AC has a musky (humidity) smell

This hotel is very comfortable and is near shops and lots of restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. The registration desk staff were the most awesome. The breakast was basic with a few local choices. The restaurant, however, has minimal choices. We only ate lunch there and went out for dinner. The area is nice but there was construction going on the side where our room was so it was noisy early in the morning.

More food choices. No one in the restaurant could really explain what the dishes were due to language barrier so we went with the one thing we could understand, chicken and plantain

Big room , nice and clean

I was charged at checkout $357 how I expected,I did not used anything beside the room, left everything in same condition how I received, later I noticed my card was charged for $371, I asked to hotel by email, still waiting for answer

The room was nice and spacious. Staff was very kind and gracious.

The view from the room was very ugly. The gentleman that took us to the body shop drove like a maniac. My husband and I thought our lives were in danger. His driving was wreckless.

Nice spacious room.

The bathroom water spills all over during shower due to the half door. The staff kept pushing their restaurants and their staff and would not give any meaningful recommendations outside of that - like where to eat, or what to see etc. They also forgot to have a crib even though I had specifically requested one and emailed them about it.

Liked the location, near the mall and many restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and felt very clean, same goes with bathroom cleanliness was spot on.

The blind needed to be replaced, the mechanism to raise the blind on the window is difficult to use and I had to use a lot of force, just before elaving while I was opening the blind the thing fell of its place and almost landed on top of me, luckily that didn’t happen.

This hotel is my new favorite. Staff speaks English very professional and they attend to your needs. They are very well versed and trained very well. This is the only place from this point forward I will stay, while in Santo Domingo. The location is perfect..

it’s a business but they charge you for everything except the air and no microwave in the room just a refrigerator stocked with things they’re selling you.

Breakfast is good , staff hospitable . Very good location for me because the dentist is just around the corner from the hotel . And that’s the soul purpose of my trip .

Don’t offer the best of views . Nevertheless I think the staff and cleanliness makes up for the short fall .

Our room was upgraded for free. It was big and clean, with a comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with lots of fruits and vegetables, omelet and etc. Pay attention that on Sunday the only place around where one can have a breakfast is the hotel, as all the other restaurants and cafes are closed. But it is not necessary to book your breakfast in advance. Friendly staff.

This area is very busy at Saturday night. It is noisy and hard to sleep because of a loud music till ~2 am. But we faced the same problem in different places in the Dominican Republic. So it is not a problem of this hotel. Don't think this problem occurs during workdays.

The care and attention we received throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The suites 706 and 718 were spotlessly clean, comfortable and very spacious. The beds are great too. The pool and area are well kept and towels and sunbeds provided. Most of all though it is the Radisson employees who should receive the glowing review. They are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. A truly first class service. 👏 If this stay is indicative of what we can expect to receive at a Radisson Hotel, we will look no further.
