John at the front desk was very funny and welcoming upon arrival and very informative on how to get to our room. He called shortly after to make sure we made it safe, which i thought was very nice of him as we did come in pretty late in the night. We were explained everything to thoroughly on wifi and what was and was not available. The room was up to our standards since we just needed a place to sleep as we were at the park majority of the time. It was so close to the park and near all your breakfast needs ( Dennys, Waffle House, IHOP). Parking was right in front of our room or close by where you can see. There are only 2 floors so be mindful if you luggage , heavy items. They offer a shuttle which is great . You have to go the morning of and request . We opted not to because of the time is comes back and we like to stay till the very end at closing so we parked at the theme park . OVERALL it was not a bad stay and i would stay again

The sink was clogged when washing hands etc.

Very spacious. I loved the extra room with pull out sofa.LOVED HOW CLEAN IT SMELLED WHENN WE WALKED IN! THANK YOU!!! Tub was spotless too.

Staff at front desk on arrival could have been nicer. Questions seemed to annoy her. I also called for more towels and was told those had to be picked up at the front desk. Since we were in building 400, it would have been nice if in the room already or delivered. There were not enough towels for 5 people. Mattresses were ok. Pull out couch has uncomfortable springs and you could feel the springs under the regular queen mattresses too.

The hotel is very large and offers an Indian restaurant and cafe, which is great if you love Indian food. The room was really nice, with two separate rooms, providing extra space. The pool area was beautiful, and there’s a small heated pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also has parking, which is a big plus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, with Universal Park only a short Uber ride away.

The bathroom was quite small, and the noise from the fan in the bathroom was quite disturbing, as it got very loud whenever the light was turned on. If you stay for two nights, the room isn’t cleaned, but that’s something you can live with. The hotel’s food options are mainly Indian, so if you’re not a fan of spicy food, it might be hard to find something you’d enjoy, although the breakfast had cereals and croissants. The pool water was very cold in mid-March, which was disappointing, but the heated pool helped a little.

We had a great stay. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had, there were many amenities including a great restaurant, bar, convenience store and cafe. I really have nothing but positive things to stay about the place. The rooms were comfortable and we didn't notice much noise the entire week, everything was clean, and the hot water was hot! We had a late flight the last day and we were allowed to store our luggage at the front desk to be able to enjoy our last day without lifting bags everywhere. Everything was very tastefully decorated and it was a very manageable walk to universal every day. Walgreens a short walk away for some groceries and several restaurants within walking distance, we couldn't have asked for anything to be better.

If I had to say something negative, it's just to get all the spouts working in the hot tub. There were enough going that it was still very enjoyable, that's just a nit pick of o had to add a negative.

I have stayed several times at this little gem of a place, it location is fantasic, the staff are always vert helpuful and happy to help with any requests, okay it doesnt have all fancities of some of the bigger places, but for me I do not need these, you come to Orlando for the sun, the activities, and fun therefore you really do not spend any time in your room other than to sleep and wash, to that end I love this place, the pool is clean and is always quiet, if you want a day just to be lazy its perfect, parking is free which is teh added bonus in my mind, and as i said with the location being only a 15-20 minute walk to Universal you save on any parking costs there, finally dont waste your money on anywhere else this wee place will meet your requirements and leave you feeling appreciated and ready to book again.

Having now stayed here I think 6 times with varying times of year and lengths of stay the only thing i would like, with the flight times available for the UK a late checkout facility would be very helpful.

The property was nice and comfortable with a great location to Universal. We did not use much amenities but the pool and the gym appeared well maintained. The cafe was great for a coffee and muffin in the mornings

We got to the property late and all the entries look the same but were locked so had to call and ask how to get into the lobby which they then unlocked the door we were at. The room was updated and nice however there was hair in the bathroom and then a bandaid wrapper on top the fridge. The hotel has a shuttle to universal but the hours were very limited and either got you there an hour half early or too close to opening and you had to leave the park early to make the last shuttle back.

The location is excellent. It is a 20-minute walk to City Walk from the hotel. Several restaurants, fast food, and Walgreens are within walking distance but not evident from the hotel. They offer a shuttle service, but we did not use it. There is no resort fee. There were minor issues with the room: the security latch was not on the door, and the in-room phone did not work (they offered to send someone up to fix it, and I declined). A fridge in your room and a microwave are available by the fitness center. There is an outdoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will stay there again.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a nice hotel. The room was clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were all really friendly. We were mainly here to visit Universal and they offered a free shuttle, but the main area (CityWalk) was only a half an hour walk away which we did on a couple of days also. The bar also offered reasonably priced drinks.

The room had a slight weird smell to it but maybe that was just me. Also you can hear the traffic but this was to be expected as there is a lot of road traffic around.

Fairly basic hotel, it was goold location to Universal, the shuttle bus was ok but the times were not the best and quite often booked, but you can get an Uber $7 and $12 during the day, night tine expect to pay crazy prices, but you can easily walk between the park and the hotel takes about 15 mins and is safe as there is an over road bridge so you are not dodging the crazy cars on the roads. Rooms are ok and did the job. Pool was the nice, and refreshing after a hot day in the parks. Breakfast was basic and cheap - ok

Rooms were small, no balcony or patio so it was very difficult trying to get clothes dry, and towels! Also walls were paper thin so you could hear people above us and next door chatting away at stupid oclock in the morning.

- Limited access to the microwave - Low quality gym. Extremely poor. It’s better to get rid of it than to renovate. - Breakfast availability. We chose this place because of its close proximity to Universal Studios Park. We liked everything and would definitely recommend it. The only disappointing thing was that our room was right next to the stairs, so it was loud at night. It’s more about people who don’t care about others’ rest, but in the end, it affects the overall experience. There are two ladies serving breakfast, so be aware and count your change. They often make mistakes with change and do not provide receipts, so it’s best to be cautious.
