Liked that it is family oriented. lots of activities for family and kids, 3 pools, water slide, poolside bar, mini golf, beach, kids park, table tennis, great food on about 3 restaurants. room AC was very good. staff are all wonderful

the facilities seem old and not well maintained. the room had the bathroom roof and a couple of walls in bad conditions. the curtains where very dirty, the tv had the HDMI cable disconnected, tv was broken and rusted , room was full of mosquitos, sheets were dirty and stained a wall lamp almost fell on my head because it wasn’t fixed right on the wall. the poolside bar is used as a storage area towards the pool side of it with empty containers and storage cases.

It is big and many pools to explore. My girls enjoyed it a lot. The proximity to the sea is also a plus.

The service is quite slow so you spend a lot of time waiting for food. the quality of the food and variety is good though. The entertainment in the evening is quite loud so staying next to the main pool is not a good idea if you like quite nights. One night a guest decided to party in his room and it was so loud we could not sleep. security dealt with it and we could go back to sleep. I am Colombian so I like the music and volume but my husband is not and I know he likes quiter evenings to rest.

Size of the property. Easy access to everything. The tower is impressive and offers quite few interesting things to do. Without tower it would be pretty average hotel. Game changer. Spa is awesome! Beach is right there with a nice smooth sand and silky water. Great food! Breakfast offers quality and variety. Staff is attentive and caring. And much more… We literally did not want to leave this place after spending one week there.

it was very pleasant, rooms, food, amenities and staff were great!

even though I reserved the rooms 3 months in advance they didn’t put us (2 rooms) near each other, in fact they put us the farthest apparat. they would also tried to up sale 2 villas because they would let stay 4 adults and a 3 year old in a duplex - according to them a toddler counts as a person and they wouldn’t let stay 5 people in a room. really?! also they should advise customers not to deal or accept vacation packages from outside vendors right in front of the property claiming they work with the hotel.

Comfortable rooms. Pools were awesome. I didn’t travel with children but there are plenty of things for children to enjoy. Location is perfect even though it’s hard to enjoy the beach with the vendors. You do hear the planes from the airport next door but that didn’t bother my stay.

Slow service in restaurants

The staff was perfect! All of them were always friendly and ready to serve! We liked very much the location by the sea and all the facilities the Hotel has: bank, a lot of restaurants, Juan Valdes Coffee place, etc The breakfast is fabulous, with an offer of abundant fruits and breads! And the people who serve there are the best and nicest!!!

Due to the cancellation of a room we had initially reserved, we had requested an additional bed for a third passenger in our room; but they took the whole day, until the time we were preparing to go to bed, to bring the additional one. Also , one day we noticed the AC was leaking and we called to get it fixed and they did it while we were out, but left the floor all wet , and we had to call them twice to get it dry! One day the people who make the rooms forgot to leave us toilet paper!!... I am sure they will receive these comments on a positive way to make sure that our next staying will be perfect!

The hotel area is huge with 7 different swimming pools including a kids pool area with slides and water features. A kids playground area, mini golf, and lounge for older teens and adults to play air hockey, pool etc. Staff was amazing and friendly. Lots of options if you don't want to leave the hotel. Rooms had a sizeable balcony with a table and hammock. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling as a family or a couple.
