I liked that the room had a full-sized bathtub and nice along with fluffy towels, bathrobe and slippers! Room service was good; but difficult to find menu. Breakfast was excellent! I really thought the Property was excellent value and very comfortable.

Finding the menu on the TV was not obvious, I had to call. I would have appreciated written or oral instructions on how to operate the elevator; I had a scare when it stopped on a floor that wasn’t mine and the doors didn’t open. I managed to figure it out, but as I am claustrophobic, this was an unpleasant experience. (not everyone travels in big business hotels and I rarely encounter this function).

Our included breakfast offered a reasonable selection of food for various tastes and good coffee. (It is a buffet). Location is excellent - nice to be able to walk a short distance outside to the CDG airport and then take airport shuttle train (free) to your terminal. Gym is fairly decent - needs more dumbells at different weights though. 6 Kg perhaps??

Restaurant staff were pleasant but not terribly attentive. I needed a gluten and diary free meal. Explained and requested this in French and English. My meal arrives with bread crutons on it and took awhile to even be able to send it back. Pretty sure there was some dairy in my meal based on my physical reactions after eating. Not great when you have an overseas flight the next day.

The customer follow-up messages automatically sent are polite and hospitable, and I have a favorable impression. There happened to be a problem with the bathtub in the room, but with a prompt response, we were able to move to another room and have a wonderful time. All 4 staff involved were very polite and wonderful. I think that every hotel will have a hard time due to staff shortages after Corona, but I thought it was wonderful that the policies of the head office or the local manager were well thought out. thank you very much.

It’s right next to the bud station, train station and one stop from the airport terminals. It was comfortable beds and the bathroom was nice.

A/C isn’t a priority like it is in the U.S., We we’re fine and it wasn’t hot but you can’t really control the temperature. Also the electricity doesn’t work well for power outlets. We brought a small desk fan to use to sleep with and it never turned on. Power can only support iPhone charging

lovely facilities. modern restaurant structure food is okay, staff are amazing at the restaurant, room with wonderful bed and structure, not so new as the restaurant facilities but super comfortable in all details.

Poor welcoming and careless check in. ex:I did the reservation and she billed more on my card during check in without explain security coverage, for example. At the same time it was making my check in and gossiping and chatting with others around. Careless with guest, since the same happened when I backed to ask info (restaurant hours).

The room was very clean and had comfortable bedding. Even though the window faced the Atrium, it was still quiet. The location to the CDG airport can't be beat. The food (dinner) was good, but not great. Check-in staff were awesome and super helpful.

Food can be improved, The dinner menu was limited and some of the dishes were over-salted. For the quality, it was also a bit expensive and there weren't really any other food options within walking distance.

The hotel is close to the airport and looks fantastic. The rooms are an excellent size with a very large and very comfortable bed and a full size bathroom. Service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it is so close to the airport there is absolutely no aircraft noise as the windows are sound proof. Great nights stay and would reccomend it to anyone.

There was a mistake in the Bookings.com booking. For me and my 2 kids they said I needed to rent two rooms. So I did. I booked about 1 1/2 hrs before checking on. Upon our arrival the hotel had already brought a cot up to our room for my daughter, never requested, so there was no need for the 2nd room. i immediately cancelled the 2nd room. The hotel staff was not authorized to cancel the 2nd room and told me to talk to management on the following Monday. We checked in on a late Friday night. That Monday I worked with the manager to correct the issue. Even though Hilton was willing to forgive the 1 night cancellation fee, Priceline.com kept saying the hotel was charging the fee. Not sure who is telling the truth.

The price of breakfast was not worth it. 29 euro for an okay buffet. Honestly, 10-15 euro seemed more in line. I think the fact that there are no restaurants nearby is part of the advantage Hilton takes in setting this rate.

Food was good at the restaurant on site. Good stay for setting off around the world from the airport. Room seemed enormous after the very small roomed European hotels we had become used to. Toiletries were excellent and included body wash, hand wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, none of which we had seen much of on our travels through Europe.

If you had wanted to eat out there appeared to be nowhere nearby.

My sister and I had spent two weeks in both France and England. This hotel was the last we stayed in for that trip. We had traveled all day, so were tired and hungry. The hotel is located next to CDG terminal 1 so was a quick walk making the location perfect since we would be flying out the next day to NY. The accommodations were very comfortable and quiet allowing us to get a good night's sleep before heading out the next day for a full travel day. There weren't any restaurants nearby, so we decided to eat at the hotel. We were not disappointed. We had the cerviche which was served with five different tomatoes and the salmon, which we choose to have with their offered veggies. Both were delicious and very fresh. The service was also outstanding. We voted the meal to be in the top three we had eaten on our vacation.
