Room was small, but comfortable. Would have preferred just a single queen bed. The Mexican fellow who fixed our TV was great and gave me a chance ot practice my Spanish!

No creamer or sugar for the coffee in the room. We stayed two nights but nobody changed the bed sheets or towels in the bathroom. Room was awfully small - I've stayed in Super 9's with larger rooms.

Great views at top of hill and oversees the town of keystone.Our check in was smooth and such a nice front desk person and he later lit our fire pit table for us.Wonderful pool and hot tub that got busy.decent breakfast with breakfast burritos 🌯 and muffins and cereal and toast.Good coffee.

We had first floor and our room faced parking lot so window was right there.We had people looking in,we had to close window and dark room. We liked the queen bed and bunk beds but tiny bathroom and slow draining tub.

Great location, didn't realize I booked a larger room with a couch, 2 TV's and a balcony. It wasa PERFECT one night on our way to the Tetons with 2 teenagers!

There was an older gentleman that came in yelling about not having room service and demanding someone come clean his room right then...I know the standard is now to onky clean upon request but he clearly didn't. I tried to help the staff and explain that it became industry standard years ago, but he said he was never told that. I didn't pay attention because I know that, but sine hotels put a sticker on the bathroom mirror or tell you at check in...while it didn't effect me, it REALLY upset him. So maybe just better communication on that.

Nice room

The "hot" breakfast consisted of pancakes every day, along with bread/toast, bagels, yogurt, instant Oatmeal, cereal, frozen breakfast burritos, coffee, tea and juice. Everyday was the same thing. Needed to have eggs and sausage or bacon. Elevator was not working for 3 days and didn't know there was a second elevator until the last day we were there. Housekeeping did not clean rooms (take out trash or bring clean towels, had to take out own trash and get clean non smelly towels ourself). Bathtub faucet leaked.

We requested a first floor, and our location was great; there was an entrance door right there. Breakfast was good, and the bed was very comfy. They had the best sign as you drive up the hill to their property...great play on words Face it Our view of Mt Rushmore Rocks

The room was a little tight with the two queen beds. Being near the pool was a little noisy, surprised that children were still using it until 10pm. Would be nice to have a grab bar in the tub for safety

The location is near the Mt. Rushmore National Park. Since that the hotel is situated up on a hill, Mt Rushmore is overlooking. The room is clean! The receptionist is so nice, professional and very accommodating in spite of his very hectic errands, his name is Angel. Thanks!

There was a strong smell of the chlorine coming from the indoor swimming pool. I wish there is an exhaust system to lessen the chlorine smell, would there be, make it stronger perhaps. Other than this, we had a pleasant stay overall.

The above answers are for the Ramada Inn in Keystone… will explain more in the next question. This facility was clean, quiet, and next to downtown Keystone. Very easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Our original reservation was to stay at the Baymont. Which we learned was closed for the season still when we arrived. Our reservation was moved to the Ramada Inn (same parent company) But an email of some kind from someone notifying us of the change would have stopped us from panicking when we arrived.

Our 3rd floor room had a great view of Mount Rushmore! We appreciated that the 3rd floor had its own parking lot. You don't have stairs or an elevator to navigate. Clean and comfortable room with a wet bar, couch, and extra sink (makeup area) area.

Elevator out of service.. Ice maker out of service.. The breakfast room trash cans look like they haven't been cleaned for recently. Two toasters but one out of service..

The Baymont was in a very convenient location, close to Mount Rushmore and the Crazy Horse Monument. I was surprised by the lovely green beauty of the Black Hills area, and especially the Needles Highway and nearby gorgeous lakes and campgrounds. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a nice modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel seems a little dated, but still adequate.

I loved the room! We had a king whirlpool suite and it was such a big room and the tub fit both me and my husband who is 6'4. I loved the colors in the room and the fact that there was a separate living area being my husband and I tend to have different sleeping schedules.

I really don't think it was bad at all the only thing I would say is the pool area being in a locked fence situation I didn't understand. The building itself is old and you can tell but they have updated it so it still looks and smells nice. The breakfast was okay but I would have liked to see just a bit more variety. Nothing all too terrible at all.
