you have to ask (and insist) for a room with good views. Views do differ A LOT.

Service could be a bit hit and miss at times, ordered an omelette with three eggs and got three plates of omelettes. Bathroom flooded with sewage water and reception desk just said they’ll clean it later when room gets done. Didn’t seem to understand it needed to be done ASAP. Power outlet exploded when putting in PowerPoint. Each issue did get remedied but it was very bizarre Location isn’t great, close to beach but other restaurants are not walking distance. Recommend getting breakfast at hotel if an early bird since nothing else is open before 9am

Everything is perfect (the room was spacious and cleaned, the breakfast was nice and many of varieties, and facilities were amazing) Location is great and near to beach, with an awesome walking area along the sea corniche.

You will find all the staff very polite and helpful except the receptionist guys, they don’t have any sense of humor rather than don’t expect any kind of welcoming…. I arrived very late at night and guy was not even smiling… I’m supposed to have much care as HHonor guest and genius 3 traveler. However, I were about to complain in the morning but I found many guests were not happy with rude treatment from the receptionist ladies who were taking of the check out too.

The interior and the bed are good ,the view is nice bellman was very friendly and made me feel home. Sara from the reception tried to help when i faced some issues with my room .

The noise, if u have renovations happening make sure to mention that on your page. Also my “upgraded suite “ was on the 1st floor where all the noise that started at 7,00 am was happening. Also on the 1st floor they have a kitchen i guess because the room was smelling like bakery all the time and that’s because the main door of the room was a little shorter than what should have been so all the smell from the outer corridor was in my room.

Upon arrival we met Mr Gehad Fahmy who was very helpful and supportive. He offered us many options to make our stay more comfortable which was much appreciated. Good room size however it needs a little renovation (the sink broke although it got fixed quickly), but the room was wide, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The sea view was fantastic and the private beach was brilliant. The breakfast was good, and the staff were really nice. The hotel's Greek restaurant was amazing and the service was excellent.

The noise from the cars outside could be heard quite loudly despite closing the windows - double glazing could be updated. There was no evening entertainment or kids play areas. The buffet options were limited.

unfortunately even though the staff tried to make my stay very pleasant… some construction was happening in the entrance area that kept me from having good time . or even work from my room. i was upgraded to good suite courtesy of the kind staff (sara) and i really appreciate it . but on the 1st floor I believe they have their bakery kitchen and my room smelled like bakery all the time (probably because of the main door in the room it was kinda short and light used to leak in from the corridors)

Breakfast and the treats , great selection at breakfast, comfortable bed ,many tv channels, front door staff are very professional, security staff excellent ,nice decor especially in the Cigar room,the Swedish massage was so relaxing, thanks to the hotel Manager for organizing and introducing himself.Shuttle bus to the beach was great to have,professional staff who know how to take care of their customers .Thanks to the girl who helped sort out the iron.

Grumpy blonde who couldn't sort out our last bill even though we paid it earlier,her manager did though,girl asking us to settle breakfast bill in the middle of eating,one guy wearing a suit lifted my partners plate even though she was still eating a croissant at breakfast.Receipts could be better print wise.

The quality of stay is exactly what you'd expect of a Hilton. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and modern, everthing either worked or was made right by the front desk immediately. The jacuzzi and sauna were lovely additions, although it was a shame the steam room was not in working order (wasn't a huge problem for us). The pool is heated on the weekends which was stunning to dip in. The entire stay, however, was made absolutely terrific by the staff. They are all extremely welcoming, kind, attentive, friendly, full of jokes and laughter, and very professional too. In particular, Mahmoud Aly at the front desk and Mohammed Saleh at Concierge were incredible. Friendly and helpful, always professional, and also a good laugh! They are absolute gems. There were a few other amazing staff members on concierge and front desk but I unfortunately forgot their names but it should really be noted that every single staff member we interacted with during our stay was unbelivably stellar.

The surrounding area is, unfortunately, very destitute. Not dangerous in any way shape or form- we felt completely safe the entire trip, just simply very rundown streets and area in general. It's to be noted however that this wasn't abnormal for most of Egypt, and the hotel and immediate surroundings of the hotel itself were well taken care of and felt very safe and modern.

No night activities No entertainment at the beach should improve the facilities and activities on the beach and pool The pool is small and no enough space for sitting I asked to install a local channel important to watch an event the lady answer was was not professional and said no this cant be which i didnot like otherwise all other staff members were very freindly and smiley

Everything was good at the hotel. The location is amazing, nice views of the Sea from the hotel. The cleanliness could have improved in the room, we found the floor dirty when checked in but called for housekeeping and they rectified it immediately. The breakfast was amazing. The restaurants have nice food with amazing views too.

The hygiene in the rooms, looks like they could improve on that.
