The hotel was of a world class standard. Rooms were finished to a high standard. The spa facilities were excellent, with long opening hours. All the hotel staff were professional, helpful and polite. The bar menu was extensive and the quality of the hotel was reflected in the food and drinks.

It’s difficult to find something we didn’t like about the hotel, but to be picky I would say 1.The prices of the food and drink were significantly higher than other highly rated local restaurants. 2. The bedding on the pull out bed in the suite was only a sheet and not a proper duvet and the mattress of the pull out bed had large springs that made it extremely uncomfortable. Whereas the double bed in the suite was exceptionally comfortable with a proper duvet and good mattress.

Even though the hotel is around 5km from the historical city centre, I really liked the location. It's right on the river bank, and it creates a good atmosphere. The beds are huge and super comfy. The SPA is also a nice addition to any stay, and 24/7 room service is one of those old good privileges that almost disappeared everywhere after Covid. But here, they are, thankfully, keeping the tradition of good hotels of the past :) The staff is sincerely helpful and friendly.

It is a bit overpriced given that the room facilities could benefit from refurbishment (but rooms are very clean). Also, tea and coffee offered in the rooms of such hotels should be of a better standard: for this room price, guests deserve to be able to brew for themselves some decent tea or coffee in their rooms. Not your choice if you'd like to walk for 5 minutes to the city centre :) From here you'd need to walk for about 50 minutes or to take a car.

Hotels in this segment have lately been on the rise in Skopje. Otherwise, the hotel is, in accordance with Hilton standards, modern and well-managed but lacking originality and charm, which other hotels in Skopje have in abundance. The sauna and pool are praiseworthy. Guests can swim in a pleasantly-warm pool or relax in a spacious jacuzzi. The panoramic Finnish sauna was great, and we only wished the steam sauna worked. The price for staying at a hotel in this category is impressively affordable. That is possibly one of the biggest surprises, as guests would pay up to twice the price in other regional cities for similar hotels.

The rooms are not perfectly soundproof. If cheerful groups return from a night out in the early morning, you will hear some noise.

Restaurant staff was excellent. Decent prices. Spa department and gym is lovely. Nice rooms. Very quiet (second floor). Massage was a solid 3 out of 5, but reasonable price.

These are my suggestions for improvements to be a truly five star hotel. Some staff was not so friendly. Front desk should welcome with a smile, not an attitude of superiority. Go to almost any Southeast Asian five star hotel and learn. Some of the staff in the spa start to stress you before closing time so they can close 22:00 sharp. Better to act like a five star facility and let guests finish up and leave the pool at 22:00 if this is the stated time. If spa staff is over worked anf need to get home, then hire one more person for closing and cleaning. I had to clean the spa toilet from dried in pee stains before using it. You expect more from such a beautiful facility. There is no lock on the spa toilet.

Everything. This Hilton is top notch, high class. From design to services. Pool and gym open 24h, jacuzzi, sauna, amazing breakfast. Parking free and secured.

Not the case, the only thing i would say is that the restaurant where we had dinner didnt have any local macedonian food, it was mostly international. Unfortunately we were with kids after a long trip and we couldnt make it to the city center to have smthg traditional. Other than this we will def stay again. Thank you Hilton.

We had the perfect accommodation. The room was huge, with a very spacious bathroom. The king bed was amazing with nice pillows. Loved the facilities! We had great time in the spa area. Everything well maintained and clean, great idea that you have to prearrange your visit so not to be crowded. The hotel has separate elevator for every use, you can go to the spa area or to the parking, without passing through reception area. Loved the breakfast, many choices to satisfy everyone. Amazing work from the hotel staff, everyone really helpful.

The hotel itself is brilliant - great facilities and good location. Rooms were very clean and the room service was very fast and efficient!

The breakfast is very poor: 1 chef to make omelets takes 15-20min wait time. The check-in experience is also quite poor, 1 person working at the reception. If they see a line-up appearing there is no initiative to have someone else arrive, you just wait and it could be 30min

Its a great example of a high quality hotel, executed well. The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice view and good amenities. The bed was sizeable and comfortable. The wellness centre is very good and modern.

The only downside to the property is that it is located quite far from the downtown (and from the bus station). I would recommend staying here if you have a car, or if you don’t mind spending on taxis.

The hotel was exceptionally pleasant and well-maintained. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and we enjoyed restful sleep throughout the night. The lobby bar provided a delightful setting for a relaxing drink. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. We cherished our time at the hotel and only wished we could have extended our stay.

The hotel was spacious, the staff very helpful and friendly, the famous cookies tasted delicious, the buffet for breakfast had a lot of choices. The prices were quite affordable compared to the services. The restaurant had a good selection of foods which were delicious. The spa was great, truly relaxing time and services.

Not much that we didn't like, all was great. The only advice I could give is; the tea should be served hot but it is mostly a bit warm and the coffee served during the breakfast is from a simple coffee machine so if you want the real espresso coffees you should pay extra. I think paying is ok if they inform about this and ask which coffee you would prefer, the free one or the real deal.
