroom flat with bathroom and kitchen. Excellent price for the location too, surrounded by shops and 15 minutes walk from the old city centre. Everything was very clean and fresh. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very warm rooms with double windows. Dish soap, dishes and all cooking and kitchen utensils were provided. I had to add an extra day to my stay which was super easy to do at the front desk (just down the road from the apartment building)

Laundry detergent and kitchen spray could be included as I couldn’t wash my clothes without buying a whole detergent from the shop

Our flight was cancelled, so needed somewhere cheap for the night. Easy check in at hotel almost opposite property. Really clean and comfortable. Basic kitchen/living room, twin room and modern bathroom. Water pressure was amazing, nearly blasted my face off in the shower! Would definitely book again for a low cost stay.

Nothing, could not fault. I expected it to be a bit dodgy for the price, but it was excellent.

The location was a less than a 10 minute walk from the Florenc Bus Station. Check in is conveniently located on the same street. Apartment was so clean and spacious. Even though it was March and snowing while we were there the apartment was nice and warm even without the radiator running. Great value for money and fantastic location close to Old Town and loads of other things to see and do. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Location was a 5/10 minute walk into the old town Square There was a fridge in the room and a full length mirror Having check in/ out services at a neighbouring property meant that there was 24 hours support if needed

My overall experience staying at Alveo Suite was SUPERB!!! Highly recommended Hotel Accomodation in Prague, the Location is very accessible to all. The Room where i stayed was so Comfy and Cozy. Staffs are friendly. Satisfaction guarantee at this Hotel. The price is just right and i just hope they maintain it. I will definitely make bookings again with Alveo Suites in the near future.
