We loved the stay. The bartenders in the lobby made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. Jose at the was incredibly helpful and provided all the information we needed to know. The staff greeted us every morning. The activities for the kids and the adults was exceptional.

the property was great is very well kept rooms are super comfortable with room service 24/7 me and my wife ordered burgers at 2 am in the morning service was excellent I would highly recommended stay here for families even couples . Talk about Pools there’s like 19 pools all around is a water park resort like Six Flags Hurricane Harbor has exhilarating water rides, slides, Lazy Rivers ,Kids pools and kids water games spectacular experience for the kids they love it . The reception in this resort is very professional and helpful. I felt very welcome is amazing what great services could do for your stay .Everything was perfect,clean,beautiful, comfortable all around the staff was amazing. Let’s talk about the food was delicious they have everything everything you could find in a 5 star restaurant lots of variety. The restaurant’s menus where mouth watering . Most meals were prepared from fresh, healthy organic ingredients found in abundance within the restaurant vicinity. 5 stars on the entertainment MODESTO the DJ is a really fun guy he put up a show at the adult pool every one was dancing lots of fun lots of laughs. The buffet definitely needed more variety. There was zero steak available the entire trip. They could use a carving station or something with red meat

The resort was clean and easy to access. Staff was outstanding. Special shout out to Richard, he went out of his way to accommodate my limited mobility needs. The pork chops were the best I've ever had. Crazy good. Juicy, tender, flavorful, just incredible. It was quiet at night and fun during the day. Overall excellent. There is a water park that the kids loved and access to the beach at the sister resort attached to the property.

The staff was super nice, very friendly. All the staff walked around saying “hola”. The activities were fun and family friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Since we didn’t pay before we got there, we were charged over $20 dollars more than the price quoted on booking.com. This price from what we were told was either the conversion from the dollar to Dominican pesos then we were told that that extra money was the charge from our banks. We then googled the conversion rate from USD to Dominican pesos and it was a different amount than what was charged. I felt that they were knowing deceiving us. That was the one thing I didn’t like.

it had a variety to choose from. My nephew had choices or him to eat.

The room was a bit moldy. The restaurants were not all great. The Italian restaurant was the best.

I have no complaints about the place but stuff should speak better English, very hard to communicate when you don't speak Spanish

The stuff was good with exception of the guy who works at "Bites" at Royalton Splash close to water park, he is always in a bad mood, it look like he doesn't want to work. The only thing I always asked was French fries for my daughter but he always give me just a bit even when I ask for a littler more. He does that not because the place was full of people but because he doesn't want to keep making it. Very bad employee, shouldn't be working in that hotel, make very unpleasant for us.

I LOVEd this hotel because its not a big as the other resorts , the room was very close to everything the beach the restaurants the entertainment the pool everything was close by my favorite part was the staff so friendly and polite and very welcoming Erica the waitress at the beach was amazing she went above and beyond for us and so did Willie at the bar at the beach he was amazing as well made my stayed unforgettable

i didnt like the house keeping they didn't do a good job, our last day on sunday they didnt even clean our room left us with dirty towels and dirty sheets , we had to call room service to send someone at 8pm to clean our room and that maid they sent was great though , also the lady that works at the coffeshop at the register was NOT friendly and unpleasant thats it otherwise everything was great

THE PROPERTY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PERFECTLY KEPT SWIMMING POOLS AND GROUNDS THE GROUNDS KEEPER IS OUTSTANDING GREAT WATERPARK FOR THE KIDS AND ADULTS. BEAUTIFUL BEACH AREA AND PEOPLE GETTING MASSAGES ON THE BEACH.

GETTING UP AT 7:30 TO GET RESERVATIONS FOR DINNER OR THEY WERE SOLD OUT THE BELLA WAS REALLY THE ONLY GOOD DINNER WE HAD THEY JUST NEEDED FLAVOR EVERYTHING WAS BLAND

King bed rooms was nice and clean. Food was good with nice variety. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

King bed wasn’t available the first day. Dining room could use new tables and chairs. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Iron in room needed replacement. Automate check in process to make faster. Should not have to write info on paper.

I really enjoyed all the things for kids to do! Kids hangout and lounge (with bars close by) the trolly was great for getting around and to the beach. I wish we would have known you could book excursions from there. I booked online with someone else and it was a hassle

Hard to find kid friendly food. But we found it a few days in at the sports bar.
