Arrived at the hotel at around 2.30am and the staff tending to the main desk was pleasant and very professional. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was always clean and well maintained. The room service staff always said hello with a smile in the corridor whenever I saw them and they did a fantastic job of providing clean linen sheets and towels and general clean up of the room. I would certainly book another 8 nights at this hotel.

Booking listed the rooms as being soundproof. Majority of the time we did not hear anyone but on numerous occasions could hear other guests through the walls and using the tv.

The hotel is really good

The staff overall is very helpful, but I had a problem with the maître. It was a business trip and I was working from the room since very early in the morning, so I went down to grab a cup of coffee for finishing my tasks. But the maître refused it to me saying I wouldn't be able to have my breakfast later if I took the coffee. In his words, each customer could only have breakfast once. I tried to explain many times it would be just a cup of coffee for working, but no deal The receptionist, very politely, gave me instant coffee and apologised for the problem. Very frustrating though

The hotel was in a good location with the beach only a 10 minute walk away, a street of restaurants a 2 minute walk away, and a 7 minute walk away from the nearest metro station to get into the centre of Barcelona. The breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of options from cooked breakfast to continental, and provided a variety of alternative milks to diary so there were plenty of options for everyone. The food in the hotel restaurant was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel facilities were all modern and up to date, the rooftop pool was a lovely place to go and relax and had a little bar to buy drinks from too.

The only improvement I could suggest would be to have thicker toilet roll in the rooms- otherwise an impeccable stay!

Nice hotel with big room and bathroom located close to the Poble Nou rambla and 5-10 min. walking to the subway "Llacuna" to go the city centre. Friendly staff. Nice gym with essential equipments both cardio and machines. Only few free weights. Amazing breakfast with both salt and sweet choices of good quality.

The lift seemed a bit too "wobbly" giving the feeling not be "safe" - just impression. The soundproofing of the rooms should be improved since you could clearly listen to the speeches of the other neighbour guests and not only the speeches.. ;)

Our room felt spacious. Well lit, with lots of windows (we had a corner room). Beds were comfortable, desk area was handy for using my laptop. Colors were pleasing. Room felt like it was recently remodeled. Room fridge was small, about enough room for leftovers, or a few beverages, but we found it adequate. Breakfast was amazing, well worth the price. The hotel is right on a ramblas featuring many outdoor places to sit, eat, and drink. Short walk to the beach and to the Metro. Bus is right around the corner. The roof top salt water pool had nice views of the city, and it was relaxing after a hot day of sightseeing. The attention to sustainability was visible in many ways that enhanced my stay.

The room water tasted chlorinated, so we found a supermercado selling large bottles of water. If the hotel had a water bottle filling station (with filtered water) in the lobby, I could have completely avoided drinking from single use plastic water bottles during my stay. Who wants to drink out of plastic, especially in a hot climate?

This property exceeded all my expectations, the staff is super helpful and all are very welcoming, all facilities such as the pool, lobby and restaurant have been kept to a high standard. there was an e-scooter rental that only charged €25 for the day which is by far the cheapest i have been quoted in the whole of Barcelona, i had the chance to speak to the owner of the escooter company and he helped us with all the queries we had and gave his number for any issues we may face (we didnt have a single issue). this place is amazing and my partner and I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

We had the best stay at this property! The room we chose was the upgraded room with the terrace. Totally worth the additional €25 a night. It was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The coffee table was chipped a little bit but we didn’t mind at all. The view from our patio was great! Lots of trees, the view also included Montjuic and the lovely Mediterranean. We were staying in a less busy part of town on purpose, just a couple of train stops away from all of the activity in the center of Barcelona. It was very easy to get to everything and we appreciated the peacefulness of our neighborhood. There was still a lot to do nearby and the Pobleneou section of Las Ramblas was a 5 minute walk. The view from the rooftop pool was also wonderful, I love seeing the Mediterranean sparkling.. the space was very clean and there were a lot of lounge chairs. I could spend every day up there and be happy. We also used the gym several times. There were plenty of cardio machines in there and a nice assortment of hand weights. Definitely kept us on our fitness goals. Our reservation included complementary breakfast every day and this breakfast was fantastic. In addition to the buffet items you could actually request freshly made eggs, sausage etc. On the Buffet there was a huge variety of food. Freshly made pastries, fresh squeezed juice, beautiful fruit, cheeses, sliced meats, porridge, yogurt, cereal…. Really everything you could ask for. The service at the hotel was warm and personable. we especially want to thank Jordi from the restaurant, Javier from the front desk and the housekeeper who was on our floor every day. Jordi saved us our first morning there. We traveled all day the day before and overslept that morning, I woke up literally just as breakfast was closing. I ran downstairs and he helped me make a tray with an assortment of things to take back to the room, even though the restaurant was closed.

If we kept the terrace door closed our room would get a little musty. for the first few days that was no problem because we like the fresh air and we just keep the door open. About halfway through our stay some people checked into the room next-door that seemed like they were constantly smoking on the patio and if we kept our door open we could smell their smoke. Gross. At least we could still keep the door open at night.

- The lobby looks great, with large spaces and seating, styling, and big TV displaying sport events - Breakfast was very good with a large selection and veggie options, and was open till 11am on weekend - The room was big, very comfortable bed - The reception staff was very nice and helpful - Access is safe, you always need a card to enter the Hotel

- The shower temperature is changing itself many times so you constantly need to re-adjust (don't know if that was specific to the room or floor) - The cleaning of the room is good in general but try to have a look under the bathroom sink and you will have a bad surprise

The room was amazing, so spacious, clean and well equipped. it was a reasonable price too!! The staff were all really friendly and seemed happy working there. We had dinner there which was cooked to perfection and enjoyed a very cold swim and sunbathed on the roof terrace before we checked in. The breakfast was served till a later time which meant we could really have a nice long sleep and relax and it was delicious with so many choices. It was beautifully presented too. we could eat as much as we wanted. We came away relaxed and full. The location was ideal and we danced on the promenade the next day and swam in the sea after we had checked out.

Everything was perfect for me but my partner is not keen on dogs and was unaware this was a dog friendly hotel. I was really happy it catered for dogs and enjoyed seeing one on the roof terrace while I was relaxing.

Comfortable room, friendly staff and efficient check in and check out. Nice touches, such as chocolates and cava when we arrived as it was our honeymoon. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. A quiet area of Barcelona, close to the northern city beaches, but Poble Nou has plenty of choice of restaurants and easy to get to the more well-known parts of the city on the metro.

The pool was a nice option to have, but it would have been great to have had the chance to use the terrace area after the pool closed.
