Location was good, both elevators worked a treat especially with us staying on the 6th floor. Never had any problems accessing the property. We were given only one towel in our room but as soon as we mentioned it to the reception they brought us two extra within 5 minutes. Amazing service!

The AC was a bit fiddly, kept putting it on 24 degrees but it was blowing out cold air. Maybe we had it on for too long? But we ended up turning it off and waiting a couple hours and it seemed to go back to normal. The pressure of the shower wasn’t great but got the job done, i assumed that was because it was a walk in shower.

Check in was swift, reception area was clean and tidy the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent value and staff worked extremely hard to make sure the buffet was stocked up and the tables cleared and turned around in a timely fashion. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they could not do enough to help you. We managed to arrive on a very hot day so was delighted to find there was air conditioning in the room. Car parking reasonable for the centre of Leeds at £10.00 for 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really at all- might have had few more TV channels to choose from but did not deter from the stay at all.

The very quiet extractor fan was great - loud fans are problematic for me but I had to check twice that this one was on! Comfortable bed and bedding. The shower was easy to use and hot enough - that's rare - with separate body and hair soap! Very friendly and helpful staff, even after I was back home and needed help with the invoice. Holiday Inn has been a favourite hotel for me for years; just a pity it's not everywhere I go.

I couldn't figure out how to get BBC News HD on the TV (so watched it SD), but I wasn't too worried as it was just to pass the time in the morning while packing up. Breakfast was a little confusing at first but I figured it out eventually. I was expecting to have coffee served at my table but I think that only happens in Continental Europe (?) My memory is not too good on it as I don't travel frequently. There were no side plates for toast, etc, so I carried my toast to the table on a napkin (I fetched it after getting the hot breakfast to my table).

Frankly speaking, I didn't expect too much on your hotel as this is the lowest grade on your group. However, it's comfort, clean and convenient which made me feel happy. Prices of over £100 per night which are too high. I like to give you a high score on ALL your staffs as they are very friendly and helpful. In any cases, I will keep taking Holiday Inn as one of my choices for accommodation.

As mentioned, it costs too high. I prefer below £100 per nite which is reasonable.

£40 for car park for 3 days stay is appalling and it was very disappointing to be surprised with this fee upon arrival . I think the car park fee should be inclusive in the room pricing or just a minimal charge if any at all , but to pay £300 for my room for 3 days then have the added £40 parking charge left a bitter taste for my stay .

Room is comfortable, a good temperature. Breakfast is excellent. A really good choice for all ages. Location of the hotel is great for my work place in Leeds.

The dining room needs some new toasters. Each time I have been there the toast belong to a guest catches on fire, the staff do their best but new machines are required. Car park payment machine is very unsafe for women - the screen shown in very large letters for anyone to see, car registration and contact details for an individual - not great from woman's. safety point of view.

1) the air-con didn't work in the room we were given so we had to move to a new room. 2) the shower was a bit naf - weak flow. 3) the communal areas are a bit bleak. Wouldn't take much to make them appear more welcoming. 4) the outlook from the hotel is uninspiring - car park and dual carrageway.

Having stayed here several times; no suprises. The staff are friendly, complimentary breakfast is a bonus, and well stocked. The location is good and parking is available.

Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. I am not a fan of parking charges monitored by third parties, especially by video, since you can't be sure that they didn't catch you before completing the booking process. And really, a parking machine at a hotel which only accepts UK mobile phone numbers?

Always use on visits to Leeds, it is a 15 minute walk into the centre, car parking is reasonable, room was ready before stated time, it is always clean comfortable and quiet, you hear the odd door bang at night but to be expected in a city hotel. Breakfast is good, a choice of cereals, fruit, hot and cold drinks, pastries and English breakfast is all Included in the price. The price per night is fab for a central hotel.

Cannot fault for the location, facilities and comfort I don’t see what there is to complain about

We come to stay in Yorkshire and the tea in the room was Twinnings, not Yorkshire! Why don't you promote Yorkshire tea. It is the best. Breakfast was good but plates were stone cold so therefore breakfast went cold very quickly. No grapefruit or fruit salad available and no mushrooms, hash browns or tomatoes.
