Immaculately clean, staff were amazing and couldn’t do more to help (except 1!) Excellent location and lovely breakfast

That bathrooms are very clean but If I’m being VERY picky, it would be good to treat to mould in the silicone round the bath (HG Mould spray will sort that out 🤣) Also, the young man at the bar didn’t even acknowledge us while he was serving a group and we were waiting a while at an empty bar.. just a nod or a “I’ll be with you soon” would have been nice … and then no smile when he served us! Not sure hospitality is his thing 🙈

Everything was nice

The reception lady was very weird. Wasn't helpful...we came on valentines day with big bunch of roses, asked for a bucket to put our flowers, never got one, then we asked if we could book a table at the hotel restaurant, she said it's fully booked and we can sit at the bar only, but the bartender got as table at the restaurant as it was plenty of space. Not sure why she didn't want as to get the table at the main restaurant, probably she didn't like that we came dressed in sport clothes for check in, as we changed in fancy clothes for a evening later on.

We got the tube from Euston then a taxi rather that the DLR as I’d had enough walking with a bad knee. Beautiful hotel, they up graded our room which was fabulous. I HAVE to buy one of those beds!!! It’s absolutely the best. I’ve made enquiries already and as soon as money allows I will do that. Great location, right next to the DLR, wonderful choice of bars and restaurants and the breakfast was fab too. Definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

You can hear the rumble of the DLR regularly but I always take earplugs away with me anyway and it didn’t spoil our stay.

I used to stay here quite a lot and I love the hotel, staff are always great in the main but .... this time, things have changed. Still love the property and rooms are lovely...

no minibar stock in first room, I used to be able to give the front door guys my car keys whilst I checked in and before I parked, but you cannot do that anymore, no 24 hour room service and breakfast was shocking!!! It was like a school dinner hall and not relaxing at all. I left early as a family of 5 had been put on a table of 4 next to me (really close) so I gave them my table... I had exec access and understand why you do not do that at the weekend but it is disappointing if you pay for the upgrade that you have no other options....

The location was amazing the view from the room we were upgraded as it was a special occasion , the staff were amazing , we had bubbles and hand made chocolates in the room …. The breakfast was superb and there was so much choice …. Would highly recommend and we will be returning as great location and easy to travel into the city of London

Couldn’t fault the hotel amazing , I have worked in g to be industry and this is info if the best hotels I have stayed in ….. Parking is expensive so maybe do an offer with the car park company

Modern hotel. Rooms were a good size, beds incredibly comfortable, and a great shower with strong water pressure and always hot! Staff were great! Ali in the Manhattan Grill served yummy omelettes always with a smile, Aaron and Elvis, Concierges were so helpful-answering so many questions! It was nice coming back to the hotel in the evenings and having Aaron greet us and asking us about our day-by the end of our 10 night stay, we left him as a friend. Ishrat at Front Desk is amazing! Beautiful smile, efficient, professional and was a huge help to us as we attempted to navigate the Tube! We didnt get the name of the young woman(blonde, big smile, strong accent maybe from Eastern Europe) who cleaned our rooms, but she too took excellent care of us. We had thought that perhaps the hotel location might not be ideal as it is not in Central London, but, there are so many things to do around the area, good shopping and restaurants, coffee shops, that if we return for a pleasure trip (7 days of this stay were with a group for business) we would without a doubt stay here again as the hotel is closely located to the Tube lines, and London public transportation is excellent! A great overall experience.

It was all great

We would definitely stay here again! The location was very convenient and safe, with quick access to the Elizabeth Line (subway), train, and Thames ferries. Lots of options for restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed the access to the Executive Lounge and we highly recommend that option to those visiting the hotel. It offered pastries and great coffee in the morning, drinks and light food in the evening and a quiet place to sit and look at the view whenever we wanted to go there. It was well equipped with cold (non-alcoholic) drinks and coffees/teas at all times. The staff were professional and friendly. Overall this was an excellent stay and I hope to go back again someday!

Nothing we didn't like about this hotel! The only thing that we got caught with one night was looking to purchase dinner around 9:00 pm and nothing in the area was open for food - drinks, yes, but not food! So eat early in this area or eat elsewhere in London!

I liked the comfort the cleanliness Didn't like 50 pound that had to be paid when checking in as I'm 59 my partner 70 and auntie 92 we weren't going to use the rooms to party in

No view The rooms 261 and 263 the view was awfull considering it was a deluxe room no view of the wharf that is not good the facilities were not explained was there a spa in the hotel where was breakfast nothing explained. The concierge Elvis was so helpfull and the one on arrival I think his name was mark marvellous customer care

Very nice room with a good view of canary wharf. Service was really good and everyone was nice and very welcoming. Executive Lounge was really good and well worth the money, after a long convention day it was nice to get something warm to eat and cold to drink definitely would recommend a room with lounge access.

Wifi access is only free for browsing, better wifi is quite expensive and for me thats not normal in this day and age. Air conditioning had a faulty remote control and so the room was quite hot the first day, but a service member was quick to repair it so that wasn't a big problem.

Only one night but hotel absolutely fine for our needs. Hard to understand receptionist at first and didn't really explain things well. Next morning, housekeeping burst into room unannounced! Very apologetic so must be bad communication with team. All in all, OK. Bar Manager was wonderful when we got back from concert and helps us order a drink after a busy night, great guy.

Nothing in particular, just not friendly and welcoming. All stern clinical faces with no personality or attempts at explaining things. I appreciate they do this day in day out, but when it's you're first time there, you need help to navigate your way.
