Location is something we booked this hotel for and no complaints about location. We stayed in 2 different rooms as I had to book additional days last minute. They offered us to use the luggage room for free when we had to switch rooms. View from our initial double rooms wasn’t great but the most expensive rooms for later had street view which was nice. Rooms are great size compared to many of the hotels i considered. Staff are helpful including the kitchen staff and parking is convenient.

Double rooms were basic, the sofa beds are terrible, please upgrade your sofa beds as we had bad back after staying 4 days - very disappointing that even the most expensive rooms at this hotel had the worst sofa bed. Of the 2 double rooms we booked one had fridge the other didn’t, the premium rooms we booked did not have kettle, bathroom floor heating wast working.

Spacious room with some nice additional facilities. Fantastic location, close to the metro station Kongens Nytorv (direct line from the airport), if you like walking, you can reach a big amount of attractions by foot. Perfect breakfast with a huge variety of warm and cold, sweet and salty food and up until 10:30. Check-out time at 12:00.

Just a few minor things. The room and the whole hotel was a bit cold. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. One additional thing: as of November 20024, the hotel is being renovated to get and upgrade, we stayed there for the weekend so it didn't concern us at all, but it might be noisy on weekdays as the work starts at 8:00 in the morning.

It is a Scandic Hotel, so you get what you expect! Clean and comfy with all necessary amenities, but nothing extra. We were upgraded to a waterfront room, which was nice. There is also a convenient public parking next to the hotel. Driving there from the motorway was easy. Besides it's in walking distance of the Royal palaces, Nyhavn restaurants and city center.

There was no bar or lounge in the hotel. Drinks and snacks were available in fridges in the lobby. The elevators were rather small. Might be difficult with large pieces of luggage. The hotel showed some wear and tear.

Our room overlooked Ofelia Place and the main canal with a view out to the Opera House. We enjoyed watching boats traverse the canal and pedestrians enjoying the large decked area below our window. The room was large and comfortable. We especially loved that the window overlooking the canal was the span of the room and it opened! Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone with vegan options as well. The location of Scandic Front is fantastic within one block of Nyhavn Harbor and .6 miles from Broens Outdoor Food Market. We highly recommend Scandic Front.

Perfect location, nice personal at the reception, quick check-in and checkout. We've got a big room with a nice view, comfortable bed, kettle in the room, fridge. Good breakfast. Parking is nearby , close to the centre and many restaurants around.

They don't clean every day which is very good for the environment, but the toilet must be cleaned before the new guests arriving at least. Would be nice to get a shower cap as well. The information regarding breakfast time was 7 a.m until 10 a.m. At 9.30 the waitress came to each table at the breakfast hall and informed they will pick up everything in 5 minutes. And if we want more coffe or smth, need to take it now.It was a bit strange.I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the person with allergies for the dust. Carpets are so old and need improvement.

Great location, one street away from Nyhavn & water front. 10 minute walk to nearest metro. Room clean & warm. Very comfy bed. Great breakfast. Plenty of choice. Even a good dairy free, GF offering. Friendly staff throughout stay. Baggage storage for day was only £13 so we didn't have to carry bags around all day after checked out

Bathroom very small. Door hit toilet when open. But great shower made up for it Hot breakfast is luke warm but its a buffet style so understandable maybe. Rest of breakfast great though (love the cheese cutter!)

The location of this property is spot on , 1 minute walk from nyhavn, walking distance to castle , mermaid and shopping

Had to pay to store our luggage in lockers , we arrived early at the hotel , and our room was not ready , they advised we could keep luggage in the lockers , which you pay by the hour though not expensive , still thought it was a bit too much especially how much you pay to stay there. Also the bar was closed for the whole duration we were there , not great as was New Year’s Eve.

The evening manager was amazing and really went above and beyond to ensure our stay with our dogs was enjoyable and relaxing. I want to give him a proper shout-out for being so amazing unfortunately I have forgotten his name BUT I do remember he said he was from Greenland. :). The breakfast was also fantastic and had a whole gluten-free section which made me very happy as I have Celiac. Our dogs also loved it here and it gave us all a chance to relax after a very stressful two days in Berlin over New Year's.

We would definitely come back. The hotel is conveniently located next to the main street, and the view from the window was incredible. While the breakfast was the same every day, the quality was consistently good. The bed and room atmosphere were amazing. The hotel administration was very nice and attentive.

However, the quality of the internet was not the best, and the bathroom, though cleaned, could have been more thoroughly maintained. Additionally, it rained almost every day, and there was no place to dry our clothes.

Large and comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet. Great location for many of the must do’s and also close to many restaurants and not far from a supermarket. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was very good but it was the same every single day. Some change would be good! Also this was the first time ever on our worldwide travels that we had to pay for luggage storage which I really do not find acceptable when I have paid EUR 225 per night!
