Allegria Hotel

I actually stated at this hotel on two seperate occassions... both whilst taking in Concerts . The hotel is in a great location, right on the Boardwalk. The bar was an excellent place to sit and people watch.

The breakfast was such a great experience - in fact I didnt experience it !!! I sat for over 10 mins and no one approached me to take my orde,r despite saying they would be with me soon... I eventually just left. Sorry but its the truth, and should be stated as its a lesson that needs to be learned

It’s absolutely beautiful. Dining room is Luxurious. My room was great. I did have an issue w the tub dripping all night, disrupted my sleep. But I spoke to Sarah and Tatiana at the front desk. They took money off my bill, and extended my check out time u til 2pm. Very understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. The Valet parking was excellent, The beach was excellent. I gave you chairs and towels. The hotel is very clean. It was just wonderful . I love that place. I go there every year for the price you really get a lot and I just felt that going. There is the best place in Long Beach. the rooftop pool… awesome

Of course the location is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We were in town for a wedding and visiting friends and family members but couldn't stay with any of them. We actually preferred to be close to the beach and take advantage of the pool and boardwalk. Staff switched our room due to a noisy ventilation system and it was a slightly bigger room with a better view. Hotel has a good fitness center which is stocked with water and towels and more than the usual number of weights and machines.

We really wished we could have been able to open the window and get in some fresh air (after the worst of the Canadian forest fire smoke was over). The room always seemed stuffy, and we were constantly adjusting the fan/air conditioning.

The view from the room was beautiful. The room and facilities were clean and fresh. Everything worked properly.

The rooftop pool access closed at 3 pm Friday through Sunday for weddings and showers. I felt like this should have been clearer and that management should have indicated this prior to arrival and cancellation policy expiration. There were no other quiet spots in the hotel other than my room. It would be good if the hotel could limit the closure of the rooftop to late evening instead. It felt like I was not able to fully enjoy the property - and yet I paid full rate for accommodations.

i love the location and the beach was accessible was really good, the room was good with a nice view, it was also cleaned to expectation.

I didn't like that the water from the shower took a long time to drain and when I called down to the front desk looking for towels, it never came also our last night we were woke up around 4:30am because of the fire alarm and we had to leave the building. It was cold we waited outside for 20minutes then were allowed back in we had to walked all the way up to 7th floor, my niece who is 10 years old was tired by the time she got upstairs

The room and hotel was beautiful. The staff was super nice to us and very helpful. Our room had a great beach view and a secret door in the bathroom to the closet that was pretty cool. You can see the view while you shower.

The food in the hotel restaurant are very small portioned for its price, I was still hungry after I ate. Also, I went to eat again at the restaurant the second night and the restaurant closes at 10. When I came at 8:45 they told me they were no longer seating. so everyone was ordering food from the bar. I sat at the bar and ordered food on doordash from somewhere else and My food from ANOTHER place 40 MINS! Arrived to me before I got any attention from the bartender. The bartender gave me a quick, pricey margarita that was so stiff and not tasty that I couldn't even drink it.

Great location on the Long Beach boardwalk and a good place to stay for a JFK flight. The hotel is modern and sleek. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, which really made our stay enjoyable.

Without the upgrade, you don’t get much value for your money. Would expect a few more amenities in the room at this price point, such as a coffee maker and bathrobes. Onsite parking is very expensive and while overnight street parking is free, it can be difficult to find at peak times.

The location is superb and we especially enjoy the board walk and easy access to restaurants. We were lucky enough to secure a parking space adjacent to the hotel. So not having to move our car for 4 days was wonderful. The beach was enjoyable, and we especially enjoy the room view.

The Atlantica restaurant menu could be a bit more diversified with more selections. Also storage space 2 end tables and 2 small drawers were not enough for 2 people can't imagine having 4 people stay in one room with that lack of storage. Also a very small closet. The decor could be updated as the light fixtures above the TV were useless. The elevators were slow and lacked sufficient ventilation.

The room was beautiful, the wall to wall windows with the view of the ocean was breathtaking! Loved it! Also, the shower was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful, thank you for all your help, Denise!

The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but acceptable. Generally, the hotel it very nice, but could use some updating, as well as some more amenities for guests, such as robes and slippers for room use, also, updating the check out process might be a good idea.

Signing in to hotel at 4pm a bit too late. I was waiting for 4 hours for my room and when I got inside, hotel worker told me, that it is very nice room and it has been cleaned long time ago, in the morning? So when I asked if I can stay one day more, to wait more 5 hours to get to my new room was too much. I just left for other trips. The management should work that better. It looks like, workers are instructed to get you into your room before 4, only if you will go for higher price. I was alone, so to have room for 2 people was nonsense. But, definitely, I loved that place.
