Small but comfortable room, had just about everything I needed for a quick weekend stay. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel wasn’t busy when I stayed so it made for a relatively quiet weekend. The hotel offered breakfast for a good amount of time, and 24/7 hot water, coffee and hot cocoa was great.

The rooms are small- for a solo traveler it’s no problem, but could easily get cramped if you have multiple people staying in the room. My room didn’t have a microwave, so I had to use the communal one in the breakfast area. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof, so you can hear just about everything happening outside your door but luckily I stayed in the off season where it was very quiet.

Parking was ample. The lobby was decorated for Halloween and welcoming. We didn't eat much but the breakfast looked good. Bed was comfy. I asked to have no smelly sprays and lots of pillows for a medical condition. The smell level was fine, we didn't get the extra pillows.

I reserved a disability access room due to a medical condition. The pics showed a flat shower. In our room there was a tub. There were lots of grab bars and a built in seat, but they were almost detrimental because they took up a lot of space and made the shower uncomfortable. Be aware and ask questions if you truly need the disability access. Again,didn't get the extra pillows.

The pool. If you are one of those people who have to inch into a cold pool, this is the hotel for you. The pool room is warm, you can waltz right into the pool and dare I say it, the hot tub is *almost* too hot. Plus the beds are more comfy than most hotels I’ve stayed in. The inclusive breakfast is delicious and the lady who works in that area was super nice. All the staff were pleasant.

The tile in the pool was a bit dirty/discoloured. The shower doors are brass (showing their age).

Value for money. All amenities were included.

There was some mismatch in the description of the room that I booked. My specific preference was Microwave, hence I checked that in the room amenities on booking.com and then booked. However the actual room that was given to me did not have a microwave. When I told the same to the manager, he first said that this is the room that was booked and this doesn’t have a microwave. However later he did bring a microwave in my room. Seemed like the inventory amenities published on booking.com was not correct.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The bed was very clean, I had no issues or concerns with the linens throughout the room, it was also very comfortable and I had no issues with sleeping at night. The bathroom was really small, but worked for my needs as a solo traveler. Also, the shower head wasn't the best, but also did the job and was suffice enough. The layout of the bathroom was a little odd, with the shower and toilet being in a small room and the sink being in the room itself, but again, I was alone and this didn't bother me in the slightest. Maybe if I was traveling with someone else I would be more concerned. The amenities were perfectly fine, no issues with the TV, microwave or fridge. They offered breakfast in the morning but I did not have it while I stayed there.

I didn't like the physical location of my room. I was positioned directly across the hall from the elevator, and it definitely wasn't the best choice. I didn't seem to have wall neighbors, which was nice, but every person entering or leaving the elevator I could hear. Children were playing hide and seek in the alcove of my door most nights, and one night in particular people were having an arguement outside my door at 3:30 in the morning, waking me up. I had to call the front desk to complain and I don't think anyone actually came upstairs to help diffuse the situation. Other than that, it was usually relatively quiet at night once most people went to bed.

The host in the breakfast area was WONDERFUL! She was cheery every day, kept the dining area clean, stocked the food diligently and was just a terrific person! The location of the hotel was great. Close to everything you could want including restaurants and shopping.

Our room had spiders in it every day. I am terrified of them so I was always paranoid that they might be crawling on us at night or into our suitcase. I killed a spider in our room every day of our trip. That is not acceptable. There was mold around the trim of our shower. They could do better with cleaning or even replacing the shower door. I would also suggest getting rid of the carpet; it's disgusting, and putting in faux wood floors. Easier to clean and feels fresher.

Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and hot! Breakfast was kept well- stocked and was more than I expected -- included waffles, eggs and sausage. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available 24 hrs a day.

Took the desk person a long time to show up when we arrived, and when we left I noticed a woman having to wait for the desk person as well. The mattress was showing sign of wear, but not so bad as to keep us awake.

The convenience of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to I 290 and everything is in close proximity! The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the pool was wonderfully warm! Breakfast was good as well! We checked in late on Saturday evening and the manager gave us a room on the first floor right by the door to make it easier for me to walk due to severe arthritis! And considering there was a BILLS home game and the hotel was at capacity, it was wonderful that they were able to do that for me!

The only complaint was that the beds were not terribly comfortable and I had difficulty sleeping but that's also due to the fact that I have arthritis and can only sleep with pillowtop and extra pillows.

The breakfast was good had variety for you to pick. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. HALLWAYS QUIET GOOD. THE AREA OF THE HOTEL IN GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WAS REALLY FRIENDLY, SWEET AND HELPFUL. I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WILL COME BACK. THE STAFF HELPS YOU WITH DIRECTIONS AND RECOMMEND PLACES TO FO NEAR BY THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL PLIS THEY HAVE FLIERS THAT TELLS YOU MORE.

The pool hours to change. My husband and I went out to the attractions and was coming back like around 11pm the pool was already closed we did not have the chance to enjoy ourselves in the pool. Which is sad because people go on vacation yo have fun and relax. The pool should not have time limitations specially if Noone goes in the pool in the morning knowing that they have to see attractions out of the Hotel and the attractions are far from the hotel.

Very clean, appreciate the amount of pillows on the beds (4). The TV is a good size. The breakfast was great and the employee that worked in the breakfast area was very friendly and lovely.

The shower didn't have very good water pressure. One of the only things I wish was different was the toilet area. It's a pocket door and the sink is on the outside so when someone is using the toilet there's not much "noise privacy"
