The resort was beautiful aesthetically, the rooms were well appointed and we LOVED the swim up suite! Hyatt Zilara does not disappoint.

The resort is in the Dominican Republic and while it offered an array of restaurants, there was no Caribbean restaurant with authentic Dominican food! Very disappointing. Shutters was not Caribbean in the least. That needs fixing HYATT! Also, this being a 5 star resort, doesn’t mean that every adult wants peace and quiet at night. There should be a lounge with music and dancing, reflecting the vibrancy of the island and options for those who’d like a bit of nightlife WITHOUT having to leave the resort. If that is updated, I’d return again.

I travel quite a bit and the Hyatt Zilara was definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited for MANY reasons. Everything was perfect... the staff, the grounds, food, you name it, it was OUTSTANDING. My entire family was sad to leave. This was the FIRST large resort I stayed in where I wasn't getting up at 6am to "claim" a seat by the pool/ beach every day. Although there were many rooms at the resort (it was sold out the week we were there), it NEVER felt crowded by guests. I also loved the layout... many seating cares to choose from, different pools, etc. Another detail that made a big difference to me was the staff... they would put their hand over their hearts every time they interacted with any of us. They called the gesture "service from the heart" - loved it! I will be telling my friends to visit and will be back!

The only very slight negative was the seaweed on the beach (seasonal), but the hotel worked tirelessly every day to clean it up. The hotels nearby did not work as diligently as the staff at the Zilara... I was glad I was there and not other resorts.

Everything! This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the room and it’s amazing view, wonderful staff, and beautiful restaurants to the beach and pool area - everything was just perfect! I have to emphasize the wonderful staff, how polite they are, and very helpful. They organized and helped us with anything we asked for. Special thanks to Angela from the concierge service, she went above and beyond to help organize a special beach dinner and excursion to Isla Saona. (We recommend visiting Isla Saona)

The restaurants are nice, we love the Indian restaurant, it was insane good, the waiter there was amazing, everyone was so nice to us. The Italian restaurant's pizza was speechless. have to go try it

The only thing is that the concierge book our departure transportation to another date and they had to find a taxi for us two hours before leaving, besides that, everything was good

Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. It’s definitely a perfect place to relax and to recharge.

Nothing negative about the resort, rather a bit unlucky: Unfortunately the ocean water was not so clear due to seaweed so you couldn’t see anything under water.

The Resort is beautiful, modern and clean. Staff is exceptional, they are friendly and professional.

No nightclub for adults who love to listen to live music and dance. Also, having chefs to cook international cuisine would be beneficial. Foods that were not native to Dominicans were bland, lacked flavor and texture.

Everything was great: from our outstanding butler Andrew, no was never a option for all our requests always willing to go above and beyond. the highlight of my wife vacation was the spa; our massage therapists Moraima and Zuleyda. Our facial therapist Margarita and Zobeida. And Mr.Juan at the hydrotherapy was very attentive and guided us through the whole process. Also, The receptionist at the spa Clairelina who was very helpful assistant my wife with information and packages. The staff in general was very attentive very professional… so far it’s been the best experience at a All-inclusive hotel in the Dominican Republic!! Me and the wife will be coming back.

Hands down this is the best resort I’ve ever stayed in. This facility has the nicest workers. The whole experience was five star. I loved all of the restaurants, food was amazing, and plenty of options. Every time I visit D.R. it will be at the Hyatt Zilara. This place is wonderful.

The resort was very clean. Staff was very nice and always willing to help. Beautiful views. Close to PUJ airport.

There is NO ENTERTAINMENT LIFE! The resort has a couple of small things throughout the day, but the pools close at 7pm. They have a sports bar but they don’t play good music at all. If you are looking to party this is not the resort for you. I stayed on the adults only side as well and there were kids playing pool in the sports bar at 1am.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding grounds. The beach is also excellent and has white sand and clear water. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful. In regards to the dining options, there are multiple restaurants to chose from. It was nice having the option to eat at the Hyatt Ziva in addition to the Hyatt Zilara. The concierge was helpful and although the hotel is a bastion of tranquility, there are multiple excursions available if someone wants to leave the hotel and explore Punta Cana.
