Really nice place. Nany historic location are 8n walking distance. Hotel staff was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Most places around will be closed at 6:30 pm 7:00pm. To have a nice dinner outside, you will need to take taxi to another area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, Alejandro and Pablo were especially kind. The location was truly fantastic. The Make Make restaurant was great and the free pisco sour cocktail they offered was a nice touch.

Sadly I lost one of my belongings there. I accidentally left it in my room. When I stopped by the next day to ask for it, it hadn't been found. I was disappointed that they didn't make more of an effort to help me locate it. Also, the taste of the tap water was awful, but that's more of a Santiago-wide problem than just at this hotel.

The room was a good size and the swimming pool area and the ambiance of the hotel were very good. Hotel got its own museum and also they have its own vine brands and vineyard they do day tours and vine testing tours if you are up for it. they also have a nice restaurant at the hotel.

we choose the area to be close to a tourist location which is right but the downtown area bit run down that is not the hotel's fault. the hotel has great safety entry at the main gate and they really look after their guest. breakfast need improvement as a European visiter breakfast wasn't our standard but we stayed 4 weeks in South America and 6 different hotels have to say this hotel was one of the best but still bit low standard for European standards.

Excellent air conditioning which was brilliant during a hot January. Excellent size rooms with comfy beds and good showers. Lovely facilities and really friendly helpful staff. The pool is great and the dining room for breakfast and dinners is large and well appointed with excellent attentive staff. The food we ordered for dinner was delicious. Drinks were excellent and good value. Breakfast was well presented with a good variety. The security staff were always available at the door and were helpful and attentive. The Hotel is within walking distance to a variety of city sights. Reception booked a taxi to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure which arrived on time.

the location, good value for money. the hotel staff is very friendly, especially the front desk officer Daniel. he is passionate and knowledgeable about his work, very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests. in addition, the dinner in Rosso restaurant was amazing. i had the best salad ever. my colleagues also liked their foods (fish and beef). I definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go back to Santiago

the room is a bit dated, some small parts are broken and needs renovation, but no major issues.

It is located in the city centre. Quiet and peaceful inside. I did not enjoy much make use of all the facilities, hence I cannot comment on those. I think all everyone working at the reception do a wonderful job. They are so welcoming and helpful with pleasant conversations. Pleasant experience at the restaurant too with every staff working with a smile.

People at the restaurant/bar rather, should not be sitting too close to the already tight swimming pool area. It can get a little uncomfortable.

THIS IS THE ONE - half the price if its rivals and twice as nice - exceprionally helpful staff - great little rooftop pool bar - great beer n burger rom service - immaculately clean and comfy beds beds - super courteous doir security and front desk - best lication - easy uber pick up and drop off - stylish spacious hotel at a goid price.

the staff was very friendly .

the style of the hotel is a little dated but I guess all hotels come to that point at one point. I didn’t like the fact they were a gate at the breakfast area . didn’t look good at all but I guess they have a lot of people trying to get breakfast for free ? also the room have a smell of the carpet .

Location and comfort

AC did not work. There was a big party that went late into the night at the restaurant with loud music playing which could be heard in the room. Had to complain to the front desk to close restaurant door

the restaurant had tables set up next to the pool that was just used by smokers having a post meal drink and sadly did ruin the chilled vibe we where experiencing. So much other bathers left!
