Four Points by Sheraton Punta Cana Village

Everything felt very clean and sleek inside. The room was spacious and had a nice modern aesthetic. It was a very comfortable stay all around. The staff (especially at the bar and reception) were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to us. The location and the complimentary shuttle was also very handy. The complex across the street felt very safe and was nice to explore some food options. Breakfast at the hotel was also good value and was tasty.

Reserving the shuttle took a while as it was very difficult to contact the hotel (without a Dominican number).

Close to the airport, with free shuttle service. Very friendly staff throughout the stay. Decent wheelchair access.

The accessible room could do with better positioned grab-rails in the shower, especially a horizontal rail at the entrance to the showers (we were in two different rooms on our two visits, one at the start of our trip, the other, three weeks later, at the end). Also, why do hotels insist on using chrome grab rails in accessible rooms? They may look nicer, but are too slippery when wet. Proper, rubberised, non-slip rails please! More importantly, I sent a few emails via this website, to the hotel prior to arrival. These all went unanswered, making arrival at Punta Cana Airport a little more stressful, as we didn't know how/where to access the transfer. The lack of communication is what cost them the 'ten out of ten' rating.

in the breakfast stand there was a dark skin Dominican lady that mistreated me, at the time I arrived she came from the back kitchen & wasn’t to happy. I told her I wanted scrambled eggs with vegetables & she wanted to force me to get something else, then the Chef got in the conversation & said the customer doesn’t want that finally I received the right thing. other then that everything was fine. They need personnel that likes to work with people.

they didn’t clean my room on time , the following morning they cleaned it about 3pm .

Location to Airport was great. We were getting in late so did not want to pay the high price of our resort since we would not be there to enjoy the day so we stayed here and went early next morning. Worked out great! Free Shuttle to and from airport makes it even better.

Hotel food was not that great and very expensive compared to the great little restaurants across the street.

I liked the proximity to the mall. Its just next to it. The rooms are also big and clean. The hotel provides shuttle service to the airport

The staff doesn’t care much. They’re never at the front desk and they don’t explain anything about what’d included. Maybe this is due to the fact that im a single traveler? Not sure though.

The hotel is very good. Of course it depends on what you expect from the hotel. In my opinion it is great place to spend the night after arrival (like we did). It is close to the airport - 10-15 minutes of walk or 2 minutes by taxi. There is a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood, bank across the street, 3 minutes by car to shopping center, etc. And breakfast is very good.

Nothing horrible... But you can hear people from other rooms.

The location was great being so close to the airport. The shuttle bus made getting there and back effortless. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. I say seen becuase there was no way I could have tried a quarter of the selection, there was so much. The staff were fantastic and made us feel at home.

The room was huge with two mega sized beds but lacked a little charm which sounds a bit mean now I read it back.

Fast reception appreciated (no long wait at reception) . The quality of the shower with good supply of shampoo and conditioner and the absence of noise from the outside.

There is NO need to use 2 electronic cards to enter the room and use of lighting as one should be enough to take the elevator and enter the room. No need to fill out a paper form to write name, address and phone as all of this was supplied when first submitting online the reservation.

Great place to stay for short term especially if you’re just staying to be near the Punta Cana Airport. The hotel location’s very convenient and it’s accessible to many other interesting places. + free shuttle service to the airport + complimentary shuttle to Playa Blanca and Bluemall + health protocols were very good + attentiveness of the restaurant staff + front desk personnel were friendly and helpful

- No minibar in the room but ice machine on our floor to cool down drinks - internet was horrible in the room but worked ok at the lobby area

it’s super close to the airport like 7 mins. they offer a shuttle. Staff were super friendly and helpful I enjoyed happy hour and the pool. the room was lovely, bed and shower was great!
