Location is great. It is comfortable.

If you close the door of capsule there is no fresh air inside (fan dosen't work good), and if you don't close the door there is light turned on all night. There are only 2 toilets for so many people and it should be cleaned more often.

Excellent location, enjoyed my privacy in the capsule and good value for money.

Receptionists were not professionals, let alone being nice. It can be crowded in the bathroom

Very clean and fresh

The capsules are almost unbearable hot which unfortunately makes the whole night and stay pretty uncomfortable.

The location was the only good thing about this place. The staff were nice and tried to help us despite the design of the capsule not being suitable at all. It was not their fault.

There was no ventilation in our double bed capsule. We could not sleep at all and felt like we were being suffocated. The staff were aware of this issue during summer and had been dealing with them. I would never recommend staying here. We have not hear back from them about a refund as we did not stay the other 2 nights we had booked and should be refunded for the night we did stay because I spent it sitting in the stairwell where it was cooler.

Good location, and definitely a good place to stay considering CPH prices. We stayed for 1 week, so we took a double room. As we had a small problem with the first one, they kindly found us a new room. The staff cleans all the common bathrooms and toilets carefully, but it is impossible to keep the common areas clean 24/7 because the turnover of people staying there for short periods (a night or two) is very high. And some people don't know how or don't want to clean up after themselves. The people at the reception are super friendly, the owner is also very nice.

The hostel is being expanded and renovated, so it makes a difference whether you sleep in the newer part or the older part (above the reception). It is advisable to bring earplugs, especially if you are a light sleeper. They are supposed to have earplugs at reception, but they were not in stock when we stayed there. Toilets are scattered throughout the house, it's worth asking at reception. The only really bad thing is the water pressure on the toilets - because there are so many guests, there may be no water in the kettle. This is understandable, as it's an old 18th century house, so the plumbing isn't like new builds.

Great location. Friendly and helpful multi lingual staff. Helped fix any issues and quickly too. Bar open till midnight and a decent price. Capsule was a good enough size. Im 6ft 1 and on the heavy side. I was able to sleep comfortably. Capsule is a nice idea as they lock and give security, privacy and a bit of noise reduction. Id definetely stay here again. Incredible value for money! Nice old building. Place has character. A really good hostel.

Showers need some shelves and hooks. At least have lots of hooks please. Same for toilets. Cleanliness was ok...no major red flags but the walls of the showers and sinks could have been cleaned better. Shower curtain needs bleach washing or changing its old and atleast needs a good wash. Replace the towel bin. Its mouldy on the inside on the 2nd floor. Doesnt look good. The bedding on my second stay was old and a bit worn. Invest in new pillows and bedding. Overall comfy and clean enough.

The location is just amazing! With Christmas stalls buzzing just around the corner, Metro station 10mins away and main Copenhagen attractions within 20mins walking Capsule hotel Nyhavn63 was what we needed. I also loved the fact that they have private rooms which I booked for my parents- it was lovely. Everything was very clean and orderly.

There were several rooms on the first floor, but only one bathroom and 4 shower stalls. On the last night that bathroom was out of order. We were lucky and it wasn't crowded in the showers during our 3 night stay, unsure how it is during the summer time. A kettle and mugs in the private rooms would be nice too.

I liked a room a lot. It was small but clean. No loud noises even thow we where in very center of Copenhagen, with lots of tourists araund. I enjoyed the room a lot.

Shared toilet and shower in common space where owercrowded and dirty. Showers where small, plastic and with bad air conditioning. So if you use shower after someone else, it feels very sweaty and filld with hot moist air. Never felt clean after the shower. Was trying to avoid using these facilities.

Apparently I have the given the Cabin inn the wrong rating because I thought I was rating this property, nevertheless… I have stayed at this property in the past and had a terrible experience, but a friend of mine said that when I stayed they were renovating because they changed owners and it was excellent as she had stayed there recently so I thought, let’s give it another go and I must say, it was much better and I will definitely return as well as recommend it to others.

Aside from the staff being a bit rude not much, I also didn’t like that there was no explanation on how to get into the capsule but I already knew so for me it wasn’t a problem but I noticed others were confused.

We got down from the metro one station before to walk around Christiania and then walked to the hotel, which is right in Nyhavn one of the most beautiful areas in Copenhagen. We got to the hotel and could not check in yet, but left our bags in a little area were many other people would leave their bags, so it was just fine. We did a lot of walking through the city center and came back to check in. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and nice. We had to change capsules because the codes were not working so he upgraded us to a smaller room and I thought that was very kind. The building itself has a lot of charm, all wooden floors and big windows with views to the patio, just perfect. You pay a very small fee for towels but it is all worth it. The capsule was nice and clean but the air was not that cold although it was April and we did fine for the night. The property is very safe and you have codes to access in case you come back late at night. There is a great patio were you can just chill and have some local beer that the Capsule hotel sells.

We came back late and when we took a shower the soap had run out but the bathrooms were nice and clean.
