Excellent location in a main street, a lot of restaurants around, big comfortable bed, nice breakfast, helpful staff

The check in was slow. The bathroom didn't have hand towels. There was an open box of cookies in the minibar, I guess from the previous gest and that made me feel a bit uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The air conditioner was noisy enough to disturb my sleep so I had to turn it off.

The room was great, also the location. The proximity to the restaurant area is very good and offers a lot of choice. The room is comfortable and quiet, the bathroom is a bit small but very good.

The air conditioning was very loud in the room, It also didn't work very well which I think is vital for a hotel. Hot water was not always available, and there was little variety at breakfast.

Exceptional service! everyone was very friendly and ready to answer all my questions with a positive attitude and a smile on their faces—especially Angie. She certainly is the rockstar of the front desk crew! We do appreciate everyone’s professionalism and how they made us feel welcome and happy!

I would encourage the MANAGEMENT to invest and pay attention on some of the front desk and housekeeping staff uniforms—sadly, some looked really torn, ragged and old. I don’t think this is the image you want to show to your visitors— also a little bit variety/options on the breakfast menu would be greatly appreciate it. Arepas and eggs on the third stay day gets tedious and boring.

This property exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and ready to help you at any moment with any query. The room had a good size, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was great. The amenities in the bathroom had also good quality and I was happy to see that they offer compllimentary colombian coffee. It is important to mention that the wifi works fine. It is not the fastest but it is decent to work and it works well. The location is great right next to the good restaurants/bars at Chapinero.

Delicious breakfast and great location

There wasn't an ice machine on our floor and we weren't allowed to go to other floors so I had to ask someone from desk to give us access everytime we needed ice

The location is great, right next to Zona G, in the vicinity of various supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Our room was spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was super friendly, they even helped us registering our Colombian SIM cards and assisted us in organizing a private daytrip to Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral. I'd also mention that we visited Bogotá after the 3rd wave of Covid and the hotel's measures were well kept both by the staff and other guests.

Some of the room's furnitures were a bit outdated/stained/tired.

We felt safe, it was modern Location was good, in a safe area of bogota The reception was helpful (even though most of the guys did not speak English)

The air conditioner was not working

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Facility very clean and area was great. Restaurant and bars near everything. Price was reasonable. Beautiful building and Bogota is a beautiful country but a little cold.

Weather was cold, however, wasn't the hotel problem. Rain every day. You need a jacket.

The suite was superb, fantastic view from the windows of the corner suite, spotlessly clean, big bright bathroom, great daily housekeeping service, three delicious options for breakfast, I recommend the healthy option. The room is super quiet with double glass in the windows, no sound from the street, windows go from the floor to the ceiling. Microwave oven and coffee maker in the room.

I had some issues with the front desk about the companions visiting me, but we managed to resolve them. The staff is friendly and professional.

The location is super close to Zona G, lots of great restaurants and it's safe (enough) to walk around this area. The hotel is super clean, the rooms (we have stayed in several) are clean, very comfortable and quiet. I like this hotel a lot. I think it would be hard to beat the overall value of this place anywhere in Chapinero. We will stay there again next time we're in Bogotá.

Breakfast is fine, but don't expect a big buffet. Actually, I really have no complaints, this is an excellent hotel and a very good value.
