Location excellent (walking distance to most places of interest). Breakfast fantastic. Staff fantastic. Room very comfortable and clean. See below.

Main drawback of room: barely any drawer space. Air conditioning noisy. We turned it off (with difficulty) and slept with open window, but that did let in the noise. Couldn't operate the safe locker. We were promised someone would come and explain, but no one ever did. We had difficulty with room keys which lost their functioning ability until we realised they did not like being right next to our mobile phones. Once we knew that it was fine.

Had to click a button on a panel to get someone to clean the bedroom (ie wasn't by default), which was a bit confusing. Small safe (wouldn't fit a small notebook)

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment (2 adults and 2 children aged 13 & 9 years) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully designed and we really appreciated how soundproof the windows and rooms were when our jet lag had us falling asleep and waking up at odd hours. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the major sites in Copenhagen and many wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops. We loved our stay at Hotel Skt Annæ and will definitely return.

The bathrooms are a little small, but we had two in our apartment so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

We loved having breakfast on the roof of the hotel. The main reason for returning to the hotel for another stay is the excellent location in Copenhagen. Staff were also helpful and friendly. I left a blouse in the room and I received an email to say that they had found it with details of getting it sent to the UK. Very impressed!

We found the hotel a little dark and especially the mirrors in the bathroom. The safe is sat on the floor which makes it difficult to operate. I am Danish and was returning from my home in the UK to visit family in Copenhagen. I would have liked to speak Danish to the staff but most spoke English back to me.

Everything was more or less as perfect as on our last stays. Hotel is just great, rooms are nice and the location in the city is perfect. Can recommend the hotel to everyone for a copenhagen stay

Been there now several times and always had a super time. First time right now unfortunately that one of the women at the reception ( cant recall her name) has been extremly unfriendly. Didnt try to help out on anything, wasnt interested to help on earlier check in, requests have been tried to block in the beginning. Very disappointing behaviour although must say that the rest of her colleagues all have been super friendly and helpful as usual

Room was a little tighter than I expected for what we paid but very comfortable. The hotel was very well kept. Our room was very clean with newer fixtures. Old building that has been restored and redone very well. Breakfast was very good and fun in that it was served right in the kitchen.

I was a little disappointed in the room size based on what I thought I was paying for. Also our room window faced an indoor courtyard. It appeared that our checkin followed a wedding party that was there before us so I suspect we got a room based on availability.

Fantastic location just a stone's throw from Nyhavn and Amalienborg palace. Rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. Fantastic buffet breakfast in the Atrium style restaurant and a lovely rooftop 'honesty' bar with some great views across the city rooftops. The staff were delightful and very well prepared. I was particularly impressed with the service when I arrived close to 1am after a four hour delay - great to have a welcoming, smiling face after a shocker of a travel day!

The rooms were a little on the smaller side and while there is an air-conditioning control panel in the room, I didn't really seem to have much control! I found the room a little warm and stuffy.

We were delighted with our choice of Hotel Skt. Annae. The location could not have been better, 1 street away from the sights we wanted to see yet very quiet, and allowing for gorgeous morning walks along the water before it became busy. Our room was small (despite being a medium/large) however that is due to the hotel building layout (lovely old building) and it is more than made up for by the roof terrace with honest bar and free wine refills hour on the Friday night we arrived! Staff were so welcoming and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations etc. The walk from the station is pleasant through town though there is also a metro station a short walk away which was helpful with luggage. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with everything but if we were to be picky, a greater choice of breakfast options would have been good and better tea/coffee facilities in the room (not powdered creamer). Also only 1 of our room keys would work at a time.

The location was fantastic - so close to Nyhaven and other tourist destinations. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The room was somewhat small with the closet not accessible when the bathroom door was open. The bedding was odd - a pillow topper on a box. It was comfortable though. We personally do not care for the duvet in a sheet sack for the top sheet. It is much too warm - we had to remove it each night. Our refrigerator did not work so we couldn't chill our wine but the staff did offer us a complimentary glass of wine. The lighting in the bathroom was too low to sufficiently use for applying makeup.
