Excellent room service - they cleaned the rooms properly and regularly restocked minibar. Attentive staff - especially Melvin during breakfast and lunch. Big pool - we had no trouble to find our spot Beach and the ocean Huge fitness

Pools are too cold - hotel should utilize solar power to heat the pools. Even the club pools were cold. Very few people used it. Whirlpools are too hot - it is uncomfortable to relax there. Some staff at the bar or reception were bored to serve us. Spotty Wi-Fi near the pool. AC in the main restaurant is set to too low for us - we sat outside regularly. Property is closed to public and UR not able to walk/run on the beach very far. You hit stones and guard forbidding you to go further. Because of that UR not able to walk to nearby streets/shops/town by yourself. There are none. The hotel area is secluded. UR caught in the resort. Your only chance is the buy one of the hotel organized trips.

The facilities are amazing - one of the best Spa’s I’ve ever been to, an incredible pool and a good selection of restaurants. Lots of entertainment for kids too. Definitely worth upgrading for the Club level as Chinola restaurant is superb amongst the other perks.

Our room wasn’t 100% clean when we arrived with hair in the shower and bird pop on the balcony but they gave us a Cabana for the day to apologize. The shower also smelt of drains/sewage and there was no bath which wasn’t ideal with a 1 year old baby. The staff & service are also a little inconsistent, most are very good but some feel like they don’t want to be there and are inattentive.

The food was hit or miss, the staff was too worried about upgrading rather than setting up our covid test, which ended up booked so we had to go off the resort to get it done. There is no need to get the club option, the perks are not really perks, you will be just fine with the normal check in. The beach close way too early and the music playing was very dull and non upbeat. The food by the pool is basically non existence and the staff just walks around bringing you drinks but no food, why not? Does it hurt to have chips and salsa, apparently so at this resort. Better food options on the adult only side.

you cant take a towel without mask but u can swim in the pool without it, the bar tender shouted on me to get my mask on !! when I received my drink we both took the mask out and cheers 😂. I believe they have good facilities but they are new to tourism they need to be improved in hospitality. not stop using Covid as excuse to use make things cheaper for them. no room service due to covid 😂 this is idiotic

Water at the beach was very murky !!!! The Light in the bathroom only works by using Mastswitch in bedroom. CRAZY and very inconvenient. If you go to the bathroom at night all lights go on in bedroom - waking up family !! Also, the rooms were small for the high price

My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

Everything. Staff should wear not only mask but also gloves at work, inside and also outside. With such a condition they are still smiling and doing best for every client. Hope the pandemic terminates soon. We like the room with a large desk so that our 2 kids can read and write together. We like the large, clean and well decorated bathroom. Food is fantastic. Besides of the buffet restaurant and Japanese restaurant, the other one so called Chinola is also excellent. It is by the definition 'healthy food', but it is not just healthy. Try the lunch at this restaurant, the tuna fish was sooooo delicious 😋 Kids like also the water park, beach volley, and the teenagers center, as well as the ice cream bar. We like the sunrise 🌅 on the beach, the stretching with Isabelle, yoga lesson, paddle lesson. And much more... The Scape Park has only 10 minutes driving distance from the hotel. We enjoyed really our vacation at Hyatt. I have so many beautiful pictures of the hotel but can only upload 4.

Good food across a wide variety of restaurants - far better than other all-inclusive hotels visited in the past. The staff are excellent. In particular, Flavia Pellecchia went above and beyond, and Jahiro at the Mercado restaurant was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Great gym facilities, exercise classes, and instructors - notably the yoga instructor. Location was great - perfect spot for the sunrise, beach was lovely, only ~20mins from the airport but not in the flight path and no airplane noise.

Very little to complain about! Front desk did try to sell a covid test at check-in for our second day of a 9 day trip, which seemed a bit strange and unnecessary.
