We really enjoyed the location. It was the perfect base for exploring the whole city center. Each day we explored in a different direction and managed to traverse a lot of points of interest in just 3 days. Breakfast was diverse but the fruit selection was disappointing. We only saw watermelon and cantaloupe. We were expecting at least some great strawberries to pair with granola and yogurt. The car park just below was extremely convenient and came with a significant discount when compared with other cark parks in the city center. We just had to check in the car license plate and everything worked perfectly. This was essential considering we had a rental to explore outside Copenhagen as well

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a lot of dust in the blow-dryer and some stains all over the bathroom walls. If these are not coming out with regular housekeeping please consider a more in-depth cleaning or simply a new coat of paint to make it look nice again. The bathroom size was too small to the point where the door didn't open all the way to 90 degrees. The air inside the room and the access corridor was heavy and smelled like dust. Sometimes we could even see it near the lights that were turned on. I'm guessing the floors and especially the curtains need to be more frequently cleaned up and the air filtering system more regularly maintained. Lust but not least, the toilet didn't have a fresh smell of cleaning product after housekeeping was requested.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds were great, the heat in the bathroom floor was very appreciated. The tea and coffee making set. The body shampoo smelled lovely.

You could hear anything/everything outside in the corridor. As our room was straight across from the lift we "enjoyed" people arriving back at 01. a.m. in high spirits and in very talkative groups, and they seemed to enjoy staying in the corridor chatting. Any sound made its way into our room. The leg of the small table was broken, which we found out when trying to move the table. If you want tea with your breakfast, you need to stand in a long queue for the only coffee machine. If you start by getting your tea, it will be cold by the time you find what else to eat. If you select your food first, your pancakes, sausages etc. will definitely be stone-cold by the time you get your hot drink. We suggest more possibilities for getting boiling water faster.

Location is excellent, rooms were good, and the breakfast is excellent - very diverse with a lot of options.

The parking is not hotel's own, but a public garage. During our stay, there was an event in the city which prevented us from using the parking on the day we were leaving, so we had to find alternatives that were not so close. It would be good if we were informed of this situation up front, not on the day of our arrival. The accommodation was quite nice, except the beds that were too soft for our liking - it felt like it is easy to fall out of bed :)

Nice view in front over looking the street. Very nice breakfast. The location was just a block from Nyhavn where many restaurants and pubs are. Trip Advisor tour picked up right from the hotel.

We took the metro directly from the Airport ($8) and it was a little challanging rolling our suitcases over the cobblestones but doable. There was only one attendant at the front desk so most times you had to wait as they were busy for checking in and out or questions.

My son and I stayed for one night. We booked two rooms. Thanks to the excellent service and central location of the hotel, we could maximize our short stay, exploring the beautiful city and enjoying fantastic restaurants. We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm and could do an early check-in and started sightseeing right away. The hotel kindly honored my request to give two rooms close to each other. This is one of very few hotels in Copenhagen which 1) is centrally located 2) HAS AIR CONDITIONING 3) has a decent gym. For health reasons, I need cool air and exercise and it is not always easy to find a hotel to meet my needs, not only in Copenhagen but also in the central location of old, famous cities in Europe popular among the tourists. I was very happy to have found this hotel. We had to leave early in the morning, and the gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful and kind —wake up call, booking taxi, and breakfast box. If I go back to Copenhagen, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great location, tasty breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds in well-sized rooms.

There aren’t enough tables in the breakfast room so you may have to wait a few minutes to get a table at breakfast or may not be able to sit with your whole group at the same table if you’re more than two. Maybe a more structured table waiting list could fix this, or even extending the breakfast timing by an hour to spread visits out more.

Lovely staff, great food at both breakfast and dinner. love how allergens and preferences were very well catered to. great little coffee machine in reception, lots of useful local info and staff can't help enough.

Evening food starts a little late for our liking but can't really complain

The breakfast is amazing! all good quality, tasty and organic food, and such good variety. Way better than expected! About the location, it was also very good, just a few steps from Nyhav, plenty of restaurants, stores and markets nearby. very very calm location, even though it is central. The room was also very comfortable, we had a huge window with a view to the street, which I actually really enjoy. There are bikes for rent (4 hours or 1 whole day until midnight), which can be useful and less expensive than in bike sharing apps.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, on the harbour front 1 street down from Nyhavn, central and walking distance to pretty much everything or access to everything. The Nyhavn harbour was 2 streets away and you can get the boat to Reffen. Also, to the main old Nyhavn entrance where all the tour boats start from. A great place to be located when staying in Copenhagen.

our bedroom was quite basic and small. no coffee facilities and limited hanging/storage space. Towels were not replenished on a daily basis so we had to ask for basic housekeeping.

The staff were great I extended a business trip for a personal weekend and they helped ensure everything went smoothly. They also helped by giving recommendations for specialty stores when I had a last minute change that required a specific wardrobe.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable however the decor is looking a bit well worn and in need of replacement
