The facilities were clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My rental car door was dinged in the parking lot, which was stressful. Although not entirely the fault of the facility, better parking lot cameras would make something like this less stressful. The beds had a wooden border around the beds that I continuously hit my foot and leg on, just a design flaw, but the bed was still comfortable.

Our room and the way we were greeted were excellent. Our bed was very comfortable the entire hotel was clean and we loved being able to have snacks available 24/7. The person who checked us in was also great at giving us directions to Allen Field-house and to the restaurant we wanted to go to!

Breakfast was a disaster. Empty eggs and bacon, barely any oatmeal and only 3 bagels on the tray. There was no one available at the desk to tell that the breakfast area was empty. Even the coffee was empty! It was 8:20am when we Went down for breakfast and my husband and I both told the lady that everything had ran out. It had snowed the night before and she kept going inside and outside. I’m not sure what she was doing but we ended up going out to breakfast as did another family with two very hungry 5 year old twins. The lady told us she would have everything out in about 10 minutes but we had already waited half an hour!

The location was nice. Was traveling with a small child and they put us on the 3rd floor at the end. Which we liked because it was quiet and i didn't feel like we would disturb anyone. I liked the outside patio area too. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable

The bathroom wallpaper was peeling. Our bathroom fan didn't work. No microwave and only one small trashcan.

Breakfast was typical "free breakfast" included at hotels - bacon, small omelets, yogurt, cereal, coffee. It was fine, nice to have.

No complaints - friendly staff, clean & comfortable stay, perfect location for what we needed.

So this is the 1st time we were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast at Tru! It was good to grab a quick bite! Also enjoyed that Hilton itself gave me the option to check in with there App, which I suggest you get when using Booking! Especially if your traveling from out of state!

Well, this time around we ran out of tissues and toilet paper quickly..so maybe the staff or cleaning folks can pay more attention to that!

Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. Location was really great.

When we came it was sleeting rain and the sidewalk around the hotel was a sheet of ice with no treatment of salt. Thank goodness we did not fall but almost did.

Overall I was satisfied w. the room.

Only complaint about the room was unable to open the window shades (Room 122) The breakfast was very poor. Ran out of pancakes and very slow to replenish (waited for a good 10 minutes then gave up) Oatmeal was very bland. Milk was not very cold. Didn’t want to go out for breakfast but didn’t have much choice.

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and cozy!

There is no vanity mirror to do your makeup :/ most hotels have it installed in the bathroom but this one did not.

There was so much to like about this location. The rooms were clean and freshly updated. Linens and furnishings had a richness to them. The location was excellent for our needs and the the area is very quiet.

With so much to like about the property it was hard to find something that was off. The only things I would change or correct would be the bed and the lobby area. The bed was aged, and any cushioning was long ago worn out. The lobby area was extremely disorganized and needed a deep clean and refreshing. Chairs, tables and other surfaces were in need of cleaning and straightening. Pool table and other amenities in the lobby were worn and ready for repair or replacement.

Great concept & very refreshing to stay at a place that has enough outlets & places to use computer for work or just fun. Bright colors / design of facility plus price point very good. Better value than other mid-range motels overall.

Room was a little smaller than we like but not uncomfortable.
