Breakfast was very nice, location was a lovely area with easy access around London. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Leisure suite wasn't great, small coldish pool with limited amount of gym equipment, which I suppose is understandable in London and space at a premium.

The room was comfortable, a good size, with a good view and there were plenty of plugs and the heating system was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very efficient. The location of hotel was very good. The breakfast area was lovely with great views. The quality of the breakfast was very good although the hot food could have been hotter.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. I did not like the semi see through wall of the shower which could be viewed in the bedroom. I want complete privacy when I am in the bathroom - I'm not an exhibitionist!! This seems to be an increasingly common feature in hotels which is baffling.

First of all, the size of the room was ideal. View was great. Enough storage space for 1 and the fact that no one from the outside can access the rooms easily, making it more safe. Also, soundproof, barely heard anything. Lastly, the location was efficient as to where u can access loads of areas in a close proximity.

For the price of one night it was expensive, which alongside the hygiene and cleanliness levels were poor. Couldn’t really enjoy the full experience, as for it was dirty making it hard to relax or even sleep. Also, the staff weren’t really welcoming or even had a friendly approach for any sort of assistance.

The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly, but it'd be more beneficial if they get more training. I get the feeling that they were new. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The desk was nice and convenient for working. Good lighting in the room. Love the ironing board and the corner table and sofa. Good tea selection.

The bathroom was a bit dark and the shower head wasn't as clean as I'd like it to be. The swimming pool was fine, but the changing room can get a bit crammed. Menu needs to be updated, a bit underwhelming for a 4 stars hotel. Amenities are limited, no slippers, cotton buds, combs, sewing kits, etc. Not enough canned/spring water for each day. If you don't need your linen change every day, then you need to remind the staff to provide you with water. Should have a way to turn on and off individual light, instead of one button for almost all the lights in the bedroom.

My partner and I stayed the night of new year, and it was all we could ask for and more! The location was amazing! Stunning views of the skyline in London. It was our two year anniversary and the staffed welcomed us with a smile, a room with a view, a card, and even Prosecco! The bed was very comfortable and a nice sized bathroom.

There was a little dust on the skirting boards and the toilet roll holder but apart from those two picky things overall it was lovely. For the sized room you get and the fact there is no steam room nor face towels it was a little over priced at £320pn, however with the location of the hotel I understand.

All the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Complimentary drinks & nuts when our food was late at lunch. Food boxes to take breakfast away with us & coffee take out. Then a late check out til 1pm with no extra charge. That’s great service and very welcoming and accommodating. We’re we’re put in the best room for us to celebrate my partners 40th Birthday which I believe was better than the price I paid - thank you!!! A Thank you to Katarina on reception and everyone one else who we spoke to , especially the lady at breakfast today 😁.

Bit scuffy on the bedrooms walls but that’s understandable with the turn around of people. Also no complimentary biscuits in room

Great location and 5 min walk from DLR and Jubilee Line. We loved that it was so near to the shopping mall, transport and many eateries yet tucked away in a quiet location. Pool was brilliant. Although it looked small, the power jet meant I could swim against the ‘current’ rather than swimming lengths. The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating, getting extra water for the room for my daughter who is pregnant. I guess if I had one suggestion it would be to make the breakfasts a bit more reasonably priced, more in keeping with the many eateries nearby. It just would have meant we might have had breakfast in the hotel rather than going out.

Our visit to the Novotel in Sept 24 was excellent as we had booked to see Texas & support act KT Tunstall, and I was looking for a hotel that would be perfect for that, and I found it in The Novotel, as its 10-15 mins walk to the station and is only 1 stop to the 02 on the jubilee line, also the staff and facilities were excellent we stayed on 24 floor over looking the skyline of Canary Wharf and the views of the 38 floor for Breakfast was awesome, the bar areas or super cool and relaxing too, and the cafes and restaurant's and shopping mall are very close by too, I would definitely recommend to stay here if you budget allows, and I Plan to stay here again in the very near future, as it was central for all our needs, excellent and well done The Novotel and excellent staff especially Maria on the front of house desk.

Nothing was really wrong with the room we had, but maybe some nice art work on the wall in the rooms and maybe some nice shampoo and body lotions gifts etc, although you do have hand soap and shower gel & shampoo on the wall of the shower and sink area, and the fact you had to ask for a shower matt at reception if required, maybe it should be a matter of course that the cleaning staff put a matt in the room upon cleaning of the room for the next guests.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views of the London skyline. The accessibility to public transport made exploring the city a breeze, and the surrounding area is vibrant with plenty of dining and shopping options. One of the highlights of my stay was the room itself. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a busy day.

The Suite was just perfect, I didn't expect such a nice room in all honesty. We were attending a gig at the O2 Arena, and this place is literally just one tube stop and a small walk away. We decided to have lunch at the hotel, and the Bokan Restaurant, situated on the 38th floor, was just stunning, with a great view of London. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The bed was super comfy, and the room was extremely quiet, so a great night's sleep was had. For the final part of the stay, breakfast, its a self service affair, with hot and cold food available. Whether you want a full English, or a nice healthy Continental, pretty much everything you would want was there.
