Wifi wasn’t strong and there was a lot of interruptions. No running water in unit for several hours the first afternoon, made things a bit uncomfortable, however it was resolved ..

The property was wonderful but I had a problem with your taxi service . I paid for the taxi to pick me up from the airport he was a no show I called several times but I could not get anyone on the phone . How do I go about getting my mi ey refunded ??

Everything was fine, no issue at all, the front desk people are very friendly and the security guys. I would love be there again. Do they have Jacuzzi rooms there too? If you have any promotion for second week of July

Customer care needs people in front desk to at least speak a little english. For tourists this makes it difficult to e press what you are trying to say. Need more reception with the knowledge of English.

FRIENDLY STAFF & GOOD SECURITY.

THE RELATIONSHIP THEY HAVE WITH THE POOL/RESTAURANT. IT SEEMS THAT RAMADA DOES NOT CONTRO; THE POOL. THERE ISA SEPARATE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE POOL/BAR/RESTAURANT, ( BAR SEATING) & THE HOTEL. RAMADA SHOULD CONTROL THE ENTIRE PROCESS. AFTER ALL, THIS IS WHAT THEY SELL WITH VENDORS & THE NET. WHATEVER THE BUSINESS AGREEMENT SHOULD NOT AFFECT MY STAY. MY WIFE & I ARE TRAVELING NEXT MONTH TO THE DR & SHE WILL NOT ACCEPT THOSE CONDITIONS, THUS WE WILL GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

Room was good, clean and big. the room came without TV control and 1 bottle of water. I spoke to the reception and gave me 4 bottles of water and the TV was replaced. the hot water you may have to wait since takes time but so far everything is ok.

THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A POOL. ITS MORE LIKE AN ENLARGED FOUNTAIN BED. THIS IS BECAUSE THE LAYOUT IS FOR THE NIGHTCLUB THEY RUN IN THE EVENING. NO LOUNGE CHAIRS, NO TOWEL SERVICE,, NO SERVICE BAR NOR WAITER SERVICE. NO DEPTH DESIGNATION NUMBERS ON THE POOL, (DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN), NO ACCESS LADDER FOR THE YOUNG OR OLD.........THEY NEED TO RENEGOTIATE THEIR AGREEEMENT WITH WHOEVER RUNS THE NIGHT CLUB SO THEY CAN BETTER SERVE THEIR HOTEL CLIENTS. ITS SIMPLY A BUSINESS DECISION THEY HAVE TO MAKE....I AM TRAVELING WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN & WIFE NEXT MONTH. I WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THIS HOTEL.... ONLY GOOD FOR A SHORT STAY.......GOOD SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY & FRIENDLY STAFF.....TAKE THE POOL OPTION OFF THE AMENETIES THEY OFFER, IT IS MISLEADING.

this time around there was no hot water in the shower, the room wasn’t as clean (hair in the sink)

rules of the pool and night club called, Gold! Pool should be operated 24/7 by the hotel and not by the night club, so clients could freely use it during their stay…

Ramada Hotel is fantastic Hotel! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.
