Our butler, Pablo was the best. Very attentitive. Dinner meals were great, especially the steak house and hibachi. The buffet could use some work especially posting ahead when a certain part of the buffet (omelet station for example) would close.

All rooms should have a dehumidifier. Also swim up rooms should have some safety rugs laid down so when the floor becomes wet, it does not turn into a danger zone (very slippery)

Fabulous Hotel, with exceptional staff from the front desk to the service team to clean your room, and service you in the restaurant or beach. Pictures can not describe how gorgeous this place really is. You feel at home from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave. Words can not do justice you have to experience it yourself.

Not a thing to mention. You are on vacation in one of the best Hotels you can imagine surrounded by the most professional staff. Your happiness is their highest priority and you will see they take this very serious.

I did not like the lack of " Meringue ", the Dominican Music . People come to the Dominican music to hear the local music and see the local dancers like it is done in Cuba . Anybody who come to the Dominican Republic to listen to American Music, should instead go to Florida or Arizona .One comes to the DR to listen this lively local music . That is the only thing I did not like , the lack of it .

I spent 5 nights there, December 2021 to Jan 2022 at the Majestic Mirage and I had the best time. The resort is massive, it has an adult only side and a family side but both sides share some amenities and a few restaurants. Food: Amazing!! There are so many options and they are all good. My favourite was the Italian and the waiter that mostly attended and to me there Pedro was so kind and professional. I loved the Japanese and the steakhouse too. The general restaurant and the sea side were good. Didn’t try the French cos no availability for me. Drinks: You get full sized bottles in the room complimentary. There are so many bars around with top shelf drinks and really tasty cocktails. I loved the piano bar, the martini bar, the G&T bar for NYE and the bar near the restaurants and the bar by the beach the most. At the adult pool, the waitress Smarlin treated me to flowing cocktails too. I had the best Martinis, G&Ts and Sangrias during my stay. Room: Massive and clean, comes with a Butler too, my butler Yenny was so sweet and helpful. There was a club members lounge in my building which was 7 and the concierge there Alberto was also really helpful. Entertainment: The absolute best! I love the energy of the resort from morning till night. Shout out to Alexander and the rest of the entertainment team. They are so energetic and you can tell they loved and enjoyed their jobs, no dull moment for anyone. The shows were amazing, the dancers were good. I wish there was a club house for after hours though. Generally the resort is neat and beautiful, has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. I had the best NYE celebration ever there and I will definitely stay there again when next I’m in Punta Cana.

too many smokers and cigar smokers ! at show they should have a small area away from everyone. resort needs to be considerate and think of other guests health and well being.,need designated areas away from other guests

I love the loving personnel, cleanliness, value for the money , excellent food and beverages, my swimup suite at the Mirage adults only section so quite and relaxing , the pool , the beach even with the sargassum, the shows , the spa and their general manager Elena Alvarez , she Rocks 😍🥰😘

Their were a few issues the first day with my room reservation at Ck in but it was resolved gracefully in a few hours , problem with my jacuzzi , my door , a romantic dinner for my wedding anniversary that was take care by their general manager changes my frustration , few issues with my butler but Life isn’t perfect and nothing ruined my wonderful stay at this paradise in Punta Cana

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage and everyone was soooo very nice! However, the absolute best part of our trip was our Butler. Mr. Jean Claude! He was an absolute pleasure! He was attentive to all of our needs from the moment we were introduced up until this morning with a message to us asking how our flight home went. Mr. Jean Claude awent out of his way to make sure our 25th anniversary trip was pleasant. We knew exactly what time and location events were each day as he sent us a message each morning. He checked on us throughout the day and evening to see how he may be of assistance. He got us an iron and table when we needed one. He got ice buckets to our room because the ice machine are being replaced. We had a welcome bottle of wine and then another free bottle of premium liquor. We also received a beautifully decorated room and bottle of wine for our anniversary. Mr. Jean Claude also made dinner reservations at the wonderful Hibachi restaurant for our anniversary day. Mr. Jean Claude answered every question we may have had with quick responses. Again Mr. Jean Claude is an absolute pleasure and he goes out of his way to ensure you have a great experience and you are well informed. I recommend you ask for him as your Butler! He is sure to delight and deliver! And I pray you give him raise and we'll deserved vacation 😊😁 Okay now the resort is beautiful! I am not sure why some ppl gave bad reviews. It has so many places to eat and relax. The pools have many Bali beds and loungers available. We learned later into our trip there's an adult pool area more relaxing and plentiful with space. Nevermind that though! Our Private rooftop with jacuzzi was a hit for us! (We also had a balcony) It was absolutely beautiful at night to relax on the rooftop there as the mood was wonderful. Take a bluetooth speaker with you and set your own music mood as we did!

Room service takes about 45-1hr. Typical time I presume but the resort is HUGE so when you get the food it's cold. Probably because there are so many requests to fill. Maybe think about microwaves for the rooms. Also, the toilets never fully flush on the first or second sometimes third try lol! None of this is a game changer though as we'd still return and recommend the resort.

Mainly the staff, from the reception, the lady who welcomed us, then our butler Candio... we love him, he helped us with everything and he was always willing to give more to make us feel comfortable. Then in the restaurants the wonderful staff! especially William the Sommelier from the Argentino restaurant, a Venezuelan boy who was kind enough to search other restaurants for fried plantains for me😊. The ladies of the Italian restaurant, who also did the impossible to make room to get a table and serve us on my birthday ❤️. The guys from the fun staff, who are in charge of entertaining the guests, dancing Zumba, aerobics, etc! These details make your stay great and unforgettable and the Hotel is beautiful!!!

Definitely, the pool, room, and staff were incredible. The place was amazing and we will come back! We have to mention that some of the staff were very special with their attention and how they treated us (they were amazing!) such as Jeffry (our butler), Daisy (server at the pool), Omar (bartender), and Santos (maintenance at the pool). These people were very special to us.
