Days Inn by Wyndham Custer

Another hotel showing it's age a little. Room was pretty plain. It could have at least done with a picture on the wall to liven it up. Having said that it was clean and the bed comfortable so for a one night stop over it was OK. It's very well located being just a short walk to the main street and all the bars and restaurants. The guy on the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty standard, waffles etc. It wasn't stupidly expensive so we felt that it was value for money.

A fantastic customer service experience, due to flight delays from salt lake city via Denver and an unplanned stopover in Denver, I was a day late to Rapid Reg airport. I informed the manager Curtis who was so helpful, and despite their being a bike rally lpcally, he managed to accommodate me 1 extra day in the beautiful town of Custer - I would highly recommend this venue. The staff were so helpful at every opportunity.

The breakfast was a 'motel breakfast', with the usual options. Adequate without being exciting. The room was fit for purpose; comfortable with adequate furniture. The location was excellent - one block from the main street, which, on our stay, was crammed with beautiful Harleys, Indians etc! Great noise, brilliant vibe!!

The motel could use a vacuum cleaner that reaches behind doors and into corners! Not the cleanest room, but, at the same time, not unacceptable. Some of the towels had seen better days, too.

It was a quiet location, and the Manager was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good in the morning. The laundry machines worked fine.

Everything was good. Can't complain about something, if it's not there. I never had an issue, check in took five minutes, everything was ready. Staff was very friendly.

The location is amazing, you are in the center of the town, and you have a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is complete

To improve the breakfast, I would serve some salad food, not only sweet food

The room was comfortable and clean. Ramp to the lobby was easy to use and they followed our request for a first floor room. My husband uses a walker and can't do steps.

Not enough Hadicap parking spaces. Had to drop my husband off had the front door and park around the side of the inn. The parking lot is very small for the number of rooms available. The breakfast room was in the lower level and hard for someone with problems walking to go down the steps.

It was right at the center, everything was near by.

My room said non-smoking but when we enter the room smelled like cigarettes, but we think it was the air conditioning.

The location was good and the property was clean. The staff was very helpful when we checked out. The breakfast was decent.

there were no USB ports in the room and so we could not plug-in phones or computers to recharge them.

breakfast was cereal waffles muffins coffee juice. that is more than most motel. Room was clean and comfortable

i would have liked a microwave in room, but had one in lobby

The staff at the front desk we very friendly and helpful. They are biker friendly as my wife and I and another couple were on a cross country ride on our motorcycles. They took time to place towels (rags) on our motorcycle seats to wipe the seats off both mornings we were there.

The continental breakfast was very limited but most hotels we stayed in were not much different. They are still using the pandemic as the excuse for this.
