Breakfast was hot and fresh and offered many healthy items. Beds in the room were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! Blankets were a perfect weight and pillows were fluffy down filled. TV in room offered Netflix as well as HDMI hookups. Air temperature was very easy to manage and consistent. Rolling desk and chair allowed for multiple furniture configurations. Hotel is actually close enough to walk to the airport. Fitness Centre is small but very clean with a TV, cardio equipment, free weights, water, towels, and disinfecting wipes to clean machines after use. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. All room attendants greeted me in the hallways, front desk staff said hello every time I walked by and the evening bartender was fantastic.

QR code for streaming services did not connect to network unfortunately. Airport shuttle drivers don't help with bags at all, aren't friendly, and one didn't stop at stop sign/drove dangerously from the airport to the hotel.

Our flight back to Calgary was cancelled at the last minute and we needed a hotel near Pearson. I phoned the hotel to ask about a shuttle and was pleasantly surprised that an actual human at the hotel answered. They went out of their way to arrange the shuttle, and check in was pleasant and easy after a frustrating time at the airport. The restaurant staff were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was very good. I forgot to check out when we left, phoned the front counter and was told "All good, enjoy your flight." Would absolutely stay again.

A couple of really minor things in the room could have been better: 1. The curtains didn't close completely, and the room faced west, so there was a slice of blazing sunlight in the room until about 9 p.m. 2. The bathroom door needed some WD-40.

My flight was late and I got to hotel around 11pm. I had to go back to airport for noon next day. Shuttle service and front desk (checking and check out) cleaning staff were courteous, fast and had a positive spark when talking with them. The room was clean, very large and the bed was clean and inviting. Great quiet sleep. Breakfast was bountiful and had a large variety of items, eggs, waffles, several breads, fruits, juices and good coffee, etc. Female hostess was particularly pleasant and very helpful.

Only complaint, I couldn’t stay longer.

Location was great for our needs. It is also very easy to get to and find. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, good choice and variety and all very fresh. Room is so spacious, and we didn't hear any noises through the night at all, not even all the planes flying by. Easy check in, easy parking and felt a little extra secure parking in the underground parking. Building felt very secure.

Not a lot of amenities near by. Was travelling with a service dog, not a lot of space for the dog to relieve themselves unless going out the front door each time which could be busy with check ins and check outs.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Beyond breakfast, the food was okay, but a good price and convenient. The staff were amazing. My plane had been delayed, and I had paperwork I had to send, and the front desk staff helped with with the hotel computer, and scanned my documents so I could send them. I very much appreciate the help.

The food at the restaurant was just okay, and there were issues with the restaurant/bar's computers while I was there trying to get a drink. Once those issues are sorted it should be a better experience.

Hotel was a close to Pearson Airport. Beds were comfortable and breakfast had a great selection.

We were arriving from an international flight and I was unsure how to access the free shuttle bus. I emailed the hotel, but they never got back to me, so I was unsure at the airport how to get to the hotel. I wish the hotel would have written back. Also, I booked using a Debit card. This secured my booking - however - I did get an email from the hotel saying that my card (was not a credit card) was not sufficient to keep the booking. They asked that I call them to secure booking before 6pm. BUT as I mentioned I was on a 9h international flight. All worked out in the end - but I would have been HUGELY disappointed if I arrived and they gave away my room. They could have sorted that earlier than the day of check in.

This was my first time to Canada and the experience was great. The rooms were clean, the staff very pleasant and friendly and everything is available on hand. The breakfast was more than enough i enjoyed it, will definitely give you guys a 5 ⭐. I will definitely recommend you to anyone traveling.

Only one thing is that i had too check out 12 but my flight was 11:55 pm, i just taught that the check out time should be later on in the day.

We had just come off of a 14-hour flight from South Korea. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and quick. The evening restaurant staff. I cannot say enough about how genuine and friendly they were and the food was amazing. I a little shocked at the price but that has to do with the conversion rate.

I was disappointed in the breakfast staff at the restaurant. They never spoke. Maybe they didn't understand the language but overall everything was fantastic

When I called for shuttle information the girl didn't know and was rude. The tv remote in my room stopped working. Shuttle driver back to the airport didn't leave his seat to help. The shower floor was sloped and made it slippery

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and the location for our stay visiting Toronto then going home on Sunday was perfect as the shuttle took us straight to the terminal. We originally booked for 2 nights but extended our stay by 6 days prior to our flight home to see the attractions in Toronto. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
