Value for money, staff very helpful with facilities what would be expected for the price. Kettle and hairdryer as well as extra blanket in room very useful. Location is very good as it is very close to the shopping area which also has good selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. If you walk up this main shopping street you arrive at Grand Place. Also close to/beside the Gare de Nord/North station which is the first stop on the Airport train - this is great as you can get rid of bags quickly without too much struggle. If you come out the back of the Gare de Nord station, the hotel is just a short walk away. I would recommend looking at the street map beforehand to figure out the location. Standard budget hotel and gives what one would expect.

Not the hotel's fault, but the location is a bit seedy behind the North station and there were lots of construction works going on during our stay, which left the streets around very messy. But, despite this we did not experience any issues coming and going during the day or in evening.

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Kind and helpful staff. What I really appreciated was that I was frankly informed that there may be some noise due to works outside in the morning in this period. Anyway it wasn't an issue for me as I went out very early for work! The location was not ideal but it was fine as I was traveling alone (without family). Overall I think it's a good value for money.

Great location, very close to the station and within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Several options of restaurants within walking distance as well. It has all the basics for a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly whenever we had any issues or questions. It has elevator, which is very helpful with the luggage.

When we arrived, the electric kettle had residues of old milk, so more attention from the cleaning staff would have been nice. However, the hotel apologized and replaced it as soon as we notified them. The shower door didn't close very well, so there was some water leaking whenever we showered.

I enjoyed the welcoming reception. The lobby was clean and comfortable with armchairs to wait for your turn at the reception desk. The room was cosy and with enough space. The bathroom was equipped with very modern appliances and newly renovated. In addition, there was a bath tube. Breakfast was charming and with variety. Juices were good and coffee was decent. It was a nice stay!

Rooms were clean and the hotel is close to the main city centre and a main bus station! It was great for a 2 night stay.

The room was a little rough around the edges and needs some care. Basic hotel setup without the bells and whistles. The room was also a little bit bigger than we expected. There was also a lot of construction going on outside. We didn't experience noise but it did make walking around the area less comfortable. The immediate area was a little bit dirty and my partner felt a little unsafe walking around by herself.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. good for a family with Two kids .Very modern, and the bed is very comfortable . AC was very good ( we use only one AC. Did not use the room AC)

A little far away from main city center. 5-7 mints walk for Tramp/ Bus Overall, it was a great experience.

Reasonable price performance ratio, close to my office. Since it was a business trip, that's what matters the most.

Location is close to business district but unfortunately also to Nord Train station with unpleasant crowd hanging around. Be aware of pickpocketing and avoid any contacts with local people especially during late evenings and at night.

the staff were so so nice and helpful! the cleaning staff were so attentive and replaced our towels daily. the man at reception - Edil - was the nicest man ever!!

the location of the hotel didn’t feel totally safe when walking home from the metro/tram at night.

I liked the staff, Mainly Mehdi he helped us a lot to navigate the city and made the check in smooth even that we came late ( 11:30 pm) the location also is great, no need for public transportation everything is walkable

Everything all air con worked , bed was brilliantly comfortable as were the pillows and clean .power shower and room brilliant

All Perfect. Used this hotel 1 year ago and was terrible due to uncomfortable pillows and air conditioning broken . Now perfect.
