I like the service, facilities, room, food and the beach.

the only thing that it needs is night life! don’t have a disco, and the casino is closed. They have show and music only till 11pm and then you are obligated to go sleep because is not nothing more. something I like is the people staying most of them are young so we need more variety of music. like merengue salsa more tropical not only in English. I used to put music on my phone and the people come around to listen because the hotel not have any at night. and the music of the pool it needs to be more tropical vibe not only english. is a good hotel but at night is boring. I love the hotel but if this it not changed I will decide getting other hotel next time.

Bathroom needed towel hooks, the beach was okay, the vip service was okay to the price paid, in terms of quality. The pool was excelent. Dominican cuisine options were intentionally good but I could tell the salami wasn’t what typical Dominicans like myself have. Same as the fried cheese, pieces were cut too thick. Mangu was ok, lacked the onions and vinaigrette.

The beach wasn’t was what I was expecting, it was not that blue. Macao beach was better, blue waters and clean. Needs night life for adults after 11pm at least til 2-3am.

Smaller, Boutique All Inclusive that felt free from crowds and rowdy people. The other guests were behaved, the service great, and all staff was friendly and respectful to my young children. The food was excellent!

Sargassum is in bloom and totally hitting this beach. They are doing there best, but I am one of the lucky ones who is allergic which meant pool time for our family and staying clear of the beach. However, we had spent 2 weeks surfing up at Macao beach just north, which was sargassum free.

We had a very nice stay, very clean, good food and nice Staff.

The beach was beautiful and clean, just where we wanted to be all day BUT the tour staff on the beach are Very Rude and always shouting and talking about their personal problems!!! Please provide some protocol information to them so the visitors that go to enjoy peace and quite at the beautiful beaches can enjoy their stay, Thank you

Choice of 4 pools, each distinct. Range of activities from paddleboard yoga and dance classes to pool and archery and tennis. Lovely grounds to stroll around. Our room on small and quieter pool so perfect. Relaxation music piped in.

Activities list only at concierge office and didn’t discover until a few days in. If had nonbasic questions most staff had limited English (understandable!). Pools open only 8 am to 7 pm, wished longer hours.

Beautiful hotel, nice pools, great food. Also as vegetarian one finds a lot of good options. Traveling with kids, we mostly went to the buffet place. Good location. Worth walking along the beach (despite some algaes). Our first room had plumbing issues, so they quickly moved us to another room. Staff in the reception and restaurants were very friendly.

The kids' club was disappointing. We tried twice. Both times the staff made sure our four-year-old wouldn't feel welcome. They were also very vague about the scheduled program. Weird, especially considering all the staff outside the kids' club was super kids-friendly. Prices in the stores are high (no-name flip-flops for 59 US$), so it's worth walking down the main road to the market (max. 10 minutes) where a bit of bargaining will get you fair prices. Also the medical service is not worth the money (195 US$ for a short consultation and the advice that we should go to a hospital). In case of need, better take a taxi directly to a hospital, without losing time and money at the resort's medical service.

Friendly staff, nice facilities, amazing pool and beach, decent food and beverages.

No quality food at all: shrimp, lobster, salmon, crab, tuna, red snapper, octopus, beef, goat, duck. Beverages were average.

The hotel has pretty good infrastructure, the pools are great and the beach is very pretty. We paid the VIP rate and it was pretty convenient since we like less crowded pool and we got a section of the beach were we had a private space. The shows are also very good and the kids enjoyed them a lot. The food was overall good, and the night restaurants were pretty good, but unfortunately we had a very poor experience one day at the lounge restaurant with cleanliness of the lettuce. The staff was nice in general.

The rooms are quite old, with very outdated furniture, even-though the bathrooms are updated. The mattresses were very, very soft making them very uncomfortable to share with a partner. Also they never left us enough towels to include the kids. One thing that was very annoying is that the kids club is very far away from where everything happens, and they only allow parents to get in to the club from 1 to 2pm which is usually when we were having lunch and the place was pretty alone to leave your kids alone with people you don't know. The food could vary more, but in general was good.

We have a very good time with family, a very good beach, quiet hotel. The a la carte restaurant are very good, the portion are very small. The buffet is okay, very repetitive choices. The hotel is short on staff, there is not much of a difference being a club member don’t pay for the upgrade. We ended up using the regular side, the pool is better, and the kids pool is only on the regular side for the most part because of the kids. The dining restaurant for the club members it’s the same a the regular reservation. The only difference for the club members is the lunch option a la carta, but the menus it’s very limited.
