The hotel is cool, bit of a meatpacking district vibe. Right in next to tube and some fab restaurants. The staff, particularly at the front desk were fantastic!

Rooms are a little on the cosy side. Absolutely spotless and with everything you need but the immediate feeling you get when you walk in is this is small.

It's location is good, but there is literally hardly any natural light in the atrium room.

They held my deposit for more than 30 days - which means I could not use the fund for 30 days while I travelled. (At the time of writing, I still have not received my deposit money back, and it is still pending in my account.) When I tried to call them or contact them in social media, I got no reply. I would not recommend them if money is an issue when your travel.

Very clean, newly finished building. Great location - just next to 2 underground lines. Internet was super fast, staff helpfull. Very good for short business trips.

Breakfast just needs to be improved - bread was not fresh every day during our one week stay, The variety of ham and cheese was also poor (one type of ham and cheese), some scrambled egs - after one week it got really boring - adding some boiled eggs, some extra dishes could improve much. Right now it is ok for 1-2 breakfasts. The room was very tiny - smallest I've ever been to - not very much space to keep suitcases.

Location, next to train station. Cleanliness of room. Body lotion in bathroom.

Our reception, we didn’t get an inviting one. Member of staff, a women made me feel very uncomfortable, not welcoming. Really didn’t appreciate her abrupt nature.

Rooms very small, but clean, modern and cosy. Ideal for single use. Nice location in Canary Wharf. Good value for money.

I don’t think 2 people with 2 big suitcases would fit into the room.

The room was excellent, which was most important to me. The bed was almost queen size, soft enough, and had good quality sheets and covers. Maid service kept the room very clean. Air conditioner was quiet and worked great. AC actually broke in the middle of the night one night, but night manager had me moved to another nearby room immediately. Hardly ever heard noise from neighboring rooms, my room was very quiet. The hotel is in a very good upscale neighborhood, so I always felt perfectly safe.

Breakfast buffet was way too expensive, so I didn’t even try it. I would have preferred a more affordable buffet of say half the quality for half the price. The pool/spa was not on site, as I expected. I think that should be made clear in the hotel amenities description. There were no on-site laundry facilities, and laundry services were farmed out to a third party provider. The TV channel selection was very poor.

The boutique feel to it… I came across the hotel accidentally on a night where I was desperate to lay my head after all my travel options were cancelled … I was BLISSFULLY surprised. I loved the cafe, the cookies, the shower head, the radio in the room… The FOH were super accommodating after u told them I don’t have any care essentials as I wasn’t expecting to need somewhere to stay, they gave me a toothbrush, toothpaste and some cotton pads.

The room size for the price of the night, but otherwise everything was great.

Loved the location, close to the tube, in the modern Canary Wharf area, that made me feel like I was in the Dubai Marina :) The room was small but normal under London standards, I guess. It was clean, very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, we had a huge smart tv, hairdryer and an steam iron which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, I liked the fact that they had vegan options.

We booked a room facing the courtyard so it was VERY DARK, having a small window, that didn't open, in the corner of the room. That was a bit depressing, and a little claustrophobic to be honest. Be advised that if you want to check in early than 3 PM, even if they have rooms that are available, they charge you 10 pounds for every hour.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel for myself and 8 other colleagues who were attending a conference at ExCel London. It was very conveniently located via the Elizabeth line and around nice food/shopping choices. I had a hard time finding the hotel but when I called, a wonderful member of their staff stayed on the phone with me until I found it and because it had started to rain she also ran outside to greet me with an umbrella. Every interaction with the staff was great. They also have a tie up with a local gym (none onsite) but the gym is definitely the nicest i have been to!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a work trip!

It was a little tricky to find as the signage isn't super clear and it's located in a sea of high rises, but once I found the hotel it was perfect!
