when I wanted to stay longer.they didn’t have my time of room.and wanted to charge me almost double for stupid Adult only section in the hotel.it’s another way to make more money.but not with me.I usually staying over3 weeks.yes 3weeks plus more .they shud have something special for ppl like myself!thats it

it’s next to a major boat launch and often ton of boats with loud parties. but honestly not a deal breaker in the grand scheme of what it offers.

What a beautiful resort. Highly recommended. We went to several All Inclusive Resorts in Punta Cana / Cap Cana / Bavaro and this Resort is one of our top resorts and will go back again. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the boulevard is a big plus to this resort. I will highly recommend to use the online booking for the a la cart restaurants before you arrive, because most of them are fully booked on peak hour. The food is good but not outstanding overall. This resort have so many pools and two separate kid pool areas but he infinite pool (main pool) is the one to be, this is where all the actions happens especially the afternoon entertainment. Big thumbs up the entertainment team you are doing a great job. In this resort there is around 16 bars - so you are never without a drink. The Sports Bar in the Boulevard are is very popular and kid friendly and the English Bar is cosy and very quiet. Please support the English Bar!!! The gym (in the boulevard area) is massive big and have top quality equipment. The spa is also highly recommended - we could only get a 50min couples massage but will book in advance for a 90min massage. The beach is not exclusive to the Resort therefore there is many boat parties and boats. The Resort offer a Medical Centre with a pharmacy !! This is located also in the Boulevard area. Don’t arrive before 3pm you will not get your room before that. We received an email that check in is at 2pm and we’ve done the online check in stating that we will arrive around 1:30pm and they let us wait until 3pm before we could check in. They did not offer us any drinks or recommend to have lunch or to go to the pool - that was highly frustrating. The staff in the lobby area are NOT friendly - we did not feel welcomed and they gave the impression that they don’t want to be there. That is not a good first impression of the Resort and staff.

The aesthetics were amazing! From the time you pull up on the resort your are greeted with exceptional hospitality, the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere very inviting! Pool and restaraunts were superb!

All the walking. Signage where restaraunts and stairwells, elevators etc, need to be more visible and plain. Also I would suggest golf carts to carry ppl from the ocean view areas to the lobby and shopping areas, it is quite a far walk for older ppl.

We got Covid one day before we departed and the Hotel couldn't have treated as better. They gave as a room and allowed us to stay for free until we recovered. And also, they assigned us a doctor, Maria Victoria Rijo, which made the experience even better. She was all the time in touch with us in case we needed something and always trying to help. Maria Victoria treated us so well, and made us feel very comfortable. I think the Hotel could not find a better representative than her. Thank you for everything Maria Victoria.

Let me start by saying I’ve been to almost every resort in Punta Cana and when it comes to structure and design this is definitely in my top 5. This resort is huge so get ready to walk, but it’s going to be worth it. I really loved the variety of places that the resort offers for every member of the family, from the English pub, the sports bar to the arcade and teens club, they’ve tought of absolutely everything to make your stay as entertaining as possible. What I love the most about the resort was their food, it was absolutely delicious and top tier restaurant quality so much that it makes you forget you’re at an all inclusive resort. Special shoutout to the chefs at the beach bbq and to Jairo at the YOLO restaurant and Paché at El Asador Restaurant. The Buffet also offered a huge variety of International cuisine everyday. Drinks were good, Make sure you ask for the specific alcohol brand you like sometimes they’re not visible. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely go back to check if they’ve improved some of the points I’ve mentioned here.

I felt that some of the staff still need a little more customer service oriented mentality since some of them were a little rude specially compared to other top notch resorts of the area, my biggest complaint with the resort is the pool closing time, specially the adults only since they all close at 6 pm and the main Pool doesn’t have a bar with only 1 waiter for the whole pool which can make it a little difficult to get a drink. There was also no animation at the pool so It got a little boring at times.

We were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and we had an EXCELLENT time. The property is impeccable. It is absolutely stunning, every inch of it. Such beautiful views and ambiance everywhere. And I would be remissed if I didn’t mention the staff. The staff was amazing - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The customer service was incredible. Truly a top notch, 5-star experience all around. We will absolutely be back!

The 24hr room service menu could have a few more options, but with so many restaurants available, we didn’t mind it really at all.

I rarely give 10 points in a review but this time I am stunned by the level of sophistication in the people working at this hotel. They are so good at what they do, they made our vacation a true vacation. The hotel is kept very clean, has a good thought out design. Every garden is beautiful. Rooms are big and cosy. The cosmetics are great quality. The gym is good. The overall look of the hotel has a great design, compared to other 5 star resorts in punta cana. I think we liked the restaurants the most, as they give you the feeling to be in a fine restaurant and you forget you are in an all inclusive hotel. And mainly the people working there do a great job. My respect to the management of this hotel. The beach is great as well, probably the best part of bavaro beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody. 1 more important thing: they have a shower and changing room which you can use when you have a late flight like we had.

The only thing that really annoyed me is the sound isolation in our room. You hear your neighbor from the upper floor, from left and right and from the hallway as well! That's a big problem if you want to sleep a bit longer in the morning or even try to have a afternoon nap.

I have a Genius level 3 account with about 200 hotels with 4 and 5 stars around the world, and i can you tell you that this hotel is a very-very good one. It might not not present the luxury of other top chain known hotels, but in terms of diversity of services, it is top notch. It provides everything you require, 9 type of restaurants, large rooms, many types of pools, including the amazing huge Inifinti pool right on the entrance of the beach. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Bavaro beach, while the architecture of the building, materials used, gardens around the property all make for a good Oasis feeling ambiance. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Punta Cana, and i say this after locally checking some other hotels i was wanting to go to, and Lopesan looks better. The food was great every day in all restaurants, plenty of choices, and i loved the Mexican restaurant. I was not with my kids this time, but for sure it is a very choice for people bringing the kids with them, as there are pools , playgrounds and activities for them to enjoy, while the sea water is shallow and no waves.

Like in most poor countries, and so with the Dominicana, unfortunately the staff is not so friendly, unless you heavily tip them, sometimes barely helping with my questions, or barely smile. Out of 10 employees, i can say only about 1 of them, was willing to help, just because it was his job. The all-time and every-time tip mentality is an american based one, and for us Europeans is not so common. I felt this in all the 4 outside excursions of the hotel as well. So I cannot blame the hotel itself for this situation, that is why i gladly give it a 10 beside the above unpleasant situation.
