At that price it is a good deal, excellent location for people dealing with the University. Block away from supermarket and ATM's, very affordable restaurant across the road(closes at 8PM). Two corner stores within a couple minutes for toiletries. There's even an ATM in the lobby but beware of the fees. Nice perk was they had some coffee and croissants in the lobby in the AM which was not expected...well done.

The TV didn't work the first night but I wasn't there to watch TV and I arrived at 10PM so they didn't have staff able to resolve it around, I was there to sleep. They fixed it immediately the next day when I brought it to their attention.

I love that the property was extremely clean, extremely economical and even though it was a small room it had enough space for everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was great. The TV was great. The shower was amazing all the amenities that you need except for washing clothes within the room, which is fine by me because it was such a short stay. I Would definitely recommend Any solo traveler or couple that wants the most minimalist and economical trip possible I would definitely recommend hotel conquistador.

The only thing about the property that I would say I did not like was that they did not have the elevator working yet, but that was not a dealbreaker at all. I did not mind going up three flights of stairs.

The hotel is very clean. Cafe, aqua y pan por desyuno. Good area. Close grocery store(Sierna) with ATM....

The check in staff was bugging. I notified them my family was traveling with me and for some reason the check in lady was surprised when we arrived. The hotel is clearly child friendly. Then tried to come up with every excuse to not let us check in. She was being extra for no reason. The property also needs a microwave.

The price was v. good. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well and was quiet. There was plenty of hot water for my morning shower.

The restaurant was being renovated, and thus was closed during my stay. This should have been indicated online at point of booking. Plus, there was no table or chair within the room, so working online was very difficult, especially given that the restaurant was closed for renovation.

I loved everything about this place. Quite modern and updated. Staff super friendly (well, at the ones I encountered). Love the updated bathroom, water pressure and temperature were on point. Even the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were amazing! The room is not huge but it's very comfortable for just sleeping and chilling. This place was perfect for me. This is now my go to hotel. I was very pleased. Plus, the price? Unbeatable. Love the price. Location is great, too, a lot of shops & restaurants nearby, and the Malecón is only a few minutes away. Quite private place and quiet.

The internet connection is not the best, but it's sufficient enough for regular phone usage. For working, mmm, not so much. Not a downfall for me; still love this place and can't wait to go back. Oh, and I didn't like the wheels on the bed. Other than that, love this place.

- basic but has everything you need! - room was clean - water provided in bottles in room and at reception - aircon was powerful and quiet

- location isn’t amazing as most of the tourist things are 30minute walk away (there is a supermarket 3min walk for supplies) and the beach is 15min if you cut through the University - staff were friendly but don’t speak any language other than Spanish, not a massive issue as Google Translate saves the day - we did have two days of not hot water (once at night and once in the morning)

the morning when I went to the reception to get information about the ATM they have on the property it was a lady at the Reception i was totally ignored she look at the me and walked away as if I wasn't there.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. THE BATHROOM WAS THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE STAY. The shower set is from a famous German brand called "Grohe", which gives you a perfect shower experience. The hotel is very new. Good value for money.

The room is just a little bit too small for a longer stay. One day one curtain fell down, which I think is from a very bad quality. The curtain rod in my room was loose instead of fixed, that's why the rod including the curtains fell down.

Good location and good value. If you need to stay overnight and you’re on limited budget it’s a perfect place knowing that you will be just sleeping. It’s hotel without facilities but if you need to stay overnight or even for a few days great inexpensive choice

I love everything about this hotel. It's comfy, great location, it's quiet, and very clean. Staff are very nice and accommodating when possible. This is my go to hotel. Wouldn't change it for any other. I've stayed here 2 times already, soon going my 3rd.

This time, the room I had ac wasn't working, but the manager accommodated me in another room right away.
